Abstrak :
PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu BUMN yang memiliki trend outstanding biaya listrik yang meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor penyebab outstanding transaksi pencatatan biaya listrik di PT XYZ, risiko yang timbul dan tindakan perbaikan yang harus dilakukan oleh Manajemen Perusahaan PT. XYZ. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan pengumpulan data internal perusahaan dan wawancara semi-struktur kepada informan sebelum dan setelah perusahaan mengimplementasikan Shared Services. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus eksploratif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat tujuh risiko, yaitu understated expense, over budget, over payment, kerugian perusahaan, abnormal balance account payables (saldo debit), tidak tepatnya pencatatan, dan reputasi perusahaan menurun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa risiko mengalami penurunan setelah dilakukan mitigasi risiko menggunakan model bisnis Shared Services dan teknologi Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Penulis menyarankan agar PT XYZ menerapkan roadmap Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) dalam proses bisnis, dan secara konsisten melakukan pengelolaan proses bisnis pencatatan biaya listrik sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. ......PT. XYZ is one of the state-owned enterprises that has a trend of outstanding electricity costs that increase from year to year. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause outstanding transactions for recording electricity costs at PT XYZ, the risks that arise and corrective actions that must be taken by the company management of PT. XYZ. The research was conducted by collecting company internal data and semi-structured interviews with informants before and after the company implemented Shared Services. The research method uses qualitative methods with an exploratory case study approach. Based on the results of the study, there are seven risks, namely understated expense, over budget, over payment, company losses, abnormal balance of account payables (debit balance), inaccurate recording, and declining company reputation. The results showed that the risk decreased after risk mitigation was carried out using the Shared Services business model and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology. The author suggests that PT XYZ implement a roadmap in business processes, and consistently manage the business process of recording electricity costs in accordance with established policies and procedures.

A research had been performed in order to get general description of the service of an oral complementary drug in the nursing ward of IRNA B of Perjan RS Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo and it evaluated the operation of the oral complementary drug service was and also found out the correlation of the orderly medication instruction writing of the oral complementary drug, the orderly operation of the process of th oral complementary drug procurement, drug preservation, drug preparation, the handover the oral complementary drug to a patient, and communication, information and education (CIE) in the nursing ward of IRNA B relation to the orderly operation of oral complementary drug service prosedure. The research used the cross sectional method of survey which was descriptive and analytic in its nature. The research showed that 74.81% of the patients medication instruction writing in prescription did not fit the requirements in administration writing and medication information completely 7.94% of the patients bought the prescription (76%-1005) form the drug store in RSCM, 42.75% of patients kept the 76%-100% of their drug in the pharmacy depot, 42.75% prepared the 76%-100% of patient prepared the 76%-100% of their drug in unites of doses by the pharmacy depot. 64.12% of the patients were given their drug by nurses directly, and finished to swallow the drug according to its use direction, and there was none of the patients who got CIE service from a pharmacist. The operation of the oral complementary drug service in the nursing wawrd of IRNA B was evaluated as less appropriate to the procedure. It could be concluded that there is significant correlation between medication instruction writing, the orderly operation of the process of the oral complementary drug preservation, the drug preparation, the had-over the oral complementary drug to a patient in the nursing ward of IRNA B with the orderly operation of oral complementary drug service procedure; and there is no correlation between the procurement of the oral complementary drug, the orderly operation of CIE in the nursing ward of IRNA B with the orderly operation of oral complementary drug service procedure.

Suatu studi untuk menilai pencapaian tujuan kebijakan rumah sakit swada telah dilakukan oleh Puslitbang Pelayanan Kesehatan, bekerja sama dengan Universitas Harvard. Lima rumah sakit pemerintah yang telah melaksanakan kebijakan swadana, tiga rumah sakit pemerintah yang belum melaksanakan swadana dan dua rumah sakit swasta telah dipilih sebagai sampel. Tujuan utama kebijakan rumah sakit swadana adalah memberi keleluasaan dalam mengatur pembiayaan rumah sakit dengan hak untuk menyimpan dan menggunakan pendapatan rumah sakit secara langsung sehingga efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan tanpa mengurangi akses penderita yang kurang mampu. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan meskipun terdapat peningkatan pendapatn asli rumah sakit setelah menjadi swadana, tingkat ketergantungan pada subsidi pemerintah tidak berkurang. Perbaikan sistem insentif telah meningkatkan sistem manajemen dan tingkat kehadiran karyawan rumah sakit tetapi terdapat kecendrungan peningkatan tarip dan pengurangan jumlah tempat tidur untuk penderita kurang mampu sehingga mengurangi akses penderita miskin terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan mulai dilakukan melalui upaya Total Quality Management sedangkan peningkatan efisiensi belum dapat dibuktikan secara kuantitatif.
