[ABSTRAK
Perbankan memiliki beberapa formula, antara lain CAMEL untuk penilaian kesehatan perbankan dan formula 5C dalam menyalurkan kredit perbankan kepada debitur, tetapi untuk penyaluran dana ke lembaga keuangan mikro melalui linkage program, maka formula yang dipakai ada banyak versi. Penelitian ini menganalisis persepsi perbankan terhadap potensi linkage programme sektor perbankan terhadap lembaga keuangan mikro bentukan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta yaitu Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Kelurahan (KJK PEMK) dengan mengacu pada penelitian Arora dan Meenu (2012) di Punjab, India dengan 8 elemen yaitu welfare, economic, utilize, profit, women empowerment, risiko, beban kerja dan kompetisi. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki kecenderungan sama dengan hasil penelitian Arora dan Meenu (2012) tentang persepsi potensi linkage programme sektor perbankan terhadap keuangan mikro perbankan di Punjab, India terutama terkait pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin produktif agar masyarakat ekonomi lemah tersebut dapat mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya sehingga dapat mencapai taraf hidup (welfare) yang lebih berkualitas walaupun tetap terdapat beberapa perbedaan terkait faktor risiko, beban kerja serta persaingan usaha dengan sektor informal yang akan dihadapi jika sektor perbankan menerapkan linkage programme terhadap KJK PEMK.
ABSTRACT

Tingkat work engagement(keterikatan kerja) karyawan dapat mempengaruhi ketahanan suatu organisasi di tengah persaingan bisnis. Namun karyawan perbankan kerap kali dihadapkan pada tingkat partisipasi konsumen, jam kerja yang kaku, dan cakupan target konsumen yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat keterikatan kerja dari karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dari emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, dan ethical leadership, terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan perbankan melalui mediasi dari psychological capital. Sampel yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian adalah 297 karyawan bank umum konvensional di Indonesia. Hasil analisis structural equation modeling (SEM) memperlihatkan bahwa emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, ethical leadership, dan psychological capital dapat mempengaruhi work engagement. Psychological capital menunjukkan peran mediasi secara parsial terhadap pengaruh dari emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support dan ethical leadership terhadap work engagement. Pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, ethical leadership, dan psychological capital sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan work engagement dapat membantu sektor perbankan untuk mempertahankan karyawan, meningkatkan kinerja karyawan serta organisasi, dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi di tengah ketatnya persaingan antar perbankan di Indonesia. ......The level of employee work engagement can affect an organization's resilience amid business competition. However, banking employees are often faced with the level of consumer participation, rigid working hours, and the range of target consumers that can affect the level of work engagement of employees. This study aims to determine the role of emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, and ethical leadership on banking employee engagement through mediation from psychological capital. The samples involved in the study were 297 employees of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia. The structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis shows that emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, ethical leadership, and psychological capital can affect work engagement. Psychological capital shows a mediating role partially in the effect of emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support and ethical leadership on work engagement. A deeper understanding of emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, and psychological capital to increase work engagement can help the banking sector retain employees, improve employee and organizational performance, and maintain an organizational competitive advantage amid intense competition between banks in Indonesia.

Studi ini bertujuan melakukan pengujian pengaruh loan portfolio diversification terhadap bank stability dengan moderasi variabel market concentration pada bank BUKU III dan BUKU IV yang terdaftar di BEI. Digunakan data berupa Audited Annual Review bank umum pada periode tahun 2013 hingga tahun 2019. Digunakan metode analisis regresi data panel, dengan bank stability menggunakan pengukuran Z-Score, loan portfolio diversification indeks Herfindahl-Hirschman (HHI) dan market concentration menggunakan indeks Herfindahl-Hirschman (HHI) dan Concentration Ratio (CR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa loan portfolio diversification yang dilakukan bank memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap bank stability namun market concentration tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stabilitas bank. Penelitian ini juga mencatat bahwa market concentration berpengaruh signifikan dalam memoderasi pengaruh loan portofolio diversification terhadap bank stability. Keterbatasan penelitian dapat dikembangkan pada penelitian selanjutnya dengan melakukan penelitian tentang loan portfolio diversification terhadap skala usaha (besar, menengah dan kecil) yang mempunyai risiko yang berbeda terhadap kestabilan bank. Kontribusi penelitian ini ditujukan bagi sektor perbankan dan regulator perbankan, dan dapat mewaspadai pemberian alokasi kredit yang tidak berimbang pada satu sektor tertentu dapat mengganggu stabilitas bank dan tentu saja stabilitas perekonomian suatu negara terutama yang sistem keuangannya dinominasi sektor perbankan. ......This study aims to examine the effect of loan portfolio diversification on bank stability by moderating the market concentration variable in Bank BUKU III and IV listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used were commercial bank audited financial report data for the study period 2013 to 2019. We used panel data regression analysis with the measurement of banking stability using Z-score and loan portfolio diversification using the Herfindahl-Hirschman (HHI) index and market concentration using the Herfindahl-Hirschman (HHI) index and the Concentration Ratio (CR). The results revealed that the loan portfolio diversification carried out by banks had a significant effect on bank stability, but market concentration did not have a significant effect on bank stability. We noted that market concentration had a significant effect in moderating the effect of loan portfolio diversification on bank stability. Research limitations can be developed in further research by conducting research on loan portfolio diversification to business scales (large, medium and small) which have different risks to bank stability. The contribution of this research is aimed at the banking sector and banking regulators, and meant to pay attention to the provision of unbalanced credit allocations in one particular sector that can disrupt bank stability and obviously the economic stability of a country, especially where the financial system is dominated by the banking sector.

Selama ini, sektor perbankan dalam setiap perundingan FTA/CEPA selalu menggunakan komitmen pada GATS sebagai basisnya. Sejauh mana GATS plus dapat diberikan kepada mitra FTA/CEPA tergantung pada seberapa tinggi komitmen yang diberikan oleh negara mitra FTA/CEPA tersebut, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Indonesia. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menuliskan komitmen adalah pendekatan WTO/GATS-style positive list. Pendekatan ini memberikan keleluasaan bagi Indonesia untuk mengidentifikasi sektor untuk diliberalisasikan secara bertahap sesuai dengan kebutuhan nasional dan kesiapan masing-masing sektor. Desakan dari berbagai negara mitra runding agar Indonesia mulai mengubah komitmen perbankan yang sebelumnya menggunakan pendekatan positive list menjadi negative list merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi Indonesia. Atas dasar inilah, sektor perbankan perlu menyusun simulasi bentuk dari negative list yang dianggap sesuai dengan prinsip kehati-hatian dan kebutuhan nasional. ......So far, the banking sector in every FTA CEPA negotiation has always used a commitment to GATS as its basis. The extent to which GATS plus can be awarded to FTA/CEPA partners depends on the level of commitment made by the FTA/CEPA partner country, which is tailored to Indonesia's needs. The approach used in writing commitments is the WTO/GATS-style positive list approach. This approach provides flexibility for Indonesia to identify sectors to be liberalized gradually according to national needs and the readiness of each sector. The pressure from various negotiating partner countries to make Indonesia begin to change the banking commitments that previously used the positive list approach to become a negative list is a challenge for Indonesia. On this basis, the banking sector needs to compile a simulated form of the negative list approach which is considered in accordance with the prudential principles and national needs

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompetisi, produk simpanan sukarela sebagai variabel pemoderasi, dan kemajuan sektor perbankan terhadap jangkauan dan kebertahanan MFI. Studi menggunakan data yang berasal dari 39 negara dan 609 MFI, dengan rentang waktu antara tahun 2004 hingga tahun 2018. Pengukuran kompetisi pada studi ini menggunakan Boone Indicator. Penelitian menggunakan Model Random Effect dan untuk mengatasi endogenitas studi ini juga menerapkan metode GMM two step system. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produk simpanan sukarela dapat memoderasi pengaruh kompetisi terhadap jangkauan. Sedangkan pada pengujian terhadap pengaruh kemajuan sektor perbankan, kemajuan sektor perbankan berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan MFI untuk bertahan tanpa mengandalkan subsidi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah mendorong MFI untuk memiliki simpanan sukarela ataupun menggalakkan penawaran simpanan sukarela supaya menjangkau lebih banyak masyarakat miskin. Sementara terkait dengan sektor perbankan, MFI dan perbankan dapat menjalin hubungan kerja sama yang lebih erat misalnya melalui penyaluran pembiayaan dengan skema beragam. Di sisi lain, regulator menciptakan lingkungan kerja sama yang baik bagi keduanya. ......This study investigates the effect of competition, voluntary savings as moderating variables, and the banking sector development on the outreach and sustainability of MFIs. The study uses data from 39 countries and 609 MFIs, spanning from 2004 to 2018. This study uses Boone Indicator to measure competition. This research uses the Random Effects Model, and to overcome endogeneity, this study also applies the GMM two-step system method. The results show that voluntary savings products can moderate the effect of competition on outreach. Meanwhile, banking sector development has a positive effect on MFIs’ sustainability related to their ability to survive without relying on subsidies. The implication of this research is to encourage MFIs to have voluntary savings or to promote voluntary savings offerings to reach impoverished communities. MFIs and banks can build closer relationships, for example, through financing products under various schemes. On the other hand, the regulator may create a good working environment for both.

ABSTRAK
Penerapan integrasi sektor keuangan di kawasan ASEAN yang akan diterapkan melalui MEA pada tahun 2020 akan menjadi peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Berkurangnya hambatan untuk memasuki pasar indonesia yang besar dan luas menyebabkan perbankan syariah akan menghadapi persaingan yang lebih ketat daripada kondisi saat ini. Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat kesiapan sektor perbankan syariah dalam menghadapi MEA. Metode pengukuran dilakukan dengan membuat komposit indeks yang diberi nama readiness index. Readiness index merepresentasikan tingkat kesiapan industri perbankan syariah dilihat dari empat faktor penentu, yaitu faktor industri, faktor kesesuaian dengan prinsip ? prinsip syariah, faktor kebijakan otoritas perbankan dan yang terakhir faktor researcher?s views. Hasil perhitungan readiness index diperoleh dari hasil survei dan pengisian kuesioner kepada empat pihak yaitu ulama, praktisi perbankan syariah, otoritas perbankan dan researchers. Nilai skor readiness index diperoleh sebesar 69,47 menunjukkan bahwa industri perbankan syariah telah siap dalam menghadapi penerapan MEA, dengan kontribusi terbesar berasal dari faktor kesesuaian dengan prinsip ? prinsip syariah. Faktor ini menjadi keunggulan industri perbankan syariah dalam menghadapi pasar bebas ASEAN. Agar industri perbankan dapat lebih meningkatkan lagi kesiapannya, maka sebaiknya bank syariah melakukan perluasan jaringan bisnis dan meningkatkan kualitas IT, serta berinovasi dalam pengembangan produk dan meningkatkan service excellent. Visi pengembangan bisnis perusahaan menjadi perusahaan berskala internasional harus diimplementasikan dalam bentuk strategi dan tata kelola yang baik.
ABSTRACT
Implementation of financial integration in ASEAN that will be applied through MEA in 2020 will lead to less entry barriers for ASEAN financial institutions to enter the Indonesian market. Thus, Islamic banks in Indonesia will be forced to face highly competitive industry. This study attempts to measure the level of readiness of the Islamic banking sector in facing the implementation of MEA. The measurement method used in this research is conducted by creating a composite index, namely readiness index. Readiness index in this study represents the degree of readiness of the Islamic banking industry, which is composed by four determinants namely industry, shari?a compliance, banking regulation and policy, and also the researcher views. Readiness index is obtained from the result of questionnaires filled out by four parties, Islamic scholars, the practitioners of Islamic banking, banking authorities and the researchers in islamic banking area. Readiness index scores at 69.47 indicate that the Islamic banking industry is ready and well prepared to overcome the competition within MEA. The largest contribution coming from shari?a compliance determinant. Shari?a compliance becomes the competitive advantage for Islamic banking industry in facing the ASEAN free market. In order to further enhance its readiness, then Islamic banks needs to expand their networks and improve their IT quality, innovate in product development and enhance service excellent. Islamic bank?s vision to become internationally known as the best in the asia should be implemented in the form of strategies and good governance.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti pengaruh perubahan tak terduga (unexpected change) dari imbal hasil pasar, tingkat suku bunga, dan tingkat inflasi terhadap imbal hasil saham sub-sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2007-2013 dengan menggunakan metode Autoregresive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Penelitian dilakukan dengan model ARIMA untuk melakukan peramalan nilai expected dari imbal hasil pasar, tingkat suku bunga, dan tingkat inflasi. Berdasarkan peramalan dengan metode ARIMA terhadap ketiga variabel makroekonomi yang kemudian diolah ke dalam regresi, maka hasil yang diperoleh adalah faktor imbal hasil pasar memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap imbal hasil saham sub-sektor perbankan, sedangkan tingkat suku bunga memiliki pengaruh yang negatif. Ternyata, untuk tingkat inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap imbal hasil saham
ABSTRACT
This study focuses on observing the impact of unexpected changes in market return, interest rate, and inflation on bank stock return listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2007-2013 using the Autoregresive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method. The study was conducted with the ARIMA model for forecasting the expected value of market return, interest rate, and inflation rate. Based on the forecast of these three variables of macroeconomics with ARIMA method which then calculated into regression, the result of the calculation is the unexpected change of market return has a positive influence on bank stock return, while the interest rate has a negative effect. Meanwhile, the inflation rate has no impact on bank stock returns

Sejak diberlakukannya Undang-undang No. 21 Tahun 2011 tentang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, maka terhitung mulai tanggal 31 Desember 2013 fungsi, tugas, dan wewenang pengaturan dan pengawasan kegiatan jasa keuangan di sektor Perbankan beralih dari Bank Indonesia (BI) kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), termasuk dalam hal ini adalah penyelesaian pengaduan Nasabah dan sengketa perbankan. OJK telah mengeluarkan POJK No. 1/POJK.07/2013 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan POJK No. 1/POJK.07/2014 tentang Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa di Sektor Jasa Keuangan sebagai dasar ketentuan dalam mengatur penyelesaian sengketa antara Bank dan Nasabah, baik melalui internal dispute resolution dan external dispute resolution. Dengan beralihnya kewenangan pengaturan dan pengawasan perbankan ke OJK, maka alternatif penyelesaian sengketa yang sebelumnya diatur oleh BI berupa Lembaga Mediasi Perbankan Independen kini mulai menemukan titik terang dalam bentuk Lembaga Alternatis Penyelesaian Sengketa Perbankan Indonesia (LAPSPI). Namun dalam pelaksanaannya LAPSPI akan menghadapi berbagai macam tantangan yang harus dipenuhi, diantaranya merumuskan prosedur dan ketentuan penyelesaian sengketa, penerapan prinsip lembaga alternatif penyelesaian sengketa, dan memiliki sumber daya untuk dapat melaksanakan pelayanan penyelesaian sengketa. Menarik untuk diteliti lebih lanjut permasalahan yang terjadi dengan beralihnya kewenangan pengaturan dan pengawasan sektor perbankan dari BI kepada OJK terutama dalam hal penyelesaian sengketa perbankan dan tantangan pemenuhan prinsip lembaga alternatif penyelesaian sengketa yang harus dipenuhi oleh LAPSPI. ......Since the enactment of UU No. 21 Year 2011 on the Financial Services Authority, then starting on December 31, 2013 the functions, duties, and authority of the regulatory and supervisory activities of financial services in the banking sector switching from Bank Indonesia (BI) to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), including in this case is customer complaints and dispute resolution between banks and customer. FSA has issued POJK No. 1 / POJK.07 / 2013 on Consumer Protection in the Sector of Financial Services and POJK No. 1 / POJK.07 / 2014 of the Alternative Institution of Dispute Resolution in the Financial Services Sector as a basic provision in arranging the Banking dispute resolution, both through internal and external dispute resolution. With the transition of regulation authorization and banking supervision to the FSA, then the alternative dispute resolution of that were previously regulated by the Bank Indonesia in the form of the Institution Banking Mediation Independent is now beginning to find a bright spot in the form of Alternative Institution of Dispute Resolution of Banking Indonesia (LAPSPI). However, in practice LAPSPI will face numerous challenges to be met, including formulating procedures and dispute settlement provisions, the application of the principle of alternative institutions of dispute resolution, and have the resources to be able to carry out the dispute resolution service. Further interesting to study the problems that occur with the authority transition of regulation and supervision of the banking sector of BI to the FSA, especially in terms of banking dispute resolution and the compliance challenges of the principle of alternative institutions of dispute resolution that must be met by LAPSPI.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis pengaruh career management, training satisfaction, pay satisfaction terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan sektor perbankan. Sebanyak 265 responden yang bekerja pada Bank Umum ikut berpartisipasi, dengan.pengolahan data menggunakan metode structural equation modelling. Hasilnya, ditemukan bahwa secara langsung career management tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa training satisfaction dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention melalui peran mediasi penuh organizational engagement. Penelitan ini juga menemukan bahwa organizational engagement memberikan peran mediasi sebagian pada hubungan antara pay satisfaction dan turnover intention. Maka, penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan pentingnya peran training satisfaction dan pay satisfaction dalam meningkatkan organizational engagement yang pada akhirnya dapat menekan turnover intention karyawan pada sektor perbankan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perusahaan yang memiliki manajemen karir yang baik belum tentu mendorong karyawan untuk tetap tinggal, fenomena war for talents merupakan salah satu pemicu karyawan tertarik untuk pindah. Sehingga perusahaan perlu merumuskan strategi karir manajemen untuk menumbuhkan rasa engagement karyawan, contohnya dengan fungsi coaching dan mentoring.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the effects of career management, training satisfaction, pay satisfaction to employee turnover intention in the banking sector. A total of 265 respondents who work in the Commercial Bank participated, with structural equation modeling as data processing method. As a result, it was found that direct career management has no effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, this research also proves that training satisfaction can affect turnover intention through full mediating role of organizational engagement. This research also found that organizational engagement provides partial mediating role in the relationship between pay satisfaction and turnover intention. Thus, this study was able to prove the importance of the role of training satisfaction and pay satisfaction in improving organizational engagement, which in turn can reduce turnover intention of employees in the banking sector. The results of this study showed that companies that have a good career management can necessarily encourage employees to stay, the phenomenon of war for talents is one of the triggers of employees interested in moving. So the company needs to formulate good strategy of career management to nurture employee engagement, for example, with the function of coaching and mentoring.

Perbankan menjadi salah satu industri penggerak roda perekonomian Indonesia. Kondisi keuangan bank menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk keamanan pelayanan bank. Profitabilitas bank menjadi salah satu tolak ukur kondisi kesehatan bank. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat faktor apa saja yang paling berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perbankan Indonesia, diantara bank-specific, industry-specific dan macroeconomy. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari 24 bank umum yang tercatat di BEI periode 2008-2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi data panel dengan fixed effect model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh untuk masing variabel independen yaitu SIZE, CAR, NPL, LDR, BOPO, BSD, SMD, GDP, INR, dan INFL berbeda-beda terhadap variabel dependen yaitu ROA, ROE, dan NIM pada studi di perbankan umum yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2008-2017. ......Banking is one of the main industries which lead the economy moving in Indonesia. Bank’s financial position becomes one of the factors that need to be paid attention to the safety services for the bank itself. Bank Profitability becomes one of the factors to check the bank health condition. This research is conducted to see what kind of factors that have the biggest impact on banking in Indonesia, between bank-specific, industry-specific and macroeconomy. This research used secondary data from 24 general banks that recorded in BEI period 2008-2017. The analysis method which used by researcher is descriptive statistic analysis and regression panel data with fixed effect model. The result of this research shows that in Indonesia every independent variables likes SIZE, CAR, NPL, LDR, BOPO, BSD, SMD, GDP, INR, and INFL have different influence for every variables dependent likes ROA, ROE and NIM in Listed Public Banks in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2008-2017.
