Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penerapan teknologi konstruksi pada hunian adaptif yang diperlukan untuk mengakomodir perubahan-perubahan kebutuhan manusia yang tinggal di dalam hunian tersebut. Rumah adaptif adalah rumah yang dapat beradaptasi kepada kebutuhan fisik pengguna, dalam kaitannya dengan bertambah tuanya mereka dan menurunnya mobilitas. Pentingnya rumah dalam hidup manusia, faktor-faktor yang berubah dalam hidup manusia yang menyebabkan adanya kebutuhan perubahan dalam hunian, jenis-jenis perubahan dalam hunian, dan konsep-konsep yang terkait hunian yang adaptif, serta teknologi konstruksi akan dibahas dalam skripsi ini. Dengan menggunakan metode studi preseden, baik dari luar maupun dalam negeri, skripsi ini akan membahas secara kualitatif mengenai teknologi konstruksi yang telah diterapkan dalam mengakomodir konsep hunian yang adaptif. ......This undergraduated thesis discusses the application of construction technology in adaptable house which is necessary to accommodate changes in the needs of people who live there. Adaptable house is a house that is adaptive to the physical needs of the user, in connection with their increased age and decreased mobility. This thesis will discuss the importance of house in human life, the factors that changed the human life which causes the need for a change in house, the kinds of changes in house, and related concepts of adaptable house, and also construction technologies. Qualitatively, by using the method of precedent studies, both from outside and within the country, this thesis will discuss the construction technology which has been applied in adaptable house.
