"ABSTRAKPeningkatan jumlah pengguna park and ride diikuti peningkatan kebutuhan ruang parkir pada stasiun Pondok Cina, disebabkan adanya masyarakat yang setiap harinya memarkirkan kendaraan pribadi mereka dan menggunakan kereta api sebagai moda transportasi untuk menuju ke tempat kerja. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisa kebutuhan ruang parkir sepeda motor berdasarkan perubahan tarif dan penambahan luas lahan park and ride Pondok Cina. Metode pengumpulan data dengan survei langsung ke lapangan dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan metode stated preference untuk mendapatkan data karakteristik responden, data kedatangan dan keberangkatan serta data stated preference. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan probabilitas terbesar yaitu sebesar 0,408 serta nilai utilitas sebesar -0,371 dengan perubahan tarif pakir sebesar 9000 dan luas lahan 1856 m2 dengan kemampuan maksimum ruang parkir dalam menampung kendaraan yang parkir yaitu sebesar 1332 kendaraan. Pengguna fasilitas mendapatakan manfaat dari segi biaya perjalanan lebih murah Rp. 8000,- dibandingkan menggunakan sepeda motor langsung. Penelitian ini juga mendapatkan data asal perjalanan responden berdasarkan alamat responden tersebar sejauh 4,2 km kearah sisi barat dan sejauh 10,8 km kearah sisi timur serta 2,4 km pada sisi utara dan 9,6 km pada sisi selatan.

ABSTRACT

The increase in the number of users of park and ride followed by an increased need for parking spaces at the station Pondok China, due to their communities every day to park their personal vehicles and use the train as a mode of transportation to get to work. This study discusses the analysis of motorcycle parking space needs based on changes in tariff and the land area of the park and ride Pondok Cina. Data were collected by the survey directly into the field by conducting interviews with the stated preference methods to get the data characteristics of the respondents, the data of arrival and departure as well as the data stated preference. Results showed the greatest probability is equal to 0.408 and the utility value of 0.371 with Pakir tariff changes of 9000 and a land area of 1856 m2 with a maximum capacity of parking spaces to accommodate the parking of vehicles in the amount of 1332 vehicles. Users benefit from having the facilities in terms of cheaper travel costs Rp. 8000 compared to a motorbike directly. The study also obtain travel origin data by address respondents respondents spread as far as 4.2 km towards the west and as far as 10.8 km to the east side and 2.4 km in the north and 9.6 km on the south side."

"ABSTRAKPembangunan apartemen TOD pada stasiun Pondok Cina akan berdampak kepada tingkat layanan di tempat tersebut. Hal tersebut berdampak positif karena terdapat peningkatan pengguna KRL, tetapi hal tersebut juga berpotensi menimbulkan masalah disebabkan oleh volume yang meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak pembangunan apartemen TOD stasiun Pondok Cina terhadap tingkat pelayanan stasiun pada kondisi tahun 2022 serta menemukan solusi terbaik untuk memperbaiki tingkat pelayanan. Model stasiun dibuat menggunakan perangkat lunak PTV VISWALK 10. Pengujian validasi dibutuhkan untuk menentukan model dapat diterima atau tidak dengan cara membandingkan hasil model dan kondisi aktual di lapangan. Analisa tingkat pelayanan menggunakan HCM sebagai acuan. Terdapat beberapa model yang dilakukan, antara lain kondisi eksiting tahun 2018, kondisi tahun 2022 tanpa apartement, kondisi 2022 dengan apartemen, dan kondisi alternatif. Kondisi alternatif berupa perubahan total di stasiun Pondok Cina. Berdasarkan simulasi, dengan adanya pengaruh dari apartement, jika tidak dilakukan apapun maka tingkat pelayanan memburuk dari LOS B ke LOS E sedangkan travel time meningkat drastis dari 78 detik menjadi 429 detik pada tahun 2022.

ABSTRACTThe construction of the TOD apartment at the Pondok Cina Station will have an impact on the level of service at the venue. This has a positive impact because there is an increase in KRL users, but it also has the potential to cause problems due to the increased volume. This study aims to analyze the impact of TOD station Pondok Cina apartment development on station service level in 2022 condition and find the best solution to improve service level. The station model is created using PTV VISWALK 10. Validation testing is needed to determine the model is acceptable or not by comparing the model results and actual conditions in the field. Analysis of service level using HCM as a reference. There are several models performed, such as the condition of existing year 2018, condition year 2022 without apartment, condition 2022 with apartment, and alternative condition. Alternative conditions of total change in Pondok Cina station. After the simulation, see the performance of all models based on service level and travel time. The result show given the influence of the apartement, if nothing is done then the level of service worsens from LOS B to LOS E while travel time increases drastically from 78 seconds to 429 seconds by 2022."
