"Cytokine storm in COVID-19 infection is an excessive immune response to external stimuli where the pathogenesis is complex. The disease progresses rapidly and the mortality is high. Certain evidence shows that the severe deterioration of some patients has been closely related to the strong upregulation of cytokine production in SARS-Co-V2 induced pneumonia with an associated cytokine storm syndrome. Identification of existing approaved therapy with proven safety profile to treat hyperinflammation is critical unmet need in order to reduce COVID-19 associated mortality. To date, no specific therapeutic drugs are available to treat COVID-19 infection. Preliminary studies have shown that immune-modulatory or immune suppressive treatments might be considered as treatment choices for COVID-19, particularly in severe disease. This article review the pathogenesis and treatment strategies of COVID-19 virus-induced inflammatory storm in attempt to provide valuable medication guidance for clinical treatment."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai fungsi karakter dan struktur narasi dalam film Sand Storm karya Elite Zexer yang berasal dari Israel. Dalam jurnal yang berjudul Review:Headline Acts dikatakan bahwa dalam film Sand Storm sebagian besar memuat mengenai narasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif di mana penelitian ini bersifat menggambarkan, menguraikan suatu hal dengan apa adanya, data yang dikumpulkan adalah berupa kata-kata atau penalaran, gambar, dan bukan angka-angka. Naratif dalam penelitian kualitatif menyajikan informasi dalam bentuk naskah atau gambar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dengan mengkaji sumber melalui buku-buku, berita, jurnal ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan topik tersebut. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa adanya kesesuaian antara film Sand Storm dengan teori yang digunakan oleh Todorov. peneliti menemukan 3 hal yang paling sesuai yaitu terdapat 6 bagian pada struktur narasi dalam film Sand Storm, 6 bagian tersebut adalah keseimbangan (ekuilibrium), gangguan (disruption), kesadaran terjadi gangguan, puncak gangguan, upaya memperbaiki gangguan, dan keseimbangan. Film Sand Storm menggunakan Plot Linear. Terdapat 5 fungsi karakter dalam Film Sand Storm yang didukung oleh teori Vladimir Propp, 5 fungsi tersebut adalah The Hero atau Pahlawan, Villain atau Penjahat, Helper atau Penolong, Panderma atau Donor, dan Dispatcher atau Pengirim.

This research discusses the function of the characters and narrative structure in the film Sand Storm by Elite Zexer from Israel. In the journal entitled Review: Headline Acts it is said that in the film Sand Storm mostly contains the narrative of mother and daughter. The method used is a qualitative method where this research is described, deciphering a thing as it is, the data collected is in the form of words or reasoning, images, and not numbers. Narratives in research present information in the form of manuscripts or images. The data collection technique used in this writing is a literature study by reviewing sources through books, news, scientific journals related to the topic. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a compatibility between the film Sand Storm and the theory used by Todorov. The first most suitable result is that there are 6 parts to the narrative structure in the film Sand Storm, the 6 parts are equilibrium, disruption, awareness of disturbances, peak disturbances, efforts to correct disturbances, and balance. The second most suitable result is the film Sand Storm using Linear Plot. The third most appropriate result is that there are 5 characters functions in Sand Storm that are supported by Vladimir Propp's theory, these 5 functions are The Hero or Hero, Villain or Villain, Helper or Helper, Panderma or Donor, and Dispatcher or Sender."

"Kontinen maritim Indonesia merupakan daerah pembentukan awan konvektif yang paling aktif dan penyebab badai guruh (thunderstorm). Metode penelitian tentang adanya petir yang meliputi prinsip-prinsip dasar teknik sistem deteksi telah berkembang dalam 2 (dua) dekade terakhir, khususnya untuk penelitian karakteristik petir di pulau Jawa sejak Februari 1994. Observasi menggunakan sistem deteksi petir Time Difference and Direction (TDD) untuk karakteristik petir di Jawa bagian barat antara tanggal 15 - 19 Februari 2000, berupa struktur data aktivitas petir yang telah dianalisis walau dengan jumlah stasiun observasi terbatas.
Stasiun Bogor dan Cimahi masing-masing mencatat arus polaritas positif harian rerata sebesar 67,496 kA dan 52,406 kA, dan arus polaritas negatif harian rerata sebesar 42,3074 kA dan 71,39 kA. Petir jenis arus polaritas negatif mendominasi petir harian rerata dengan stasiun Bogor mencatat 95,4 % dan Cimahi 76,78 %. Efisiensi sistem deteksi stasiun Bogor terdeteksi 30,67 % dan Cimahi 29,9 %. Perbandingan hasil pengukuran sistem TDD dan LPATS relatif sama, dalam hal waktu tiba (TOA), posisi di Lintang Selatan (latitude), posisi di Bujur Timur (longitude), dan arus puncak berdasarkan observasi tanggal 19 Februari 2000, sehingga sistem TDD masih dapat dipertanggungjawabkan akurasinya, walau tidak on-line seperti LPATS.

The Indonesian archipelago is a most active convective cloud forming area, causing thunderstorms. Lightning research includes basic principles of detection system has been developed in the two last decades, especially on lightning characteristics research in Java since February 1994. Observations uses Time Difference and Direction (TOD) lightning detector systems lightning characteristics in west side of Java between 15 up until 19 February 2000, is data structure has been analyzed to get the lightning activity although, using a limited number of observation stations.
The Bogor and Cimahi stations have recorded 67,496 kA and 52.406 kA average daily positive polarity currents, 42,3074 kA and 71,39 kA average daily negative polarity currents. Negative polarity lightning dominate number of average daily occurred lightning at the station of Bogor has recorded 95,4 % and Cimahi 76,78 %. System efficiencies are 30,67 % for Bogor station and 29,9 % for Cimahi station. The comparison at measurement between TDD system and Lightning Position and Tracking System (LPATS) are relatively similar, namely on time of arrival (TOA), latitude positions, longitude positions, and peak currents, base on 19"h February 2000 observation, so the TOD system accuracy can be accounted for, although it observation off-line compared to LPATS.
