......The analysis of passenger evacuation processes onboard passenger ship has attracted increasing interest over the last year, especially after SOLAS regulation II-2/28-1.3 has prescribed. It is required escape route shall be evaluated early in the design process. However, for a thorough investigation of the evacuation performance it is not efficient to look only at the geometry, like hydraulic and flow models do. Behavioral and procedural aspects have also to be taken into account, although one will never be able to predict exactly what will happen. Since knowledge of the initial conditions, influencing factors and lows of human behavior is limited, it doesn't make sense to include factors that cannot be quantified. Now, answer has to be found is how to get as close to reality as necessary and to provide a method as flexible, straightforward and comprehensible as possible. This, of course, is a crucial question in evacuation assessment and modeling of real world processes in general. Writer presents a microscopic simulation model with buildingEXODUS that is capable of representing every passenger's individual characteristic as well as all necessary details and at the same time allows for fast and efficient simulation. The behavior and procedural aspects of evacuation are included route, muster station and embarkation station define sequence of events for deferent group of passenger. With two scenario of possible condition when emergency situations, for example fire, had predicted evacuation time. The implementation of the model is one of 500 GT ferry ro-ro passenger ship' General Arrangement.

Humanoid Robotics: A Reference provides a comprehensive compilation of developments in the conceptualization, design and development of humanoid robots and related technologies. Human beings have built the environment they occupy (living spaces, instruments and vehicles) to suit two-legged systems. Building systems, especially in robotics, that are compatible with the well established, human-based surroundings and which could naturally interact with humans is an ultimate goal for all researches and engineers. Humanoid Robots are systems (i.e. robots) which mimic human behaviour. Humanoids provide a platform to study the construction of systems that behave and interact like humans. A broad range of applications ranging from daily housework to complex medical surgery, deep ocean exploration, and other potentially dangerous tasks are possible using humanoids. In addition, the study of humanoid robotics provides a platform to understand the mechanisms and offers a physical visual of how humans interact, think, and react with the surroundings and how such behaviours could be reassembled and reconstructed. Currently, the most challenging issue with bipedal humanoids is to make them balance on two legs, The purportedly simple act of finding the best balance that enables easy walking, jumping and running requires some of the most sophisticated development of robotic systems- those that will ultimately mimic fully the diversity and dexterity of human beings. Other typical human-like interactions such as complex thought and conversations on the other hand, also pose barriers for the development of humanoids because we are yet to understand fully the way in which we humans interact with our environment and consequently to replicate this in humanoids.

ABSTRACT
This thesis analyzes the mitigation of exchange rate risk using gold and PUAS for Hajj fund in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data such as amount of initial fund deposit of BPIH by Hajj pilgrims, Rupiah exchange rate against US dollar Nilai Tengah Rupiah , PUAS rate, and world gold price per ounce by quantitative simulation technique with mathematical simulation method. Period is divided into 2 two , while the economic situation is in crisis January 2004 until August 2011 and the economic condition is stable September 2011 until December 2017 . The results show that there are differences in the number of months experiencing excess and deficit between hedging with gold and PUAS for all tenors and all periods. For the first period in times of crisis, whether hedging with gold or PUAS, the longer the tenor, the greater the number of months experiencing excess. In terms of yield, there are also differences between hedging with gold and PUAS for all tenors and all periods. First period, gold had an average monthly rate higher than PUAS, while in the second period, the average monthly rate of PUAS was higher. The number of months experiencing excess and deficit does not affect the monthly rate yield generated on each hedge gold and PUAS . Based on the simulation result from this research, gold is a hedging asset against the movement of USD IDR in a state of crisis. The right time to hedge with placement in gold is in the state of the crisis economy and the tenor used is long tenor of 12 months, which has the high average yield but the risk volatility of yield is lower than the other tenors and the probability of months experiencing greater excess.
