"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas analisis hubungan antara personal value dengan shopping orientation pada konsumen di Jakarta dalam pembelian produk fashion pakaian. Penelitian ini bersifat conclusive research design dengan menggunakan metode survey personal interviewing di Mall Taman Anggrek, Mall Kelapa Gading, dan Pondok Indah Mall 2.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak seluruhnya variabel pada personal value konsumen Jakarta di tiga mall tersebut berkorelasi secara positif dan signifikan dengan orientasi mereka untuk berbelanja pakaian baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Namun, tidak ada perbedaan ciri konsumen secara signifikan di antara tiga mall besar tersebut.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is to analize the relationship of personal value and shopping orientation of consumers in Jakarta to buy apparel fashion product. This research is conclusive research design with using personal interviewing survey model in Taman Anggrek Shopping Centre, Kelapa Gading Shopping Centre, and Pondok Indah 2 Shopping Centre.
The researcher shows that not all variables of personal value positively correlate and significant with their orientation to buy apparel neither direct effect or indirect effect. However, the researcher shows that characteristic of consumers in three shopping centres is not difference significantly.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kluster hijabers muda yang terbentuk berdasarkan shopping orientation, brand preference, dan product preference dengan menggunakan objek penelitian busana muslim wanita yang meliputi beberapa objektif: mengetahui dimensi-dimensi baru dari shopping orientation; mengidentifikasi kluster-kluster berdasarkan shopping orientation; mengetahui profil kluster berdasarkan shopping orientation, brand preference, dan product preference pada busana muslim wanita dan variabel demografis-psikografis; dan membedakan kluster-kluster dan tiga kategori merek busana muslim wanita berdasarkan shopping orientation dan pengeluaran per bulan untuk membeli busana muslim wanita. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 308 responden wanita Muslim berhijab, berusia 20 s.d. 35 tahun, berdomisili di Jabodetabek, dan pernah membeli kerudung, atasan berlengan panjang, terusan, celana panjang, atau rok panjang dalam satu tahun terakhir untuk dipakai saat bepergian santai. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, hierarchical cluster, K-means cluster, one-way ANOVA, crosstab, dan diskriminan dengan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga kluster hijabers muda yang terbentuk (trendy hijab shoppers, picky hijab shoppers, apathetic and simple hijab shoppers). Shopping orientation dan pengeluaran per bulan untuk membeli busana muslim wanita dapat membedakan ketiga kluster secara signifikan, tetapi tidak dapat membedakan tiga kategori merek busana muslim wanita.

This study aims to explore clusters of young ?hijabers? based on shopping orientation, brand preference, and product preference by using women Muslim wear as the object with the following objectives: to understand new dimensions of shopping orientation; to identify clusters based on shopping orientation; to profile clusters based on shopping orientation, brand preference, and product preference on women Muslim wear and demographic-psychographic variables; and to differentiate clusters and three categories of women Muslim wear brand based on shopping orientation and monthly spending for women Muslim wear. The data were collected using questionnaire distributed to 308 respondents of 20 to 35 year-old Muslim women who wear hijab, domiciled in Jabodetabek region, and have ever bought veil, long sleeve tops, dress, long pants, or long skirt within the past one year that were worn for casual hangouts. Descriptive, hierarchical cluster, K-means cluster, one-way ANOVA, crosstab, and discriminant analysis with SPSS 22 were employed for data analysis. Results showed that three clusters of young hijabers were identified (i.e. trendy hijab shoppers, picky hijab shoppers, apathetic and simple hijab shoppers). Shopping orientation and monthly spending for women Muslim wear differentiated three clusters significantly, but did not differentiate three categories of women Muslim wear brand.

"Pertumbuhan pesat e-Commerce di Indonesia telah menciptakan transformasi perilaku konsumen yang pada awalnya konsumen retail tradisional menjadi konsumen retail online. Merespon hal tersebut maka dibutuhkan pengetahuan akan online buying behavior yang dapat dipahami berdasarkan dua tahapan yaitu pertama adalah upaya mendorong customer online purchase intention dan tahapan kedua adalah mendorong terciptanya customer online purchase intention yang keduanya adalah sangat penting dalam menentukan kesuksesan e-Commerce. Dalam tesis ini mengkhususkan pembahasan pada Customer Online Repurchase Intention yang merupakan manifestasi atas loyalitas customer sebagai salah satu kunci untuk menjaga keberlangsungan bisnis dan meningkatkan profit pada situs e-Commerce. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi Customer Online Repurchase Intention pada situs e-Commerce di Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-Customer di Indonesia memiliki karakteristik sebagai Novelty-oriented Customer, Quality-oriented Customer, Price-oriented Customer dan Convenience-oriented Customer. Orientasi tersebut secara signifikan dan positif mendorong Customer Online Repurchase Intention. Faktor lainnya yang turut mendorong Customer Online Repurchase Intention adalah Brand Online Trust dan Prior Online Purchase Experience. Prior Online Purchase Experience, Convenience Orientation dan Brand Online Trust secara berturut-turut memberikan pengaruh terbesar pertama, kedua dan ketiga pada terciptanya Customer Online Repurchase Intention. Sebanyak 200 responden yang pernah berbelanja di situs e-Commerce di Indonesia berpartisipasi mengisi kuesioner (email maupun printed) dan analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling).

The rapid growth of e-Commerce in Indonesia has created a transformation of consumer behavior that was originally a traditional retail consumers into online retail consumers. Responding to these conditions, it is important to understand the consumer online buying behavior which can be understood based on two stages: first is the customer online purchase intention and the second is the customer online repurchase intention that both are determinant of the success of e-Commerce. Customer Online Repurchase Intention as a manifestation of customer loyalty is the key factor of e-commerce sites which give direct effect on e-Commerce?s profit. Therefore, the objective of this research is to identify key factors of Customer Online Repurchase Intention toward e-Commerce sites in Indonesia.
The findings indicate that Indonesia e-Customer has characteristics such as Novelty-oriented, Quality-oriented, Price-oriented and Convenience-oriented customer. Those orientations significantly and positively encourage Customer Online Repurchase Intention. Other factors that drive the Customer Online Repurchase Intention are Brand Online Trust and Prior Online Purchase Experience. Prior Online Purchase Experience, Convenience Orientation and Brand Online Trust respectively become the important contributor to Customer Online Repurchase Intention. A total of 200 respondents who have ever shopped online on e-commerce participated to fill out an e-mail/printed questionnaire and the data analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).
