RSPAD GS adalah rumah sakit militer tingkat I yang menjadi pusat rujukan tertinggi dari RS TNI AD/ABRI, melayani pasien baik sebagai anggota ABRI, PNS ABRI beserta keluarganya, juga melayani para pejabat tinggi dan tertinggi, dan masyarakat umum. Salah satu fasilitas layanan yang penting adalah bedah sentral, selain keberadaannya sangat dibutuhkan, bila dikelola dengan baik, bedah sentral akan menjadi salah satu sumber penghasilan bagi rumah sakit yang bersangkutan. Rendahnya kinerja di Bagian Bedah Sentral RSPAD GS, akan berpengaruh terhadap kesempatan menambah penghasilan bagi RSPAD GS. Untuk dapat mengoptimalkan peran bedah sentral dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan rumah sakit perlu dilakukan penelitian studi kasus dengan analisis kuantitatif dibantu dengan Competing values Framework. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui budaya organisasi Bagian Bedah Sentral RSPAD GS kaitannya dengan kinerja Bagian Bedah Sentral RSPAD GS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara survei dengan bantuan kuesioner, besar sampel 89, dan semua populasi di Bagian Bedah Sentral dipilih sebagai responden. Data yang terkumpul dilakukan analisa dengan melihat kecenderungan budaya organisasi sekarang dan yang diinginkan. Dati hasil penelitian budaya sekarang dan budaya yang diinginkan oleh kelompok manajemen di tingkat rumah sakit adalah budaya tipe klan, menurut kelompok manajemen di tingkat unit dan kelompok pengguna kamar bedah sentral, adalah budaya tipe hirarki. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kelompok manajemen di tingkat rumah sakit, kelompok manajemen di tingkat unit dan kelompok pengguna kamar bedah sentral di bagian bedah sentral RSPAD GS tidak memiliki persepsi yang sama terhadap budaya organisasi di bagian bedah sentral dan masing-masing kelompok tersebut mempunyai harapan budaya organisasi yang berbeda. Peneliti berasumsi bahwa perbedaan harapan tersebut yang selama ini menyebabkan rendahnya kinerja dibagian bedah sentral RSPAD GS. Bagian bedah sentral di RSPAD GS apabila ingin meningkatkan kinerjanya sebaiknya menyamakan budaya diantara kelompok manajemen di tingkat rumah sakit, kelompok manajemen di tingkat unit dan kelompok medis pengguna kamar bedah agar sejalan dengan visi, misi, strategi dan budaya di bagian bedah sentral RSPAD GS.
Cultural View Of The Main Operating Theatre Of The Gatot Subroto Army Main Hospital RSPAD 2003RSPAD GS is a first class Military Hospital which has become the main referral hospital for other military hospital, providing services for members of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI), civilian personnel of the armed forces as well as their families also for high ranking members of the military as well as that of the high and highest level of official and general public. One of the important services is the Main Operating Theatre. Its presence is extremely needed and if it is well managed, the Main Operating Theatre can become one of the main sources of revenue for the hospital. The low performance of the Main Operating Theatre of RSPAD GS will have an impact on the opportunity to make extra revenue for RSPAD GS. In order to maximize the role of the main Operating Theatre so as to raise revenue of the hospital, it is necessary to hold a survey as a case study by using the method of Quantitative analysis with the help of competing value framework. The aim of the survey is to find out the Organizational Culture of the Main Operating Theatre of RSPAD GS and its connection with performance of the Main Operating Theatre of RSPAD GS. Search for data can be done in a curve' with the help of questionnaires, the amount of samples is 89, conducted to all the personnel at the Main Operating Theatre who will be selected as respondents. The collected data can be analyzed by observing the current culture and the one desired by the Management Group a the hospital level there is the Clan Type of Culture, and according to the management group at the unit level and group using the Main Operating Theatre it is the Hierarchy type of culture. The survey concluded that the Management at the hospital level, the management group at unit level and the group using the main operating theatre of the RSPAD GS do not have the same perception about the organizational culture of the main operating theatre and each group has its own different organizational cultural expectation. The writer assume that these different organizational culture expectation is responsible for the low performance of the main operating theatre. The main operating theatre at RSPAD GS when it wishes to improve its performance should have similar cultural view between the management group at the hospital level, the management group at the unit level and the group using the main operating theatre so that they will have similar vision, mission, strategy and culture at the main operating theatre.

RSPAD Gatot Soebroto merupakan rumah sakit tipe A Pendidikan yang merupakan rumah sakit rujukan dari rumah sakit dibawahnya. Salah satu faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi mutu dari rumah sakit adalah pelayanan kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati ditujukan untuk memahami tugas dan fungsi apoteker dalam melaksanakan Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit yang meliputi pengelolaan Sediaan Farmasi dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai, serta pelayanan farmasi klinik. Untuk melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit, khususnya dalam bidang farmasi klinis maka Apoteker perlu untuk terus mengikuti perkembangan pengetahuan serta peraturan yang berlaku. Strategi pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto adalah dengan melakukannya kegiatan penyuluhan rutin terkait obat untuk para tenaga kefarmasian maupun tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Tujuan pelaksanaan praktek kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad periode Bulan Juli-Agustus tahun 2016 adalah untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan perundangan dan etika pelayanan kefarmasian, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian dan memiliki gambaran nyata terhadap permasalahan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Praktek kerja profesi dilakukan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu identifikasi Drug Related Problem pada Pasien dengan CKD on HD, Hipertensi dan Seizure di unit perawatan umum RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad. Pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian menurut Permenkes No 58 tahun 2014 meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi klinis. Pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai di rumah sakit telah sesuai, sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang belum dilakukan adalah Evaluasi Penggunaan Obat EPO dan Pemantauan Kadar Obat dalam Darah PKOD ...... The aims of internship at Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad in July August 2015 are to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities clinical pharmacist in hospital according to regulations and ethics in pharmaceutical care, have insight, knowledge, skill and practical experience for doing pharmaceutical care, and have an example about pharmaceutical care problem in hospital. Internship was held for two months with a special assignment to identify drug related problem in patient with CKD on HD, hypertension and seizure in general care unit Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad. The implimentation of Standarization of Pharmaceutical Care in Hospital according to Regulation of Minister of Health No 58 Year 2014 consist of managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical equipments and clinical pharmacy services. The managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical equipments in hospital is already suitable, and clinical pharmacy services that have not been implemented are Drug Use Evaluation and Drug Levels Monitoring in Blood.

Resume medis merupakan inti dari Rekam Medis yang dapat memberikan gambaran secara keseluruhan, lengkap, ringkas, tepat tentang pasien yang nantinya digunakan untuk berobat kembali. Resume medis adalah bukti otentik jika terjadi tuntutan di Pengadilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai Karakteristik Dokter dalam kelengkapan dan pencatatan resume medis, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional dengan menggunakan check list resume medis dari Maret - Mei 2000 sebanyak 473 resume medis yang diisi oleh 27 dokter dari 4 bagian spesialisasi. Untuk menambah informasi tentang karakteristik dokter ditambah dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 70,4% responden mengisi tidak lengkap resume medis dan 29,6% mengisi dengan lengkap resume medis, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara perilaku kelengkapan dan pencatatan resume medis dengan spesialisasi ilmu dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna dengan (umur, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, status kepegawaian, pangkat/golongan, masa kerja, sarana dan jabatan. Saran: Meningkatkan manajemen kontrol komite medik dan komite rekam medik, terhadap resume medik yang diisi oleh dokter RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Memberikan asupan kepada rumah sakit, bahwa dengan meningkatnya kemajuan dan berkembangnya ilmu kedokteran saat ini perlu adanya perubahan bentuk-bentuk formulir resume medis dalam menyesuaikan dengan kedisiplinan masing-masing ilmu kedokteran.
The Relationship between Doctors?s Characteristics and Organizational Factors, and the Completeness of the Medical Resume Recording at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Medical Resume is the core part of the Medical Records which can provide a comprehensive, complete, brief and accurate description about the patient when he/she needs further medical treatment in the future. The medical resume could be used serves as authentic evidence in case of any lawsuit. The objective of this research is to identify the completeness of medical resume as well as its affecting factors. This research complies a cross sectional design by using the back up instruments such as check lists of the medical resumes issued from March through May 2000 which total 473 medical resumes filled out by 27 doctors of 4 specializations. To achieve a has been developed complete the information about the doctor's characteristics, questionnaires. The result of the research reveals that 70.4% respondents do not fill out the medical resume completely and 29.6% fills it out completely. The study also reviled there is a significant relationship between the completeness of the filling-out and the recording of the medical resumes with the specializations and no significant relationship with age, sex, marital status, employee status, grade / classification, period of service, facilities and position. Suggestion: to improve the control management by the medical committee and medical recording committee on the medical resumes filled out by the doctors of the RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. To provide contribution to the hospital that in line with the advancement and growth of the medical sciences at present, it is required a revision of the types of the forms of the medical resumes according to its respective discipline.

ABSTRAK Kemandirian Rumah Sakit sangat panting dalam rangka mempertahankan perkembangan Rumah Sakit dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang baik disamping tetap menghasilkan Sisa Hasil Usaha yang bermanfaat bagi pengelola. Kesulitan yang dihadapi Rumah Sakit Pavilyun Kartika RSPAD Gatot Soebroto sebagai sisi pelayanan swasta dilingkungan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto dengan kondisi krisis moneter yang terjadi tahun 1997 mengharuskan mencari terobosan intervensi baru dalam usaha menuju kemandiriannya. Perlakuan berupa perubahan tarif rawat inap, realokasi jumlah tempat tidur, upaya pengendalian biaya dan reorganisasi SDM perawat di Unit Rawat inap di tahun 1997 belum diketahui efeknya. Untuk mengetahui apa ada perbedaan antara kondisi awal (1996) dan pasta intervensi (akhir 1997) dan mendapat gambaran hasil intervensi dilakukan penelitian cross sectional dengan sumber informasi data sekunder berupa laporan-laporan, data primer peer group pimpinan dan karyawan Hari rawat, BOR, BTO, TOI, Total Pendapatan, Total Biaya, SHU, LOS, CRR digunakan sebagai indikator dengan hasil tidak ada perbedan antara tahun 1996 dan 1997. Melalui penggantian tenaga perawat berpredikat Akper pada tenaga SPK yang pindah ke RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, kwalitas pelayanan keperawatan tetap tinggi sedangkan efisiensi pelayanan meningkat. Melalui usaha pengembangan corporate culture, pemahaman social revenue, cost effectiveness/cost containment dipertajam. Melalui usaha pengembalian PNS RSPAD Gatot Soebroto tingkat subsidi dikurangi. Disimpulkan krisis moneter pada tahun intervensi 1997 sebagai pemicu gerakan efisiensi dan konsolidasi kepegawaian, menghasilkan tingkat kemandirian yang meningkat dengan tetap mempertahankan tingkat pelayanan yang baik serta Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) tetap positif meskipun tingkat inflasi yang terjadi sekitar 50%.
ABSTRACT Self sufficiency (Self Reliance) in Hospitals is very important within the frame work to maintain the development of the hospital, with excellent quality health services and still provide adequate profitability for the owner. The 1997 monetary crisis problems faced Paviliun Kartika Hospital RSPAD Gatot Soebroto as the business unit for RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, forced it to find new ways of intervention towards self sufficiency. Interventions in the form of price changes in the hospital wards, reallocation of hospital beds, cost containment and reorganization of human resources in nurses in the hospital wards in 1997 were implemented with impact not yet known. To ascertain whether there was a difference between the preintervention period (1996) and post-intervention period (end of 1997) and to obtain the intervention result, a cross sectional study was done based on information reports and peer group analysis. Measures like bed days, BOR, TOI, Total Revenue, Total Cost, Net Profit , LOS, CRR are used as the indicators. The study found that there was no apparent difference between 1996 and 1997 indicators. The quality of nurses services was maintained high and the efficiency of services was raised by adding more nurses with academic back ground. Through the development of corporate culture, the understanding of social revenue and the cost effectiveness/cost containment were focused. Through returning nurses paid by government back to the RSPAD Gatot Soebroto of level of subsidy was lowered. The monetary crisis in 1997 intervention year had sparked the efficiency and person& consolidation resulting in the increase of self sufficiency and high level of health services and sufficient profit despite of 50% annual rate of inflation.
