"[ABSTRAK
Peluang memperluas target pasar dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komputasi
awan yang sedang berkembang mendorong PT. Indodev Niaga Internet (DataOn)
untuk meluncurkan produk Software as a Service (SaaS) mereka yaitu SunfishHR
SaaS. Pada kenyataannya masih ditemukan masalah yang harus dihadapi
pelanggan saat menggunakan produk tersebut seperti perbaikan yang
menyebabkan fungsi lain terganggu, batas waktu pengerjaan yang tidak konsisten,
dan dokumentasi yang kurang.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kualitas
SaaS, menentukan prioritas faktor-faktor tersebut, dan menentukan faktor apa saja
yang perlu diperbaiki oleh DataOn. Seluruh faktor diidentifikasi dengan
melakukan studi literatur dan penelitian sebelumnya yang terkait dengan kualitas
SaaS. Seluruh prioritas ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic
Hierarchy Process(AHP) dan melibatkan 10 responden yang memiliki
pengalaman di bidang SaaS selama4-18 tahun.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 32 faktor yang mempengaruhi
kualitas SaaS. Faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri dari 15 faktor pada kategori terkait
produk, 10 faktor terkait proses, dan 7 faktor terkait organisasi. Prioritas tertinggi
untuk setiap kategori adalah faktor Security pada kategori produk, faktor Quality
Control pada kategori proses, dan faktor Technically Competent Employees pada
kategori organisasi.

ABSTRACT
The opportunity to expand the market with using emerging technology such as
cloud computing encourage PT. Indodev Niaga Internet that also known as
DataOn to launch theirproduct called SunfishHR SaaS (Software as a Service).
But on their way to sell this product, DataOn facing problems reported by
customer such as error, delayed deadline, and less product documentation.
The purpose of this research are to find all factors that related to SaaS quality,
determine the priority of each factor that compare experts and organization‟s
perception, and find what factors DataOn should improve their work. All factors
are identified by combining previous study that related about the quality of SaaS
and also confirmed by experts. All priorities are determined by using Analytic
Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and involved 10 respondents that have
experience in SaaS for 4-18 years.
Results found 32 factors that related to quality of SaaS. They are 15 factors in
product-related category, 10 factors in process-related category, and 7 factors in
organization-related category. The highest priority for product-related category,

"Proporsi pembelanjaan teknologi yang beralih ke cloud setelah krisis global pandemi COVID-19 diperkirakan pada tahun 2024 nanti akan makin meningkat mencapai 14,2% dari total belanja teknologi global, bertambah 9,1% dibandingkan tahun 2020 lalu. Software as a Service (SaaS) menjadi segmen pasar terbesar dalam layanan public cloud dan diperkirakan akan tumbuh sebesar 117,8 miliar USD pada tahun 2021 menurut survei yang dilakukan Gartner pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus implementasi aplikasi Digital HR SaaS cloud computing yang dilakukan oleh sebuah perusahaan konsultasi global PT XYZ di salah satu klien. Proyek implementasi SaaS di klien PT XYZ tidak tercapai 100% sesuai rencana jadwal implementasi karena adanya kemunduran selama satu bulan dari rencana yang telah ditetapkan yang akhirnya menyebabkan peningkatan total biaya proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan metodologi implementasi aplikasi SaaS dan membuat panduan untuk implementasinya di suatu perusahaan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip dari Essence Framework. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Design Science Research (DSR). Perencanaan dan pengembangan metodologi implementasi dilakukan menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) terhadap tim implementasi PT XYZ dan juga expert judgement dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap lima ahli untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dari segi eksternal organisasi. Analisis penelitian ini menghasilkan daftar lima belas praktik yang dapat dipilih dalam metodologi implementasi SaaS yang dapat dijadikan acuan terhadap klien PT XYZ, yaitu (1) Identify Value, (2) Sprint Planning, (3) Daily Scrum, (4) Sprint, (5) Sprint Review, (6) Acceptance Criteria, (7) Stories, (8) Whole Team, (9) Informative Workspace, (10) Energized Work, (11) Pair Programming, (12) Weekly Cycle, (13) System Demo, (14) Inspect and Adapt, (15) Solution Demo. Praktik-praktik ini dihasilkan dari FGD dengan tim implementasi PT XYZ berdasarkan metode terpilih dari hasil studi literatur. Metode Agile untuk transformasi yang besar dan kompleks seperti SaaS berdasarkan studi literatur adalah Scrum, Lean dan Extreme Programming. Metode Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) juga dimasukkan dalam metode terpilih karena SAFe merupakan metode scaling paling populer berdasarkan hasil survei VersionOne tahun 2020.

Global technology spending for cloud computing is expected to increase further after the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Year 2024 spending has reached to 14.2% of total global technology spending, an increase of 9.1% from year 2020 spending. Software as a Service (SaaS) is the largest market segment in public cloud services. According to Gartner survey in 2020, the SaaS spending figure is expected to grow to 117.8 billion USD by 2021. This research was based on a case study of Digital HR SaaS cloud computing implementation done by one of the biggest global consulting firm in one of its clients. The implementation was delayed for one month thus failed to achieve its 100% target implementation timeline and led to an increase of the overall project cost. This research aimed to develop implementation methodology for SaaS application and to create guidance of its implementation in an organisation based on the principles of The Essence Framework. This research used Design Science Research (DSR) approach. Planning and development of the implementation methodology was carried out using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with implementation team in PT XYZ and conducting expert judgment by interviewing five experts to get feedback from external point of view. The analysis of this research resulted in list of fifteen practices that can be selected for the SaaS implementation methodology to be used as reference for PT XYZ clients, namely (1) Identify Value, (2) Sprint Planning, (3) Daily Scrum, (4) Sprint, (5) Sprint Review, (6) Acceptance Criteria, (7) Stories, (8) Whole Team, (9) Informative Workspace, (10) Energized Work, (11) Pair Programming, (12) Weekly Cycle, (13) System Demo, (14) Inspect and Adapt, (15) Solution Demo. These practices are chosen through FGD with implementation team in PT XYZ based on Agile methods defined from the literature review for large transformation as SaaS, namely Scrum, Lean and Extreme Programming. In addition, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) method is also included as it is the most popular scaling method based on VersionOne survey in 2020. "

"Penulisan laporan tugas khusus praktik kerja profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Kalventis Sinergi Farma bertujuan untuk menganalisis persyaratan pengguna mengenai personal training dan menghasilkan penilaian risiko berdasarkan kontrol dan tingkat prioritas PT. Kalventis Sinergi Farma. Penulisan laporan ini menggunakan suatu sistem yang digunakan oleh perusahaan yaitu Sistem X yang berbasis  COTS (commercial off-the shelf) dan perangkat lunak berbasis SaaS (software as a service). Proses dokumentasi yang diajukan kepada sistem x memiliki beberapa persiapan seperti menggunakan diagram proses yang terdiri dari rencana pelatihan, manajemen pelatihan, analisis pelatihan, laporan pelatihan, dan pencarian pelatihan. Spesifikasi fungsional dianalisis sesuai tingkat risiko yaitu tinggi, sedang, rendah. Dari analisis tingkat risiko, dapat disimpulkan untuk menetapkan strategi tes dari masing-masing rencana pelatihan yaitu challenge testing, nominal testing, dan exploratory testing. Penilaian risko dari persyaratan pengguna spesifikasi fungsional dapat mengurangi kegagalan pada GxP dan risiko kegagalan bisnis.

Kalventis Sinergi Farma with the purpose to analyze user requirements of personal training and to make a risk assesment based on the controls and the priority levels of PT. Kalventis Sinergi Farma. This report is using a system used by the company, namely system X which is based on COTS (Commercial off-the shel) and SaaS (Software as a Service). The documentation of the validation is processing by submitted to system has several preparations like a diagram process consisting of training plans, training management, traing analysis, training reports, and training search. Specification of functional was analyzed that accorded by the risk level (high, medium, low). From analysis of risk level, it can be concluded to determine the test strategy of each training plan (challenge testing, nominal testing, and exploratory testing). Risk assessment of user requirements of functional specifications can reduce failures in GxP and business failure.

The software application industry nowadays enables organizations as well
as individuals to establish a new type of business model which is called Software
as a Service also known as SaaS. This thesis is about a business plan of
establishing a software production company or a startup which will be funded by
the founders of the company without external investors or any type of loan or
debt. The company will start by developing an online software project
management tool which is designed to particularly help professional software
project managers as well as enterprises with similar functions. The business plan
includes calculations and financial statements which will show that it is indeed
feasible to establish such a company with limited funding."

"Software sebagai produk digital terbukti meningkatkan kolektivitas dan efisiensi. Teknologi kecerdasan buatan menjadi solusi untuk berbagai masalah dalam bisnis, membuat produk software menjadi kebutuhan vital dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Salah satu produk yang menjadi inti bisnis banyak perusahaan adalah Software as a Service (SaaS). SaaS adalah aplikasi berbasis Internet dengan menggunakan sistem cloud. Produk aplikasi SaaS memiliki karakteristik yang unik, salah satunya adalah memiliki layanan kustomisasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan unik setiap pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, SaaS menjadi solusi yang cocok untuk perusahaan dari semua jenis dan ukuran termasuk usaha kecil dan menengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa adakah pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari proses customer involvement pada pengembangan aplikasi SaaS untuk masing masing pelanggan terhadap customer engagement, co-creation of service, satisfaction dan loyalty dengan dengan level of co-creation sebagai moderasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan questionnaire dari 200 pengguna aplikasi SaaS dan merupakan penentu keputusan dari provider SaaS yang dipilih kemudian dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modelling. Hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan menunjukan proses customer involvement pada pengembangan aplikasi SaaS mempunyai hubungan signifikan terhadap co-creation of service, satisfaction dan loyalty.

The use of software as a digital product has been shown to improve collectivity and efficiency. Artificial intelligence technology facilitates a variety of facets in business, making software products a vital necessity in people's lives. One product that is the core business of many companies is Software as a Service (SaaS). Software as a service (or SaaS) is a way of delivering applications over the Internet—as a service by using a cloud computing system. SaaS application products have a unique characteristic, it has customization services to meet customer’s unique needs. Hence, SaaS becomes a solution that is suitable for companies of all types and sizes including small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze an effect of the customer involvement process on the development of SaaS applications for each customer on customer engagement, co-creation of service, satisfaction and loyalty with level of co-creation as moderation. Data were collected using a questionnaire from 200 users of the SaaS application who were the decision makers of the selected SaaS provider and then analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results of the analysis conducted show that the process of customer involvement in the development of SaaS applications has a significant relationship to co-creation of service, satisfaction and loyalty. "
