"[Penelitian ini menganalisis kepemilikan saham investor asing serta investor domestic dalam sektor properti di Bursa Efek Indonesia, tahun 2008-2014. Dalam periode penelitian ini, jumlah kepemilikan saham investor asing di sektor properti bergerak menurun dan cenderung stagnan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji regresi linear berganda untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemilikan saham asing di sektor properti. Variabel yang digunakan adalah persentase kepemilikan saham asing dan domestic di sektor properti sebagai variabel terikat, dan persentasi kepemilikan asing dan kepemilikan domestik pada periode sebelumnya, size (market capitalization), return saham, IHS sektoral serta IHSG sebagai variabel bebas. Analisis yang sama juga dilakukan kepada kepemilikan domestik dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan perbandingan dengan kepemilikan asing. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepemilikan saham pada periode sebelumnya dan ukuran perusahaan (size) mempengaruhi porsi kepemilikan saham asing dan domestik di sektor properti. Tetapi, variabel ukuran perusahaan (size) mempengaruhi kepemilikan saham domestik secara negatif di sektor properti.

This research analyzed foreign equity ownership and domestic equity ownership in the property sector, listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, year 2008-2014. During the research period, it was found that the foreign equity ownership in the property sector decreased and stagnated. This research used double linear regression method to analyse the which factors influence the foreign equity ownership in the property sector. This research uses variables as follows: foreign equity ownership percentage in the property sector as dependent variable, and foreign ownership at previous period, size (market capitalization), stock return, property sector stock return and market return as independent variable. The same analysis was conducted for the purpose of comparing the result with foreign equity ownership. Result of research stated that the stock ownership at previous period and size of the company influenced foreign stock in the property sector. "Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menginvcstigasi apakah reaksi pasar yang teljadi akibat peristiwa peledakan bom dipengaruhi oleh jenis industri (mdustri pariwisata atau industri laiunya), untuk pexistiwa yang teljadi di Indonesia selama tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2005. Selain jenis industri, variabel kontrol yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proporsi kepemilikan saham asing. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa reaksi pasar dipengaruhi secara signiiikan oleh jenis industri namun tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh proporsi kepemilikan saham asing. Penelitian ini juga menemukan, hanya return pada hari tegiadi peristiwa peledakan bom saja yang bemilai signitikan negatif.

This research determined to investigate whether industry classification (tourism industry or other industries) affects market reaction on bombing attacks for incident that happened in Indonesia at time period 2000 until 2005. Adds to industry classification, control variable used on this research is the proportion of foreign ownership.

This research shows that market reaction is signihcantly affected by industry classification but is not significantly affected by proportion of foreign ownership. The research is also discover that significantly negative of retum only happen to the day of bombing attacks."

"Titik tolak penelitian ini adalah Undang Undang No. 10 Tahun 1998 pasal 26 dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 29 Tahun 1999 yang mengakibatkan peningkatan kepemilikan asing pada bank-bank di Indonesia. Konsideran peraturan ini salah satunya adalah memperkuat permodalannya untuk menciptakan sistem perbankan yang efisien. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perhitungan nilai efisiensi teknis bank umum konvensional di Indonesia dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan saham bank oleh asing terhadap tingkat efisiensi perbankan. Dengan menggunakan metode non-parametrik DEA ditunjukkan bahwa tingkat efisiensi perbankan di Indonesia masih rendah secara relatif terhadap unit bank yang paling efisien dalam sampel penelitian. Kemudian dari hasil analisis regresi panel Fixed Effect Model disimpulkan bahwa kepemilikan saham bank oleh asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat efisiensi perbankan, sementara itu variabel kontrol berupa ukuran bank dan tingkat risiko kredit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat efisiensi perbankan.

The starting point of this study is Law umber 10/1998 article 26 and Government Regulation number 29/1999 which resulted an increased foreign ownership in banks in Indonesia. One of the considerants of this legislation is to strengthen its capital base to create an efficient banking system. Therefore, this study aimed to examine and analyze the value of the technical efficiency of conventional commercial bank in Indonesia and analyze the impact of foreign's share ownership toward Indonesian bank`s efficiency. By using DEA non-paramethric method, it's indicated that the level of efficiency of banking in Indonesia is low relatively to the most efficient banks unit in sample. Then, from the results of the panel regression analysis Fixed Effect Model concluded that the share ownership by foreign banks do not affect the level of banking efficiency, meanwhile bank`s size and credit risk rate as control variable significantly influence banking efficiency rate."
