Abstrak :
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived parenting style dan coping style to school related stress pada remaja. 442 siswa/I SMA kelas 3 turut berkontribusi dalam penelitian ini. Perceived Parenting Style diukur dengan kuesioner Parenting Style Questionaire PSQ yang dikembangkan oleh Lamborn et al 1991, sedangkan Coping style to school Related Stress diukur dengan menggunakan Coping Across Situation Questionaire CASQ yang dikembangkan oleh Seiffge-Krenke et al 2001. Hasil penelitian memaparkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan F= 2,748, p0,05 antara perceived parenting style dan internal coping style pada remaja. Gambaran mengenai jenis persepsi parenting style juga dapat dilihat dari penelitian ini. Diketahui pula bahwa anak yang menggunakan active coping style cenderung mempersepsikan orang tua mereka dengan gaya pengasuhan yang authoritative dibanding dengan gaya pengasuhan lainnya. ......This research was investigated the relationship between perceived parenting style and coping style to school related stress in adolescence. 442 students was participated in this research. Perceived Parenting Style was measured by Parenting Style Questionaire PSQ that previously developed by Lamborn et al 1991, and Coping style to school Related Stress was measured by Coping Across Situation Questionaire CASQ that was developed by Seiffge Krenke et al 2001. Result of this study found that there was significant correlation F 2,748, p0,05 perceived parenting style and internal coping style in adolsence. Description about type of perceived parenting style also conducted in this study. This research uncover that adolescence who uses active coping style tend to perceived their parents as authoritative parenting style than the others style of parenting.

Abstrak :
Salah satu tekanan yang dirasakan oleh remaja adalah tekanan akademis. Dalam menghadapi masalah tersebut dibutuhkan coping yang baik oleh remaja. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan bahwa coping stress dengan jenis active dan internal coping memiliki hubungan dengan dukungan sosial yang didapatkan oleh remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kontribusi dukungan sosial dari keluarga dan teman sebaya terhadap gaya coping to school-related stress yang dilakukan oleh remaja khususnya siswa kelas 12 SMA. Penelitian dilakukan pada 452 remaja dengan rentang umur 16-19 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dukungan sosial yang dipersepsikan dari keluarga dan teman memiliki kontribusi terhadap gaya active coping. Dukungan sosial yang dipersepsikan dari keluarga dan teman disisi lain tidak memiliki kontribusi pada internal coping. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan sosial yang dipersepsikan dari orang tua dan teman memiliki kontribusi pada active coping, sehingga dukungan sosial dari teman dan keluarga baik dilakukan untuk membantu remaja mengatasi tekanan mereka yang berhubungan dengan sekolah. ......Studies shown adolescent experiences some stress, one of the stress is academic stress. To deal with the problem, they need an adaptive coping which described as active coping and internal coping. Studies shown that coping stress has a correlation with social support which adolescent get from family and peers. This study aims to find the contribution from social support to adolescent rsquo s coping style to school related stress on 12th grader students. This study was conducted on 452 students, from 16 19 years old. From the data obtained, study found that perceived social support from family has a contribution to active coping, similarly perceived social support from friend has a contribution to active coping. Meanwhile on the other side, perceived social support from family and friend do not have a contribution to internal coping, and so perceived social support from friend. From the result, we can conclude that perceived social support from friend and family have contribution to active coping. So that it is better to provide a social support from family and friend to help adolescents cope with their school related stress.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi bermain video game dengan fitur online multiplayer dan internal coping style to school-related stress. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 89 siswa kelas 12. Motivasi bermain video game diukur mengunakan survey motivasi bermain game oleh Yee 2007 dan coping style to school-related stress diukur mengunakan CASQ-R oleh Barnes 2011 yang secara khusus digunakan bagian school-related stress. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi immersion bermain berkorelasi dengan internal coping style to school related stress r=0,338, p < 0,01 .
ABSTRACT<>br> The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation of between, motivation to play video game with online multiplayer and internal coping style to school related stress. The participant of this study are 89 student that are in 12 grades. There are 2 questionnaire that is use in this study. Motivation to play game is measure using motivation to play survey by Yee 2007 . While coping style to school related stress is measure using Coping Across Situation Questionnaire Revised CASQ R by Barnes 2011 . This study found that immersion motivation to play video game, correlate with internal coping style to school related stress r 0,338, p 0,01 .
