Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai perbandingan kejahatan perdagangan orang dalam Insider Trading yang terjadi di Indonesia dan di Amerika Serikat. Pengaturan Insider Trading di Amerika Serikat lebih luas daripada di Indonesia, di Indonesia belum diatur mengenai Tippees. Upaya yang dilakukan SEC selaku Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal Amerika dalam menangani insider terdiri dari tindakan preventif dan tindakan represif. Adanya pembahasan kasus Raj Rajaratnam dimana Rajaratnam merupakan Tippees,apabila kasus tersebut terjadi di Indonesia, Rajaratnam tidak akan terjerat hukum karena Tippees tidak diatur dalam UUPM Indonesia. Dalam penyelidikan dugaan insider trading, pembuktian oleh Bapepam sangat sulit dilakukan karena UUPM yang sudah ketingggalan zaman dan ketentuan pembuktian yang tidak ada pada UU tertulis. Serta Metode Penelitan yang dilakukan dalam skripsi ini adalah Metode Kepustakaan.

The Focus to this study is to analyze the comparison between Insider Trading in Indonesia and in The United States of America. Regulation on Insider Trading in The United States of America is more comprehensive than in Indonesia, in Indonesia, regulation of Tippee still not regulated. SEC?s Effort of handling insider trading consist of preventive and represive action. This study also analyze Raj Rajaratnam Case which Rajaratnam is considered being Tippees. If that case is happened in Indonesia, Rajaratnam will be out of law because Tippe is not regulated in Indonesia Securites Law. Bapepam when investigation in allegation of insider trading will be too hard for proofing insider trading. Since our Securities Act is outdated and rule of proofing doesn?t based on written rules. This study using literature methods for research.

Abstrak :
This book is a collection of select papers presented at the Tenth Structural Engineering Convention 2016 (SEC-2016). It comprises plenary, invited, and contributory papers covering numerous applications from a wide spectrum of areas related to structural engineering.
