Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hadirnya fitur belanja pada media sosial populer seperti Instagram Shopping dan TikTok Shop di Indonesia selama masa pandemi Covid-19 sebagai alternatif baru social commerce terhadap perilaku belanja impulsif dan kompulsif produk apparel. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengkaji pengaruh media sosial, motivasi hedonis, kondisi berbelanja online selama pandemi Covid-19 serta peran iklim sosial komunitas pengikut social media influencer terhadap perilaku belanja impulsif dan kompulsif. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode variance based Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) secara cross-sectional kepada 475 responden untuk menguji keterkaitan variabel Social Media Influence, Social Commerce, EWOM of Social Commerce, Hedonic (Happiness), Hedonic (Fun), Shopping in the Times of Covid-19, dan variabel moderasi Social Climate terhadap variabel dependen Impulsive Buying dan Compulsive Buying. Hasilnya, didapatkan bahwa Hedonic (Happiness) dan Shopping in the Times of Covid-19 memiliki hubungan signifikan positif terhadap perilaku Impulsive dan Compulsive buying. Hedonic (Fun) serta peran moderasi Social Climate berhubungan signifikan positif dengan Impulsive Buying. Sedangkan variabel lainnya tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan yang positif terhadap variabel Impulsive Buying dan Compulsive Buying. ......This study aims to determine the effect of the presence of shopping features on popular social media namely Instagram Shopping and TikTok Shop in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic as a new social commerce alternative which could affecting impulsive and compulsive shopping behavior for apparel products. In this study, the impact of social media, hedonic motivation, shopping in the times of Covid-19, and social climate of social media influencers community are observed towards impulsive and compulsive shopping behavior. The study used variance-based partial least squares structural equational modelling (PLS-SEM) on a cross-sectional study conducted on 475 respondents observing the association of several variables: Social Media Influence, Social Commerce, EWOM of Social Commerce, Hedonic (Happiness), Hedonic (Fun) variables, Shopping in the Times of Covid-19 and Social Climate as a moderating variable towards the Impulsive Buying and Compulsive Buying as the dependent variables. The study result show that Hedonic (Happiness) and Shopping in the Times of Covid-19 had a significant positive relationship to Impulsive and Compulsive buying behavior. Hedonic (Fun) and the moderating role of Social Climate had a significant positive relationship with Impulsive Buying. Whilst the other variables do not have a positive significant relationship to the Impulsive Buying and Compulsive Buying variables.

Hasil analisis Survei Konsumsi Makanan Individu tahun 2014 menyatakan bahwa hanya 6,7% remaja di Indonesia yang memiliki kualitas konsumsi yang baik. Hal ini didapatkan dari penilaian terhadap keragaman, proporsi, dan kecukupan konsumsi. Salah satu indikator yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai kualitas konsumsi makanan seseorang adalah dengan menggunakan healthy eating index. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas konsumsi makanan melalui penggunaan healthy eating index pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2022 melalui pengisian kuesioner online oleh responden (n=140). Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu Semi- quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) terkait data asupan makan, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) terkait tingkat stres, Food Choice Questionnaire terkait alasan pemilihan makan, Pengetahuan Gizi, Health Belief Items terkait keyakinan kesehatan, dan Multidimensi onal Body-Self Relations Questionnaire (MBRSQ) terkait body image. Hasil analisis univariat memperlihatkan bahwa 51.9% responden memiliki kualitas konsumsi makanan kategori rendah. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin (p-value: 0,002), tingkat stres ((p-value: 0,042), pengaruh media sosial (p-value: 0,002), health belief, dan body image (p-value: 0,009). Sementara itu, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan gizi image (p-value: 0,091), alasan pemilihan makan image (p-value: 0,563), dan uang saku bulanan image (p-value: 0,988) dengan kualitas konsumsi makanan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyarankan untuk dilakukannya edukasi mengenai pentingnya konsumsi makanan yang sehat dan teratur sesuai dengan pedoman gizi seimbang dengan memanfaatkan media sosial untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas konsumsi makanan. ......The results of the 2014 SKMI analysis in adolescents stated that the quality of adolescent consumption when viewed as a whole in Indonesia showed a figure that was still quite low at 6.7 percent, this was because in terms of the proportion and adequacy of consumption in adolescents was not good. One of the indicators that can be used to assess the quality of a person's food consumption is to use a healthy eating index. This study aims to determine the factors related to the quality of food consumption through the use of a healthy eating index in Regular S1 students of the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia. The study used a cross-sectional study design with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out in May-June 2022 through filling out an online questionnaire by respondents (n=140). The questionnaires used were the Semi-quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) related to eating intake data, the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) related to stress levels, the Food Choice Questionnaire related to the reasons for eating selection, Nutritional Knowledge, Health Belief Items related to health beliefs, and the Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire (MBRSQ) related body image. The results of this study showed that 51.9% of respondents had a low category of food consumption quality. The results of the analysis showed a meaningful relationship between gender, stress levels, social media influences, health beliefs, and body image. Meanwhile, no meaningful relationship was found between nutritional knowledge, reasons for eating, and monthly allowances with the quality of food consumption. Based on the results of the study, the author suggests to be educated regarding the importance of consuming healthy and regular foods in accordance with balanced nutritional guidelines by utilizing social media to improve the quality of food consumption.

Abstrak :
Perilaku penurunan berat badan merupakan perilaku yang sering dilakukan oleh remaja perempuan. Perilaku penurunan berat badan, terlebih jika dilakukan dengan cara yang tidak sehat, dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak kesehatan atau psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku penurunan berat badan pada siswi SMAN 81 Jakarta, serta faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan perilaku penurunan berat badan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada 157 siswi kelas X dan XI. Variabel dependen yang diteliti adalah perilaku penurunan berat badan. Variabel independen yang diteliti yaitu citra tubuh, pengetahuan gizi, pengaruh keluarga, teman sebaya, dan media sosial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner yang dipantau secara daring pada bulan April 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 63,1% responden melakukan penurunan berat badan dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara citra tubuh, pengaruh keluarga, dan pengaruh tekanan media sosial dengan perilaku penurunan berat badan. Faktor dominan dari kejadian perilaku penurunan berat badan adalah media sosial. Sehingga disarankan pemberian edukasi gizi pada remaja dan orang tua mengenai pengetahuan perilaku penurunan berat badan, serta promosi gizi melalui media sosial. ......Weight Reduction Behaviors (WRBs) are common behaviors among adolescent girls. WRBs, especially using unhealthy practices, can result in various negative health and psychological impact. The aim of this study is to determine the prevalence of WRBs among female students at SMAN 81 Jakarta, and the factors related to it. This study used quantitive method with cross-sectional design and conducted on 157 female students in grade X and XI. The dependent variable studied was weight loss behavior. The independent variables studied were body image, nutritional knowledge, influence of family, peers, and social media. Data was collected through filling out a questionnaire that was monitored online in April 2021. The results showed that 63.1% of respondents had lost weight in the last 6 months. It was found that there was a significant relationship between body image, family influence, and the social media pressure influence with WRBs. The dominant factor among variables is social media. Therefore, the author suggests nutrition education to adolescent girls and parents about weight reduction behavior and intervention through social media.
