Abstrak :
Keberadaan suporter sepakbola dalam suatu pertandingan tidak dapat dipisahkan, sehingga dapat dikatakan suporter merupakan pemain yang ke duabelas dari tim kesebelasannya. Salah satu nama suporter sepakbola di Indonesia adalah Jakmania, suporter Jakmania adalah para pendukung sepakbola dari kesebelasan tim Persija. Kehadiran suporter Jakmania ini semakin memeriahkan suatu laga pertandingan dan dalam kacamata ekonomi kegiatan persepakbolaan ini merupakan suatu aset. Namun pada kenyataannya kehadiran suporter Jakmania justru sering menimbulkan masalah kamtibmas, terkait dengan tindakan kekerasan yang terjadi sebelum pertandingan sampai dengan pertandingan usai dilaksanakan. Tindak kekerasan ini masih sering ditemui walaupun pihak kepolisian sudah melakukan pengamanan, baik tindak kekerasan yang teridentifikasi maupun yang tidak teridentifikasi petugas kepolisian. Dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan atau field research, dan melalui penelitian metode gabungan (mixed method research), tesis ini bertujuan : (1) mengetahui latar belakang proses terjadinya tindak kekerasan oleh suporter Jakmania.; (2) menganalisis hubungan anatara fanatisme suporter Jakmania dan tindak kekerasan yang terjadi; (3) merumuskan pola penanggulangan yang tepat oleh pihak kepolisian (Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan) terhadap tindak kekerasan suporter Jakmania, sehubungan wilayah polres yang merupakan basecamp Jakmania dengan jumlah suporter Jakmania terbanyak. Novelty dari tesis dalam bidang masalah sosial yang dihadapi kepolisian ini adalah dirumuskannya suatu model penanggulangan yang tepat dalam rangka kepolisian mengantisipasi tindak kekerasan para suporter sepakbola baik ditingkat Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan, Polda Metro Jaya, dan masukan bagi wilayah kesatuan lainnya, serta Mabes Polri. ......Football`s supporter can not be separated with the game, so we also call the team twelve of player in the game is supporter. One name supporter of football in Indonesia is Jakmania, that supports Persija football team. Sometimes they can make the action game well and be the good asset to economical vision. In fact, Jakmania always creates social class problems, in connection with their violence actions during pre and post the game. It is always happen, though the police officer has conducted security, as a identified and an unidentified by police officers. Using the field research and combined methods research (mixed research method), it is purpose: (1) to know processing of the Jakmania violence background., (2) to analysis relation of Jakmania fanaticism and the violences , (3) to make a good procedure preventing the Jakmania violence, especially for South Jakarta Metro Police, because the region of South Jakarta Metro Police is the basecamp of Jakmania and has the most of member Jakmania. One result of thesis about the field of social problems facing the police force is to make a procedure of model to prevent the football?s supporter action in the South Jakarta Metro Police, Metropolitan Police Department, and inputs for the other entity, as well as Police Headquarters.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pemasaran produkproduk cult brand dengan word of mouth. Konsep utama cult brand adalah kesetiaan terhadap suatu brand / merek, sedangkan konsep utama word of mouth adalah komunikasi berupa pembicaraan maupun testimonial yang dilakukan orang yang membicarakan suatu produk atau jasa. Hal-hal yang juga terkait dengan penelitian ini adalah mengenai fanatisme dalam sepakbola, brand sepakbola sebagai cult brand, jersey sepakbola sebagai simbol sepakbola, serta komunitas dalam sepakbola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan narasumber penjual dan pemilik jersey yang seluruhnya tergabung dalam komunitas Jersey Forumotion. Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai komunitas dan viral marketing yang merupakan bentuk penyampaian word of mouth yang tepat bagi pemasaran produk-produk cult brand, khususnya pada penjualan jersey sepakbola.

The objective of this research is to identify the marketing process of cult brand products through word of mouth. The main concept of ?cult brand? is the loyalty towards a particular brand while the main concept of ?word of mouth? is communication in the form of either conversation or testimonial conducted by person conversing about a particular product or service. Also related to this research is the fanaticism in Football, Football brand as cult brand, Football jersey as Football symbol as well as community in Football. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai perkembangan dan dinamika Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Indonesia atau PSSI pada masa Azwar Anas pada kurun waktu 1991-1998. Dalam pembuatan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan metode atau langkah-langkah penelitian di Ilmu Sejarah yaitu Heuristik, Verifikasi atau kritik, Interpretasi, dan Historiografi. Pada masa itu PSSI mengalami permasalahan-permasalahan yang hebat seperti kerusuhan-kerusuhan di pertandingan dan masalah lainnya, tetapi permasalahan yang paling besar tentunya skandal “Sepak Bola Gajah” dan kasus Mafia Wasit yang terjadi di Liga Indonesia IV pada musim kompetisi 1997/1998. Meskipun begitu, ditengah permasalahan berat yang menimpa PSSI pada masa ini, PSSI berhasil melakukan suatu terobosan dengan membuat sebuah Liga yang bersifat profesional dengan menggabungkan dua sistem liga yang ada Galatama dan Perserikatan yang bernama Liga Indonesia. Selain itu PSSI juga membuat program pembinaan pemain usia muda yang dipusatkan di Genoa, Italia, yang diberi nama Tim Nasional Primavera. Kelak pemain-pemain jebolan dari Tim Nasional Primavera tersebut akan menjadi tulang punggung Tim Nasional senior pada masa depan. ......This thesis talks about the dynamics and the growth of Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Indonesia (Indonesia’s Football Association) on 1991 to 1998 during Azwar Anas leadership. In making of this thesis, the author uses the method or steps that research in Science History Heuristics, verification or criticism, interpretation, and Historiography. At that time, PSSI had enormous problems such as chaos in football matches, but the biggest problem is the “Elephant Soccer” scandal and referees mafia case in Liga Indonesia IV (1997/1998). PSSI finally overcame the problem by making a professional football league which mixed two league system at that time, Galatama and Perserikatan system to be a one league called Liga Indonesia. Besides that, PSSI also made a coaching clinic for young players in Genoa, Italy which was called Tim Nasional Primavera (Primavera National Team). In the future, the graduates of this clinic will be the main weapons of senior Indonesian football team.

Sepakbola merupakan olahraga paling populer yang memiliki pengaruh dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, seperti sosial, religi, teknologi, politik dan ekonomi. Di benua Eropa, sepakbola sudah menjadi industri. Penghasilan sebuah klub sepakbola sangat bervariasi, seperti dari penjualan tiket, merchandise, hak siar serta sponsor dan iklan. Di Liga Inggris, Italia dan Spanyol, klub sepakbola adalah sebuah entitas bisnis yang juga melaporkan hasil transaksinya melalui laporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan tersebut juga harus disusun berdasarkan prinsipprinsip akuntansi yang berlaku umum serta harus memiliki karakteristik kualitatif sebagai sebuah informasi, yaitu dapat dipahami, relevan, keandalan dan dapat diperbandingkan. Penelitian ini secara umum mencoba menganalisis penyajian laporan keuangan pada klub sepakbola Eropa beserta unsur-unsur laporan keuangan seperti pendapatan, beban dan aktiva yang dimiliki klub sepakbola, terutama aktiva berupa pemain sepakbola.

Football is the most popular sports that have an influence in various aspects of life, such as social, religious, technological, political and economic. In Europe, football has become an industry. Income of a football club is very varied, such as ticket sales, merchandising, broadcasting rights, sponsorship and advertising. In the English, Italian and Spanish League, football club is a business entity which also reported the results of their transactions through the financial statements. The financial statements should also be prepared based on generally accepted accounting principles and should have the qualitative characteristics as an information, that is understandable, relevant, reliable and comparable. This study tries to analyze the overall financial statement presentation at European football clubs including elements of financial reports such as revenue, expenses and assets owned football club, especially its assets of football players.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang perjanjian keagenan pemain sepakbola profesional di Indonesia yang diatur tidak hanya di dalam peraturan hukum nasional yaitu Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata dan Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2005 tentang Sistem Keolahragaan Nasional, tetapi lebih khusus lagi diatur dalam statuta dan peraturan FIFA serta statuta dan peraturan PSSI. Skripsi ini dibuat untuk memberikan gambaran atau penjelasan bagaimana hubungan hukum dan perlindungan hukum para pihak yang terikat dalam perjanjian keagenan pemain sepakbola profesional.

The focus of this thesis is concerning the Professional Football Players Representation Contract in Indonesia that regulated not only in national law which is the Indonesian Civil Code and The Law No. 3 of 2005 about the National Sports System, but more specifically stipulated in the Statutes and Regulations of FIFA and PSSI. This thesis is made to give a clear view how the legal relation and the legal protection of the parties who are bound in the professional football players representation contract.
