Low pressure filter web (LPFW) is one of the components on KT1-Bee aircraft that has been damaged 18 times during March 2016 to April 2017. The LPFW damage that occurred must be anticipated by planning the inventory of components, so when the same damage happens, it can be replaced immediately. Life limit of LPFW by manufacturer is 375FH. However, from the calculation with the weibull method it showed the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) only reaches 347,248FH. MTBF values that are smaller than the life limit component require early inventory planning. Through the Poisson method with a confidence level of 70%, the value of x = 5 is obtained. Then if the value is calculated in the recommendation based on the passion distribution with x-1, it will reach 4. From these results, the recommendation of the number of LPFW spare parts that must be prepared to avoid unserviceable aircraft is 4ea.

Keberadaan sparepart dinilai sangat penting di dalam sebuah perusahaan terutama perusahaan jasa operasi dan maintenance jasa OM untuk menunjang proses pemeliharaan aset yang ada di dalamnya. Manajemen risiko dibutuhkan untuk mengawal proses pengadaan atau pembelian sparepart tersebut mengingat prosesnya terdiri dari berbagai aktivitas yang cukup panjang dan mengandung risiko. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan framework manajemen risiko pembelian sparepart. Framework ini berisi langkah-langkah yang harus ditempuh untuk dapat mengelola risiko secara terstruktur dan sistematis. Dari hasil studi literatur dan wawancara bersama expert, didapatkan unsur-unsur kunci yang berpengaruh pada proses manajemen risiko pembelian sparepart yaitu karakteristik sparepart, target kinerja fungsi pembelian, serta proses manajemen risiko itu sendiri. Framework ini diujicobakan di salah satu perusahaan jasa OM yang bergerak pada penyediaan listrik, yaitu PT Pembangkitan Jawa BaliUnit Pembangkitan Muara Tawar.

Sparepart availibility is very important in a company, especially in an operation and maintenance company to support its asset maintenance activities. Risk management is needed to do to guide purchasing process due to the number of process that have to do and the risk involved in it. This research focuses in developing sparepart purchasing risk management framework. This framework consist of some steps to be taken in managing risk in a structured and sistematic way. From the results of literature review and expert interview, some significant key elements that have some influence in sparepart purchasing risk management are obtained. They are sparepart characteristic, purchasing performance target, and risk management process. This framework is implemented in an operation and maintenance company which provide electricity, PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Unit Pembangkitan Muara Tawar.
