"Skripsi ini membahas tentang perubahan peserta bedasarkan pelaksanaan program dari Yayasan XYZ yaitu beasiswa dan pelatihan kewirausahaan bernama Entrepreneur Development Scholarhip For Youth VI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian evaluasi sumatif. Program ENVOY VI dibahas menggunakan aplikasi logic model yang terdiri dari komponen input, proses, output, dan outcome. Penelitian ini juga menilai efektivitas pelatihan dari empat tingkatan Kirkpatrick, yaitu reaksi peserta, pembelajaran yang didapat, perubahan perilaku yang terlihat, dan hasil dari program pelatihan.

This thesis discuss about participant?s change based on program held by XYZ Foundation about scholarship and entrepreneurial training called Entrepreneur Development Scholarship For Youth VI. This research uses qualitative methods with evaluation summative approach. Program ENVOY VI discussed using logic model application based on its components such as input, process, output, outcome, and impact. This research also assessing training effectiveness based on Kirkpatrick?s four levels including participation?s reaction, learning, change of behavior, and result from training."

"ABSTRAK
The process of selecting scholarship recipients is a process that must be carried out in the context of providing educational scholarships. For the Navy, education is a very important thing in an effort to increase capability and professionalism in running an organization. The provision of educational scholarships for Navy personnel, especially in the environment of professional informatics, is carried out through selection of candidates' criteria that have been registered. Scholarship recipient data is processed to find the order of the candidates who will be determined as scholarship recipients. Prospective recipient data is considered by looking at certain criteria. Each criterion has a different weight. Based on the weights of each criterion, we can get weights that can be sorted according to certain priorities. For decision makers, many factors influence in determining a decision, so by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method a sequence and grouping of prospective scholarship recipients can be generated from each method. Based on the calculation results, in the AHP data that was entered as many as 747 candidate data, in the initial selection process obtained as many as 107 candidate data whose profession is informatics. All candidate data can be sorted based on the calculation of the assessment of eight criteria and ranking, from rank 1 to ranking 107. For processing time, the AHP method requires a longer time, which is ± 3 minutes, weighting process ± 1 minute, and ranking process ± 1 minute. Whereas in the FCM method, with the same amount of data it takes around ± 5 minutes until the iteration is complete or until the difference in objective function is smaller than epsilon. For the grouping results, this FCM method found that 43 candidates (40.19%) were strongly recommended, 31 candidates (28.97%) were recommended, and 33 candidates (30.84%) were not advised to receive scholarships with cluster validation in this study was 0.604. Hope in the future can simplify the calculation process for ranking and grouping selection, because it is already a computer application that is easy to use, and is expected to accelerate the selection process."

"Krisis finansial yang dialami BUMN pada tahun 2017, membuat banyak BUMN menjadi lebih selektif dalam membuat program. Disaat banyak BUMN mengurangi dan bahkan menghentikan program CSR, PT. Krakatau Steel, salah satu BUMN yang mengalami masalah finansial terbesar masih tetap berkomitmen pada program CSRnya agar tetap berjalan. Salah satu program CSR PT. Krakatau Steel yang masih berjalan adalah Program CSR Beasiswa Pendidikan yang Bermitra dengan LP3I Cilegon. Program yang sudah berjalan sejak 2007 ini merupakan bentuk komitmen PT. Krakatau Steel terhadap pemecahan masalah sosial masyarakat Cilegon yaitu pendidikan rendah, kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Komitmen Perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan program CSR beasiswa pendidikan di LP3I Cilegon dan faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi komitmen serta faktor-faktor pendukung komitmen perusahaan dalam program CSR beasiswa pendidikan yaitu Faktor Eksternal, Faktor Interaksi dan Faktor Internal. Dalam menjalankan komitmennya, perusahaan menghadapi hambatan-hambatan yang dapat mengancam keberlangsungan program, seperti: Anggaran Terbatas, Rendahnya Komitmen Penerima Beasiswa, Kurangnya Komunikasi PT. Krakatau Steel dengan LP3I dan Penerima beasiswa.

The financial crisis in 2017, made many SOEs more selective in making programs. While many SOEs have reduced and even stopped their CSR programs, PT Krakatau Steel, one of the largest SOEs experiencing financial difficulties remains committed to its CSR program to keep it going. One of PT Krakatau Steel's CSR programs that is still running is an educational scholarship in partnership with LP3I Cilegon. The program, which has been running since 2007, is a form of PT Krakatau Steel's commitment to solving the social problems of the people of Cilegon, namely low education, poverty and unemployment. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. The Purposive of this study is to describe the implementation of company commitment in CSR Educational Scholarships along with its supporting and inhibiting factors. The results showed that there are supporting factors, namely External Factors, Interaction Factors and Internal Factors. In carrying out its commitments, the company cannot be separated from obstacles that can threaten program sustainability, such as: Limited Budget, Lack of Commitment by Scholarship Recipients, Lack of Communication between Company and Partner, and Scholarship Recipients.
