Abstrak :
Pada periode kedua pemerintahan Presiden Jokowi, segala fokus diutarakan kepada pembangunan infrastruktur. Meskipun fokus pemerintahan pada infrastruktur, banyak data yang menunjukan bahwa kemampuan beton pracetak belum bisa memumpuni secara produksi dan juga pasar/demand yang bersaing. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk membangun budaya inovasi perusahaan pracetak di Indonesia, mengingat semakin tinggi budaya inovasi perusahaan, semakin tinggi juga kinerja, serta semakin tinggi kinerja perusahaan beton pracetak, semakin tinggi kemampuan beton pracetak di Indonesia.

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting Improvement SMI berbasis ISO 56002. Selain itu penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi Indikator yang mempengaruhi Improvement SMI, model hubungan antara proses Improvement SMI berbasis ISO 56002 & LSS, dan juga memberikan rekomendasi Improvement SMI yang berbasis ISO 56002.

Instrumen yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah berupa kuesioner pilot, validasi pakar, responden dengan skala likert, dan juga wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa level penerapan Improvement SMI perusahaan ada pada level “Kompeten”. Selain itu terbukti bahwa SMI ISO 56002 dan konsep LSS merupakan faktor pendukung dari peningkatan budaya inovasi dengan model hubungan yang dibentuk dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4. Terakhir, rekomendasi berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini adalah dilakukanya pengintegrasian LSS menuju ISO 56002 sebagai katalisator dalam meningkatkan budaya inovasi perusahaan. ......In the second period of President Jokowi's administration, all focus was placed on infrastructure development. Even though the government's focus is on infrastructure, a lot of data shows that the capabilities of precast concrete cannot yet meet production and show competitive market/demand. This research was conducted with the aim of building a culture of innovation for precast companies in Indonesia, bearing in mind that the higher the company's innovation culture, the higher the performance, and the higher the performance of precast concrete companies, the higher the capabilities of precast concrete in Indonesia.

This research identifies the existing conditions of IMS Improvement based on ISO 56002. Apart from that, this research also identifies indicators that influence IMS Improvement, models the relationship between the ISO 56002 & LSS-based IMS Improvement process, and also provides recommendations for ISO 56002-based IMS Improvement.

The instruments used in this research were a pilot questionnaire, expert validation, respondents with a Likert scale, and also interviews. The results of this research show that the level of implementation of the company's IMS Improvement is at the "Competent" level. Apart from that, it is proven that IMS ISO 56002 and the LSS concept are supporting factors for increasing innovation culture with a relationship model formed with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. Finally, the recommendation based on the results of this research is to integrate LSS towards ISO 56002 as a catalyst in improving the company's innovation culture.

Perkembangan industri beton pracetak di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, tercermin dari peningkatan kapasitas produksi hingga mencapai 42 juta ton per tahun pada tahun 2019. Permintaan yang terus meningkat, dengan target mencapai 50% pangsa pasar, telah mendorong masuknya perusahaan beton pracetak asing ke dalam pasar domestik. Persaingan yang ketat menuntut perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan budaya inovasi mereka, yang telah mengalami penurunan dua peringkat menurut Global Innovation Index (GII) 2021.Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi perencanaan sistem manajemen inovasi berbasis ISO 56002:2019 yang terintegrasi dengan Lean Six Sigma untuk membangun budaya inovasi di perusahaan beton pracetak Indonesia. Melalui penggunaan metode kuesioner Likert scale dan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM), penelitian ini melibatkan perusahaan beton pracetak di Indonesia serta validasi hasil pengujian dengan melibatkan ahli atau pakar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga elemen pada perencanaan sistem manajemen inovasi berbasis ISO 56002:2019 yang terintegrasi dengan delapan elemen Lean Six Sigma yang berhubungan dengan budaya inovasi. Dengan demikian, rekomendasi perencanaan sistem manajemen inovasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan budaya inovasi pada perusahaan beton pracetak di Indonesia, membantu mereka bersaing secara global, dan memperkuat posisi pasar industri beton pracetak. ......The precast concrete industry in Indonesia has experienced a significant growth, evident from the increased production capacity reaching 42 million tons per year in 2019. The continued demand, targeting a 50% market share, has led to the entry of foreign precast concrete companies into the domestic market. Intense competition necessitates Indonesian companies to enhance their culture of innovation, which has seen a decline by two ranks according to the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2021.This study aims to provide recommendations for planning an innovation management system based on ISO 56002:2019 integrated with Lean Six Sigma to foster innovation culture in Indonesian precast concrete companies. Utilizing Likert scale questionnaires and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis, the research engages precast concrete companies in Indonesia and validates test results through expert input.Research findings reveal three elements in the planning of an innovation management system based on ISO 56002:2019, integrated with the eight elements of Lean Six Sigma, that are correlated with innovation culture. Thus, the recommended innovation management system planning is expected to enhance the innovation culture in Indonesian precast concrete companies, aiding them in global competitiveness and strengthening their position in the precast concrete industry.

Abstrak :
Sejumlah sistem manajemen inovasi sudah dilakukan di banyak negara. Namun tidak demikian untuk negara Indonesia. Diliput dari data yang dikeluarkan oleh WIPO tahun 2022, Indonesia berada di urutan 75 secara global dari 132 negara yang masuk GII. Perusahaan beton pracetak merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang paling banyak melakukan inovasi. Namun seiring meningkatnya persaingan perusahaan beton pracetak di Indonesia, perusahaan – perusahaan beton pracetak asing mulai bersaing dengan perusahaan lokal. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan daya saing adalah dengan meningkatkan budaya inovasi terlebih dahulu yaitu dengan mengimplementasikan Inovasi Manajemen sistem berbasis ISO 56002 tahun 2019 ke dalam perusahaan. Banyak penelitian menyebutkan bahwa ISO 56002 memiliki banyak kekurangan sehingga disarankan untuk menambahkan alat bantu pelaksanaan sistem manajemen inovasi dalam ISO 56002;2019. Salah satu alat pembantu pelaksanaan manajemen sistem inovasi tersebut adalah Lean Six Sigma. Lean Six Sigma merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk mengurangi waste dalam waktu maupun biaya. Beberapa penelitian menghubungkan Lean Six Sigma bahwa dalam inovasi, namun belum ada yang menyambungkan lean six sigma ke dalam manajemen sistem inovasi. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji pelaksanaan manajemen sistem inovasi di perusahaan beton pracetak yang berlandaskan pada aturan ISO 56002 tahun 2019 dan di integrasikan dengan Lean Six Sigma. Metode pengambilan data dalam pembuatan penelitian ini yaitu melalui metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Untuk metode analisa datanya menggunakan SPSS dan SEMPLS. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini terdapat total 24 indikator pelaksanaan manajemen sistem inovasi terintegrasi lean six sigma. Lean six sigma berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konteks pelaksanaan manajemen sistem inovasi (sumber daya, manajemen organisasi dan proses berinovasi) berbasis ISO 56002 ; 2019, sedangkan pengaruh lean six sigma terhadap budaya inovasi berpengaruh signifikan medium. Indikator yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan sistem manajemen inovasi yaitu penerapan nilai target, penggunaan alat dan metode lean, teknologi tepat guna, proses seleksi supplier terintegrasi, manajemen komitmen hairan dan pengimplementasian BIM. Selain itu, terdapat 4 indikator paling mempengaruhi budaya inovasi yaitu, sumber daya manusia, komunikasi dan kesadaran, konfigurasi proses inovasi dan pengimplementasian target value delivery. ......A number of innovation management systems have been implemented in many countries, but not in Indonesia. According to data released by WIPO in 2022, Indonesia ranks 75th globally out of 132 countries in the GII. Precast concrete companies are the manufacturing companies that innovate the most. However, as competition among precast concrete companies in Indonesia increases, foreign precast concrete companies are starting to compete with local companies. One way to increase competitiveness is to first improve the innovation culture by implementing the ISO 56002:2019-based Innovation Management System in the company. Many studies have shown that implementing an innovation management system is effective in improving the innovation culture. However, each study states that ISO 56002 has many shortcomings, so it is recommended to add tools to implement the innovation management system in ISO 56002:2019. One of the tools to implement the innovation management system is Lean Six Sigma. Lean Six Sigma is a tool used to reduce waste in time and cost. Some studies have linked Lean Six Sigma to innovation, but none have connected it to innovation management systems. The main objective of this study is to examine the implementation of the innovation management system in precast concrete companies based on the ISO 56002:2019 rules and integrated with Lean Six Sigma. The data collection method for this study is through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is SPSS and SEM-PLS. The final result of this study is the magnitude of the influence of Lean Six Sigma in implementing the ISO 56002:2019-based innovation management system in precast concrete companies. The final result of this research is that there are a total of 24 indicators of the implementation of an innovation management system integrated with Lean Six Sigma. Lean Six Sigma has a significant influence on resources, organizational management and the innovation process, in line with the implementation of an ISO 56002:2019 based innovation management system, while the influence of Lean Six Sigma on innovation culture has a medium significant impact. The indicators that have the most influence on the implementation of the innovation management system are the application of target values, the use of tools and Lean methods, appropriate technology, integrated supplier selection processes, hairan commitment management, and the implementation of BIM. In addition, there are four indicators that have the most influence on innovation culture, namely human resources, communication and awareness, innovation process configuration, and target value delivery implementation.
