Abstrak :
Masalah yang dihadapi oleh bagian perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi pada Departemen Sepatu Canvas PT Sepatu X adalah membuat perencanaan produksi yang sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan saat ini dalam memenuhi permintaan pasar. Dengan adanya masalah tersebut, maka tujuan dari studi ini adalah menyusun perencanaan produksi sebagai upaya memperbaiki sistem yang ada. Setelah melakukan perhitungan dan analisa, maka diusulkan pendekatan Strategi Perencanaan Produksi Agregat (Aggregate Production Planning) sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah. Pendekatan Strategi Agregate Planning antara lain: 1. Strategy Exact Production Vary Workforce 2. Strategy Constant Workforce, Vary Inventoryand Stockour 3. Strategy Constant Low Workforce, Subcontract 4. Strategy Constant Workforce, Overtime Dari hasil perhitungan empat Strategi Perencanaan Agregat tersebut diatas, diharapkan akan diperoleh alternatif rencana biaya produksi yang paling ekonomis.

The problem faced by the Planning and Production Control Division at the Canvas Shoes Department of PT Sepatu X is to make an appropriate production planning program in accordance with the company's present condition to fulfill market demand. In view of the above problem, the purpose of this study is to make a production planning system in order to improve the existing system. After carrying out some calculation and analyses, it is suggested that the Aggregate Production Planning is one of the alternatives to solve the problem. The approaches of Aggregate Planning Strategy are: 1) Strategy Exact Production Vary Workforce 2) Strategy Constant Workforce, Vary Inventory and Stockout 3) Strategy Constant Low Workforce, Subcontract 4) Strategy Constant Workforce, Overtime From the above four strategies, the most economic and visible strategy will be chosen.
