Abstrak :
Latar Belakang: Sampah merupakan masalah di beberapa negara berkembang, salah satunya Indonesia. Pada bulan Desember 2019, terjadi wabah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh COVID-19, Kota Cimahi merupakan salah satu kasus tinggi isolasi mandiri COVID-19 di rumah di Kota Cimahi tahun 2022. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui penularan COVID-19 berdasarkan penanganan sampah khusus rumah tangga yang dihasilkan oleh pasien survivor COVID-19 yang telah melakukan isolasi mandiri (isoman) di rumah dengan terjadinya klaster keluarga di Kota Cimahi Tahun 2022, Untuk menganalisis sebaran kasus kejadian COVID-19, pengetahuan, sikap, sosio-demografi. Bagaimana hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, sosial demografi terhadap penularan COVID-19 di klaster keluarga serta menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap sampah spesifik setelah dikendalikan oleh variabel sosial demografi penularan pada klaster keluarga di Kota Cimahi 2022. Metodologi: adalah kuantitatif, desain penampang. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 237 orang. utama. Hasil : menunjukkan ada hubungan sikap dengan kasus penularan klaster keluarga (p = 0,025), ada hubungan pendidikan dengan kasus penularan klaster keluarga (p = 0,014), ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan penularan setelah dikontrol oleh variabel pengganggu pendidikan dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap dan penularan setelah dikendalikan oleh variabel pengganggu usia dengan kejadian klaster keluarga COVID-19 di Kota Cimahi Tahun 2022. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada penyebaran COVID-19 yang masif di klaster keluarga , sikap buruk pada pasien survivor COVID-19, Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap terhadap kasus penularan klaster keluarga, Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan dengan kasus penularan klaster. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan kejadian penularan klaster keluarga yang dikendalikan oleh variabel perancu pendidikan. ......Background: Waste is a problem in several developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. Purpose: to know the transmission of COVID-19 is based on the handling of household-specific waste produced by COVID-19 survivor patients who have been self-isolating (isoman) at home with the occurrence of a family cluster in Cimahi City 2022, To analyze the distribution of cases of COVID-19 incidence, knowledge, attitudes, socio-demography. How the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, socio-demography to the transmission of COVID-19 in family clusters and to analyze relationship knowledge and attitudes of specific waste after controlled by socio-demographic variables transmission in the family cluster in Cimahi City 2022. Methodology: is Quantitative, cross sectional design. The sample of this research is 237 people. primary. Results: showed that there was a relationship between attitudes and family cluster transmission case (p = 0.025), there was a relationship between education and family cluster transmission case (p = 0.014),there is a significant relationship between knowledge and transmission after being controlled by the confounding variable education and there is a significant relationship between attitudes and transmission after being controlled by confounding variable age with the incidence of family cluster COVID-19 in Cimahi City 2022. Conclusion: There is no massive spread of COVID-19 in family cluster, bad attitudes in COVID-19 survivor patients, There is a significant relationship between attitudes to family cluster transmission case, There is a significant relationship between education and cluster transmission case. There is a significant relationship between knowledge and the incidence of family cluster transmission which is controlled by the educational confounding variable.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas kesejahteraan sosial bagi pasien isolasi mandiri Covid-19 agar tetap mencapai kondisi well being pada dirinya. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh angka kasus Covid-19 yang tinggi sehingga terdapat pasien yang menjalani perawatan isolasi mandiri. Namun terdapat permasalahan tersendiri bagi pasien isolasi mandiri Covid-19 yaitu mengalami kendala dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup maupun perawatan dan akses layanan kesehatan, serta masalah mental seperti stres, depresi, kecemasan, dan kesepian. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis dan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai bentuk dukungan sosial pada pasien isolasi mandiri Covid-19 dan dampak dukungan sosial pada pasien isolasi mandiri Covid-19 secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Komunitas RW 06 memberikan dukungan sosial pada pasien isolasi mandiri Covid-19. Adapun dukungan sosial yang diberikan dalam bentuk dukungan emosional, dukungan informasi, dan dukungan instrumental. Dukungan sosial yang diberikan warga RW 06 memberikan dampak pada pasien isolasi mandiri Covid-19, diantaranya mengurangi stres dan merasa dicintai atau diharga. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengembangan kontribusi pada konsep mengenai dukungan sosial dan jaringan sosial pada mata kuliah Masalah Kesehatan dan Kesejahteraan Sosial serta Teori Kesejahteraan Sosial Dasar dalam pembahasan mengenai Sistem dan perspektif Ekologi. ......This study discusses social welfare for Covid-19 self-isolation patients to maintain their well-being. This research was motivated by the high number of Covid-19 cases there were patients undergoing independent isolation treatment. However, there are separate problems for patients with self-isolation of Covid-19, namely experiencing problems in meeting their living needs as well as care and access to health services, as well as mental problems such as stress, depression, anxiety, and loneliness. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type and approach to describe the forms of social support in patients with self-isolation of Covid-19 and the impact of social support in patients with self-isolation of Covid-19 in depth. The results of this study found that the RW 06 Community provided social support to Covid-19 self-isolation patients. The social support provided is in the form of emotional support, informational support, and instrumental support. The social support provided by RW 06 residents has had an impact on Covid-19 self-isolation patients, including reducing stress and feeling loved or valued. The results of this study are expected to add to the development of contributions to the concept of social support and social networks in the subjects of Health and Social Welfare Issues and Basic Social Welfare Theory in Systems and Ecological Perspectives.

Peningkatan angka kasus COVID-19 yang tidak terkendali mengakibatkan fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia kurang mampu untuk menampung seluruh pasien yang terinfeksi COVID-19. Sementara itu, pasien COVID-19 harus mendapatkan pengobatan dan perawatan. Salah satu upaya untuk yang dilakukan adalah isolasi mandiri bagi pasien tanpa gejala dan bergejala ringan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengeksplorasi akses pasien COVID-19 untuk memperoleh obat saat isolasi mandiri di rumah serta kendala yang dialami saat isolasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan studi literatur dan telah divalidasi dua tahap. Kuesioner disebarkan secara online dan mendapatkan 115 responden sebagai subjek penelitian. Butir pertanyaan kuesioner memuat tentang data sosiodemografi, gambaran keadaan subjek saat melakukan isolasi mandiri, dan aspek – aspek akses obat (aksesibilitas, ketersediaan, keterjangkauan). Sebagian besar responden melakukan isolasi mandiri pada periode Januari – Maret (53,2%). Persebaran responden paling banyak melakukan isolasi mandiri di Jakarta (45,22%). Ditinjau dari persentase tertinggi setiap aspek, 71,3% mengatakan sangat mudah dalam aspek aksesibilitas, 48,7% mengatakan ketersediaan obat cukup baik, dan 41,7% mengatakan harga obat cukup terjangkau. Adapun kendala yang terjadi selama isolasi mandiri, seperti kemacetan lalu lintas sehingga membutuhkan waktu lebih untuk ke fasilitas kesehatan, informasi obat tidak valid, serta harga antivirus mahal dengan ketersediaan yang minim. Uji komparatif dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi akses obat dan terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada variabel periode COVID-19 (p=0,003). Dari hasil analisis skor akses obat, disimpulkan bahwa akses obat saat isolasi mandiri mudah (89,6%) bagi pasien COVID-19 di Jabodetabek. ......The number of COVID-19 cases that increased uncontrollably cause the health facilities in Indonesia being unable to accommodate all patients infected with COVID-19. This study was conducted with the aim of exploring the accessibility of COVID-19 patients to obtain medication during self-isolation at home and the obstacles experienced during isolation. The research instrument used a questionnaire developed by the researcher based on a literature study and was validated in two stages. The questionnaire was distributed online and got 115 respondents as research subjects. Questionnaire items contain sociodemographic data, a description of the subject's condition when doing self-isolation, and aspects of drug access (accessibility, availability, affordability). Most of the respondents self-isolated in the January – March period (53.2%). The distribution of respondents who mostly self- isolated in Jakarta (45.22%). Judging from the highest percentage of each aspect, 71.3% said it was very easy in terms of accessibility, 48.7% said the drug availability was quite good, and 41.7% said the price of the medicine was quite affordable. The Obstacles that occur during self-isolation, such as traffic jams that require more time to go to health facilities, invalid drug information, and expensive antivirus prices with minimal availability. A comparative test was conducted to determine the factors that influence drug access and there was a significant difference in the COVID-19 period variable (p=0.003). From the results of the analysis of drug access scores, it was concluded that access to drugs during self-isolation is easy (89.6%) for COVID-19 patients in Jabodetabek.
