[ABSTRAK
Dalam penelitian ini objek yang dikaji adalah model baru bogie monorel tipe UTM 125 dengan menggunakan sistem suspensi tipe suspended, hasil rancangan dan produk nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk menganalisa karakteristik gaya dinamik dari tiap komponen poros dalam struktur bogie monorel dan secara khusus adalah untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kenyamanan gerak kendaraan monorel. Analisis dan simulasi numerik gerak kereta monorel dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Simwise® dan NumXL®. Penentuan tingkat kenyamanan kendaraan monorel berdasarkan pada standar ISO 2631 dan standar EN 12299:2009. Dari hasil analisa diketahui bahwa gaya dinamik pada arah lateral memberikan pengaruh terjadinya gerak rolling pada struktur carbody dan dari hasil evaluasi kenyamanan diketahui bahwa percepatan arah lateral paling besar terjadi pada struktur carbody yang berada di atas bogie. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kenyamanan kendaraan monorel masih dalam kategori tidak nyaman, sehingga diperlukan penyempurnaan lebih lanjut terhadap sistem dan struktur bogie monorel.
ASBTRACT
In this research the object being studied is a new type model of monorail bogie UTM 125 by using the suspended type of suspension system, which is designed as national product. The objective of this study in general is to analyze dynamic force characteristics for shaft components in monorail bogie structure and in particular is to evaluate the comfort level of monorail vehicle. Analysis and numerical simulation of monorail train movement is conducted by Simwise® and NumXL® softwares. The determination of the level of monorail car comfort is based on ISO 2631 standards and EN 12299:2009 the standards. From the analysis result has known that the dynamic force in lateral direction give significant effect to rolling motion in carbody structure and also from the comfort evaluation result has known that most of large lateral acceleration occurs on the part of carbody which located above the bogie structures. Penyimpanan Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) dapat terjadi Boil-off Gas (BOG) karena suhu lingkungan lebih tinggi dari suhu LNG sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kuantitas dan kualitas LNG. Banyaknya BOG yang terbentuk disepanjang rantai suplai, berubah terhadap waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui banyaknya BOG yang terbentuk dan perubahan kualitas LNG seperti wobbe index, methane number dan heating value yang terintegrasi disepanjang rantai suplai serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak shipping. Metode yang digunakan yaitu proses simulasi dengan sistem dinamik menggunakan software UniSim Design R390.1. Dari hasil yang didapat, Pada proses loading LNG, BOG yang terjadi sebanyak 2.966 m3 atau sekitar 2,7% dari total LNG yang dibawa. Pada shipping 4.118 m3 atau sekitar 4%. dan pada unloading LNG 2.545 m3, sekitar 2,63% dari sisa LNG setelah proses shipping. Semakin lama waktu shipping maka dapat meningkatkan nilai heating value dan Wobbe index serta menurunkan methane number. ......Storage of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) can occur Boil-off Gas (BOG) because the ambient temperature is higher than the temperature of LNG, it affects on the quantity and quality of LNG. The number of BOGs that are formed along the supply chain changes with time. This study aims to determine the amount of BOG formed and changes in LNG quality such as the Wobbe index, methane number and integrated heating value along the supply chain and also to determine the effect of shipping distance. The method used is a dynamic system simulation process using UniSim Design R390.1 software. From the results obtained, in the LNG loading process, the BOG that occurred was 2,966 m3 or about 2.7% of the total LNG carried. At shipping 4,118 m3 or about 4%. and on LNG unloading of 2,545 m3, around 2.63% of the remaining LNG after the shipping process. The longer shipping time can increase the heating value and Wobbe index and reduce the methane number.

Penelitian ini merupakan kegiatan untuk mencegah risiko pada pipa dengan simulasi dinamik untuk menganalisis proses transmisi CO2 bertekanan tinggi. Tekanan tinggi diperlukan agar CO2 berada dalam fase superkritis sehingga dapat diinjeksi ke dalam sumur kosong. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mendesain valve di sekitar flowline dan menentukan parameter tuning kontroler. Dari hasil simulasi dihasilkan perubahan tekanan (ΔP) di sepanjang pipa transmisi sebesar kurang lebih 204-240 psia dan di aliran kompresi CO2 sebesar 548 psia dari tekanan awal. Dengan begitu, jenis pipa API 5L X56 dengan tebal pipa 1,250 inch cukup dapat digunakan serta harganya termurah dibandingkan dengan jenis pipa API 5L yang lain. Sementara spesifikasi ANSI 16.5 Class 2500 digunakan untuk komponen perpipaan di sepanjang pipa transmisi. ......This study is one of risk prevention activities using dynamic simulation to analyze the transmission of high-pressure CO2 via pipeline. High pressure needed for CO2 to be in its supercritical phase and able to be injected into depleted reservoir. This study is conducted by designing valve around the flowline and determining controller tuning parameters. From the results, pressure changes (ΔP) along the transmission pipeline are approximately 204-240 psia and in the Kompresi CO2 stream is at 548 psia. Therefore, API 5L X56 pipe with 1.250 in. wall thickness is enough to be used and the cost is the cheapest compared to another type of API 5L pipe. ANSI 16.5 Class 2500 is used for pipeline components specification along the transmission pipeline.

Abstrak :
Virus ebola salah satu virus yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit bersifat letal (mematikan) dan menyebabkan perdarahan (hemorrhagic). Penularannya dapat terjadi dari manusia ke manusia, hewan (nonhuman-primata) ke manusia. Angka kematian yang disebabkan oleh virus ebola dapat mencapai ribuan jiwa dengan spesies yang sangat berbahaya adalah Zaire ebolavirus dari lima spesies yang ada. Hingga saat ini baik antiviral maupun vaksin yang efektif bagi manusia belum ditemukan. Dalam penelitian ini toremifen sebagai senyawa modulator estrogen reseptor (MER) dipilih sebagai sumber database ligan. Database ligan menggunakan metode flexophor yang memperhitungkan titik farmakofor. Metode ini menghasilkan 16001 derivat toremifen, kemudian discreening menggunakan paramater RO5 untuk mendapatkan senyawa- senyawa yang bersifat druglikeness. Sebanyak 9876 senyawa derivat toremifen diperoleh dari proses screening. Hasil screening kemudian digenerate dengan metode farmakofor untuk mendapatkan hits ligan. Sejumlah 580 hits ligan diperoleh pada proses penentuan titik farmakofor. Kemudian simulasi docking dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali pada hits ligan. Simulasi docking diawali dengan rigid docking, dilanjutkan dengan rigid docking dengan retain yang berbeda. Tujuan pengulangan rigid docking ini adalah untuk memvalidasi hasil docking awal. Simulasi docking terakhir yang dilakukan adalah flexible docking. Sebanyak 576 ligan diperoleh dari tiga tahapan simulasi docking. Sebanyak 576 ligan ini diseleksi berdasarkan nilai ΔG binding , nilai RMSD lebih kecil dari 2. Dari 576 ligan tersebut dipilih 63 ligan dengan nilai RMSD lebih kecil dari 2, kemudian dipilih kembali tiga ligan sebagai kandidat potensial senyawa obat yaitu L579, L533 dan L194. Kandidat potensial senyawa obat ini dipilih berdasarkan ligan interaksi dan hasil farmakologi. Untuk pemilihan senyawa terbaik sebagai antiviral potensial dilakukan simulasi dinamik untuk melihat kestabilan senyawa tersebut. Berdasarkan nilai ΔG binding , RMSD, ligan interaksi, hasil farmakologi, dan simulasi dinamik disimpulkan bahwa ligan dengan kode L533 adalah ligan terbaik sebagai senyawa potensial antiviral ebola dengan nilai ΔG binding -10,4460 kcal/mol, RMSD 0.4697 Å. Hasil farmakologi juga menunjukkan bahwa L533 memiliki karakteristik yang baik sebagai antiviral. ......Ebola virus is one of the virus that causes lethal disease and bleeding (hemorrhagic). Transmission can occur from human to human, animal (nonhuman primate) to humans. The number of deaths caused by viral ebola can reach thousands of lives with most dangerous species is Zaire ebolavirus from five existing species. Until now neither antiviral nor an effective vaccine for humans have been found. In this study toremifene as modulator estrogen receptor compound (MER) was selected as the source of ligand database. The ligand database uses the flexophore method that takes into account the pharmacophore point. This method produces 16001 toremifene derivatives, then screened using RO5 parameters to obtain druglikeness compounds. A total of 9876 toremifene derivative compounds were obtained from the screening process. The screening results are then generated by the pharmacophore method to obtain ligand hits. A total of 580 ligand hits were obtained at the farmakofore point determination process. Ligand hits are then simulated docking three times. The docking simulation begins with rigid docking. Rigid docking was applied twice with different retain. The purpose of this rigid docking repetition is to validate the initial docking results. The last docking simulation is flexible docking. A total of 576 ligands were obtained from three stages of docking simulation. As many as 576 ligands were selected based on ΔG binding , RMSD less than 2. From 576 ligands were selected 63 ligands with RMSD less than 2. For further step, three selected ligands were choosen. Three selected ligands as candidate of drug compound are L579, L533 and L194. These candidates were selected based on interaction ligand and pharmacological analysis. Dynamics simulation was done to see the stability of the compound for the selection of the best potential antiviral. The selection based on ΔG binding, RMSD, ligand interaction, pharmacology analysis and dynamics simulation. Finally, it was concluded that L533 was the best ligand as a potential antiviral with ΔG binding -10.4460 kcal/ mol, RMSD 0.4697 A. The pharmacological analysis also show that L533 has good characteristics as an antiviral.

Keterjaminan pasok Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) suatu wilayah sangat diperlukan untuk menjamin kelangsungan kegiatan yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Permasalahan yang ada pada umumnya dapat terjadi di setiap rantai dari penyediaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian. Untuk memperoleh keterjaminan pasok BBM diperlukan analisis dan perencanaan pencegahan dalam menentukan langkah yang akan diambil. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor teknis (indikator wilayah) dalam melakukan proyeksi BBM dan terhadap kebutuhan BBM tersebut akan dilakukan simulasi dinamik pada kesiapan fasilitas penyimpanan dengan target penambahan fasilitas penyimpanan yang mengakomodasi operational stock dan safety stock. Wilayah yang dipilih adalah Kabupaten Alor dengan wilayah yang bersifat tertutup dan hanya memiliki satu sumber penyedia BBM guna menghasilkan hasil proyeksi yang lebih teratur. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat lebih luas untuk wilayah yang karakteristiknya sama dan memberikan masukan bagi perkembangan Industri Hilir Minyak dan Gas Bumi (MIGAS) khususnya Pemerintah.
The security of Fuel Supply of a Region is necessary to ensure the continuity of activities available in the region. Existing problems can generally occur in every step of supply chain, storage facilitiies and distributions. To obtain the security of Fuel Supply required analysis and prevention planning in determining the action to be taken. This study will focus on fuel storage facility and consider the technical factors (indicators of region)in doing fuel demand forecast and also do simulation of storage preparedness, accomodating operational stock and safety stock using dynamic simulation. Alor Regency is chosen for research as a region with clustered and single fuel supply point condition. The research result is expected to be used for other similiar type of region with same charachteristic and to provide input for the development of the Downstream Oil and Gas Business in Indonesia (Migas) especially for government.
