"Narkotika dan psikotropika merupakan senyawa yang dikategorikan sebagai senyawa yang diawasi dan terkendali, karena risiko penyalahgunaan yang tinggi serta dapat menimbulkan adiksi dan efek buruk pada tubuh, Apoteker memegang peran penting pada proses pengendalian narkotika dan psiktropika yaitu salah satunya pada proses distribusi. Distribusi substansi terkontrol seperti narkotika dan psikotropka tentunya diatur oleh pihak yang berwenang, melalui peraturan seperti Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik dan Peraturan Kementrian Kesehatan Nomor 3 Tahun 2015 untuk memastikan substansi tersebut peredaran yang terkendali dan penggunaan dengan tujuan yang tepat. Mengingat hal tersebut, prosedur yang berlaku di Pedangang Distribusi Farmasi selaku distributor narkotika dan psikotropika haruslah sesuai dengan peraturan legal yang berlaku. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan evaluasi kesesuaian standar operasi prosedur penyaluran narkotika dan psikotropika KFTD cabang 3 dengan peraturan legal. Hasil evaluasi kesesuaian menunjukan bahwa hampir seluruhnya sesuai dengan CDOB dan juga Permenkes No 3 Tahun 2015. Hanya satu poin yang belum tertera pada standar operasi prosedur yaitu pemeriksaan kebenaran komponen surat pesanan berupa tanggal pemesanan. Namun, pada kondisi aktualnya, tetap dilakukan pemeriksan komponen tanggal pemesanan pada surat pesanan.

Narcotics and psychotropics are compounds that are categorized as controlled compounds, due to the high risk of abuse and can cause addiction and adverse effects on the body. Pharmacists play an important role in the process of controlling narcotics and psychotropics, one of which is in the distribution process. The distribution of controlled substances such as narcotics and psychotropic substances is of course regulated by the authorities, through regulations such as Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) and Peraturan Kementrian Kesehatan Nomor 3 Tahun 2015 to ensure controlled distribution of these substances and proper use. In view of this, the procedures used by Pharmaceutical Distribution Traders as distributors of narcotics and psychotropics must comply with the applicable legal regulations. In this study, an evaluation of the suitability of standard operating procedures for the distribution of narcotics and psychotropic substances from KFTD branch 3 with legal regulations was carried out. The results of the conformity evaluation show that almost all of them are in accordance with CDOB and Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 3 Tahun 2015. Only one point has not been stated in the standard operating procedure, namely checking the correctness of the components of the order letter which is the order date. However, in actual conditions, the inspection of the order date on the order letter is still being carried out."

"Biomassa di Indonesia merupakan komoditi yang jumlah nya cukup besar. Untuk mengolahnya agar menghasilkan energi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat, dibutuhkan keterampilan dan teknologi yang mumpuni. Gasifikasi adalah salah satu proses untuk mengubah bahan baku biomassa menjadi gas yang mampu dibakar menggunakan gasifier. Studi demi studi telah dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kualitas gas terbaik dengan kandungan energi tertinggi. Secara teoritis, nilai equivalence ratio untuk mendapatkan efisiensi gasifikasi tertinggi adalah 0.23 (Anggriawan, 2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencara standar operasi dari gasifier agar mendapatkan kualitas gas terbaik. Dengan menggunakan analisis eksperimental dan simulasi, didapatkan standar operasi untuk gasifier dengan tinggi 60 cm dan diameter 25 cm adalah laju aliran primer sebesar 2.83 m³/jam, fuel consumption rate sebesar 4.05 kg/jam, dan laju aliran sekunder sebesar 4.88 m³/jam. Dari parameter tersebut didapatkan nilai HHV dari producer gas sebesar 5.79 MJ/Nm

Indonesia has a fairly large biomass commodity. In order to produce energy that can be used by society, qualified skills and technology are needed. Gasification is one of the proccesses to convert biomass into combustible gasses using a gasifier. A lot of studies has been conducted to get best quality of syngas which contain highest energy. Theoretically, the equivalent value ratio to get the highest gasification efficiency is 0.23 (Anggriawan, 2017). In this study, operating standard of the gasifier are identified to get the best gas quality. By using experimental and simulation analysis, the operating standard for a gasifier with a height of 60 cm and a diameter of 25 cm is obtained, the primary flow rate is 2.83 m³/h,  fuel consumption rate is 4.05 kg/h, and for secondary flow is 4.88 m³/jam. From these parameters, the value of HHV from producer gas is 5.79  MJ/Nm³."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses warranty dan mencari solusi atas banyaknya klaim warranty yang penyelesaian klaimnya lebih dari lima hari di jaringan diler PT. XYZ dan memberikan usulan perbaikan atas prosedur warranty. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kelemahan dalam proses warranty di diler PT. XYZ terutama pada pengelolaan kontrol internal di masing-masing diler tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyarankan perbaikan standar operasi baku atas proses warranty di diler yaitu dari proses membuat klaim warranty, proses klaim dan pengiriman warranty sampai dengan menerima jawaban klaim warranty.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of warranty and to find the solutions of why there are so many claims of warranty that settled more than five days in the dealer network of PT. XYZ and to provide the proposal of improvements over warranty procedures. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. In this research presents the facts on the warranty process in the dealer network of PT. XYZ from the process of creating warranty claims, claims and delivered warranty claim process until the receiving of warranty claims. The result of the research shows the weakness in the warranty process in the dealer of PT. XYZ mainly on the management of internal controls in each dealers. The results of this study suggest the improvement of standard operating procedures on the warranty process in the dealership of the process of making warranty claims, claims process and warranty delivery until receive warranty claim answers."

"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja apoteker di PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi Periode Bulan Februari ndash; Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek yangberhubungan dengan penerapan CPOB di PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi dan memahami peran serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Dilakukan pengamatan dan praktik langsung di industri farmasi selama dua bulan penuh di PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi dimana selama dua bulan tersebut akan diadakan induksi dari masing-masing bagian didalam struktur perusahaan, selain itu calon apoteker juga terjun langsung untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan perusahaan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penyusunan Standard Operating Procedure Aseptic Behavior dimana dilakukan pembuatan serta penyusunan standar operasi tingkah laku aseptis di dalam ruang kelas A dan B PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi plant Pulo Gadung. Dalam dua bulan dilaksanakannya praktik kerja dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi telah menerapkan aspek CPOB sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku serta setelah pengerjaan tugas khusus, SOP tingkah laku aseptis didalam ruang kelas A dan B di PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi telah disusun dan juga di terapkan sebagai SOP yang berlaku PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi

ABSTRACTInternship at PT ETHICA Pharmaceutical Industry Period February - March 2018 aims to identify aspects related to the application of CPOB in PT ETHICA Pharmaceutical Industry and understand the role and responsibility of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. Observations and direct practice in pharmaceutical industry for two full months at PT ETHICA Pharmaceutical Industry where for two months will be held induction of each part in the structure of the company, in addition student also do the work of the company. Special assignment are given entitled preparation of Standard Operating Procedure Aseptic Behavior which made the preparation of standard operating procedure aseptic behavior in production area class A and B PT ETHICA Pulo Gadung Industrial Pharmaceutical plant. Within two months of the implementation of work practices it can be concluded that PT ETHICA Pharmaceutical Industry has applied the aspect of CPOB in accordance with the applicable regulations and after the execution of special assignment, aseptic behavior SOP in production area class A and B in PT ETHICA Pharmaceutical Industry have been prepared and also applied as applicable SOP at PT ETHICA Pharmaceutical Industry "
