"Thesis ini membahas perubahan sistem administrasi yang terjadi pada distributor Tupperware didalam membangun sistem yang terintegrasi antara Distributor dengan PT. Cahaya Prestasi Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah gabungan dari penelitian eksploratori dan penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa perpindahan dari sistem DIMAS ke DIMAS2 telah mengurangi pekerjaan manual, tetapi didalam implementasinya perlu dilakukan pendekatan dan pelatihan kepada user agar tidak terjadi penolakan terhadap perubahan dan sistem baru perlu juga dilakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk mengurangi kekurangan-kekurangannya.

The focus of this study is the changes made in administration system that happened at distributor of Tupperware in developing integrated system between distributors with PT. Cahaya Prestasi Indonesia. This research is aliance of research of exploratory and descriptive research. Result of research is the change of system DIMAS to DIMAS2 have lessened work of manual, but in its implementation require training and approach to the user in order avoid deduction to the new system and Dimas2 need further development to iessen its insuffiencys."

"[ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang kelembagaan lokal Kelompok Tani Mawardalam mengelola Sistem Integrasi Padi Ternak (SIPT), di Desa Lubuk BayasKecamatan Perbaungan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Provinsi Sumatera Utara.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pengelolaan programprogram SIPT berbasis kelembagaan lokal dan mengetahui faktor-faktor penguatkeberadaan kelembagaan lokal Kelompok Tani Mawar. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pemilihaninforman mengunakan teknik purposif sampling dan snowball sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 3 pilar dalam pengelolaan SIPTyaitu: (1) pilar regulatif (2) pilar normatif, (3) pilar kultural kognitif. Faktor-faktorpenguat keberadaan kelembagaan lokal yaitu: (1) faktor ekonomi, (2) faktorsosial/budaya, (3) faktor pengetahuan, (4) faktor kebanggaan, (5) faktor bantuanmodal.

"Sistem Integrasi Tarif merupakan suatu sistem pembayaran tarif dimana pengguna moda transportasi umum melakukan pembayaran hanya sekali, tetapi bisa menggunakan dua atau lebih moda transportasi umum. Untuk penelitian ini, moda transportasi yang ditinjau adalah TransJakarta dan MRT.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui preferensi yang mempengaruhi masyarakat terkait integrasi tarif, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat terhadap integrasi tarif, serta preferensi tarif integrasi untuk masyarakat.Metode pengambilan data untuk praktikum ini adalah Stated Preference Method. Survey dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di pusat kota dan di pinggiran kota. Survey di pusat kota dilaksanakan di Halte Bendungan Hilir (Koridor 1 TransJakarta) sedangkan survey di Pinggiran Kota dilaksanakan di Stasiun Lebak Bulus.Metode pengolahan data untuk praktikum ini menggunakan Discrete Choice Model. Dua variabel yang berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah harga dan waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tarif yang dapat diterima masyarakat.

The Tariff Integration System is a tariff payment system where users of public transportation make payments only once, but can use two or more modes of public transportation. For this study, the modes of transportation reviewed are TransJakarta and MRT.

The purpose of this study is to find out the preferences that affect the community regarding tariff integration, to know the factors that can influence people's behavior towards tariff integration, as well as the preference for integration rates for community.

The data collection method for this study is Stated Preference Method. The survey was conducted in two places, namely in the downtown and in the suburbs. The survey in the downtown is held at the Bendungan Hilir Stop (TransJakarta Corridor 1) while the survey in the suburbs is carried out at Lebak Bulus Station.

Data processing methods for this study is Discrete Choice Model. The two influential variables in this study are price and time. The results of this study are the amount of tariffs that can be accepted by the community."

Survey pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada halte TransJakarta Velodrome dan stasiun LRT Mal Kelapa Gading. Dua variabel yang berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah harga dan waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tarif yang dapat diterima masyarakat.

Tariff Integration System is a payment system for public transportation tariffs that allows users to only pay once for two different modes of transportation.

For this research, the modes of transportation reviewed are TransJakarta and LRT.

The purpose of this research itself is to determine the people's preferences regarding the system of tariff integration,

as well as the optimal value of integration rates for the community. The data collection method for this practicum is the Stated Preference Method.

The data processing method for this practicum uses the Discrete Choice Model.

Two variables that influence in this research are price and time. The results of this study are tariffs that are acceptable to the public."
