"Formularium Nasional merupakan daftar obat terpilih yang disusun oleh Komite Nasional berdasarkan bukti ilmiah terkini, berkhasiat, aman, dan bermutu, sebagai acuan penulisan resep pada pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan dalam penyelenggaraan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Namun, pemanfaatan formularium sebagai salah satu alat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan obat belum terlaksana secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian peresapan obat dengan formularium nasional pada pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan cross-sectional yang dilakukan dalam sekali waktu. Sampel pada penelitian menggunakan data resep pada bulan Mei dan Juni 2022 dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan diperoleh sampel per hari sebanyak 5 resep obat dan total sampel penelitian yaitu 305 resep obat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peresepan obat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres periode Mei-Juni tahun 2022 termasuk dalam kategori baik atau sudah sesuai dengan formularium nasional dengan nilai persentase kesesuaian item obat dengan Formularium Nasional sebesar 95,04% pada bulan Mei dan sebesar 94,35% pada bulan Juni. Beberapa alasan dilakukannya pengadaan obat yang tidak terdaftar dalam formularium nasional antara lain sediaan obat yang tidak terdaftar dalam formularium nasional masih dibutuhkan untuk peresepan dokter, sediaan obat merupakan obat dropping/hibah, sediaan obat ada dalam formularium nasional namun bukan formularium nasional versi terbaru, dan sediaan obat tidak terdaftar dalam formularium nasional tetapi terdaftar dalam DOEN (Daftar Obat Esensial Nasional).

The National Formulary is a list of selected medicines compiled by the National Committee based on the latest scientific evidence, efficacious, safe and quality, as a reference for writing prescriptions in the implementation of health services in the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) program. However, the use of formularies as a tool to increase the efficiency of drug management has not been implemented optimally. This study aims to determine the level of conformity of drug absorption with the national formulary in outpatients at the Kalideres District Health Center. The research method used was descriptive observational with a cross-sectional design carried out at one time. The sample in the study used prescription data in May and June 2022 with sampling using a convenience sampling technique and samples were obtained per day of 5 drug prescriptions and the total research sample was 305 drug prescriptions. Researchers conducted a literature study to compare the use of prescription drugs with the list of drugs listed in the National Formulary which will assess the level of conformity in the form of a percentage. The results of the research show that drug prescribing at the Kalideres District Health Center for the period May-June 2022 is included in the good category or is in accordance with the national formulary with a percentage value of conformity of drug items with the National Formulary of 95.04% in May and 94.35% in June. Several reasons for procuring drugs that are not registered in the national formulary include drug preparations that are not listed in the national formulary which are still needed for doctor's prescription, drug preparations are dropping/grant drugs, drug preparations are in the national formulary but not the latest version of the national formulary, and supplies drugs are not listed in the national formulary but are listed in the DOEN (National List of Essential Medicines)."
