"Penelitian ini melakukan identifikasi terkait faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempegaruhi dari kinerja APPROWEB. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model HOT FIT. Berdasarkan dari metode tersebut didapat delapan variabel yang digunakan dalam menentukan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja APPROWEB. Variabel tersebut juga digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi keterhubungan antar variabel guna mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja APPROWEB. Keterhubungan antar variabel dituangkan ke dalam bentuk kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada koresponden yaitu pegawai di DJP dengan jabatan Account Representative dan Kepala Seksi dengan sampel minimal 99 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil kuesioner dilakukan pengujian validity menggunakan rumus alpa cronbach dan realibility dengan menggunakan AVE. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian analisis model struktural dengan regresi linear untuk mengetahui nilai dari masing-masing antar variabel. Untuk menentukkan keterhubungan antar variabel digunakan SMartPLS 3.0. Adapun dari 14 hipotesis yang digunakan terdapat 11 hipotesis diterima dan tiga hipotesis ditolak. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan bahan evaluasi dan rekomendasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja APPROWEB di DJP ke depannya.

This study can measure what factors affect the performance of APPROWEB. The method used in this study is HOT FIT model. Based on this method, eight variables are used to determine the factors that affect APPROWEB performance. This variable is also used to identify the relationship between variables in order to see the factors that affect APPROWEB performance. The relationship between variables was written into a questionnaire that was sent to the correspondent namely Account Representative dan Section Head with minimum sample of 99 based on calculations using the Slovin formula. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire were tested for validity using the Cronbach Alpha formula and reliability using AVE. Data that are already valid are tested for structural model analysis with linear regression to determine the value of each variable. To determine the relationship between variables used SMartPLS. As for the 14 hypotheses used, 11 hypotheses were accepted and three hypotheses were rejected. This research is expected to provide material for evaluation and recommendations to improve APPROWEB performance in the future of DGT."
