"Praktik Kerja Profesi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Fatmawati dan Apotek Roxy Depok periode September-Desember Tahun 2020 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab apoteker, menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari, meningkatkan keterampilan, serta menambah wawasan melalui pengalaman praktik di pelayanan kefarmasian seperti rumah sakit dan apotek. Selama menjalankan praktik kerja profesi, peserta diberikan tugas khusus berupa Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO) antibiotik pada pasien pasca operasi dan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi Narkotika dan Psikotropika di Apotek Roxy Klender. Tugas khusus tersebut bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasionalitas penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien pasca operasi di RSUP Fatmawati dan mengetahui gambaran pengelolaan Narkotika dan Psikotropika di Apotek Roxy Depok dibandingkan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Secara umum, penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien pasca operasi di RSUP Fatmawati dikatakan rasional. Namun, ditemukan permasalahan terkait obat pada saat proses operasi yakni waktu pemberian antibiotik profilaksis yang tidak tepat. Selanjutnya, pengelolaan Narkotika dan Psikotropika di Apotek Roxy Depok meliputi kegiatan pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, penyerahan, pengembalian, pemusnahan, dan pelaporan telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Professional Work Practices at the Central General Hospital (RSUP) Fatmawati and Pharmacy Roxy Depok for the period September-December 2020 aims to find out pharmacists' responsibilities, apply knowledge that has been learned, improve skills, and gain insight through practical experience in pharmaceutical services such as hospitals and a pharmacy. While carrying out professional work practices, participants are given special assignments in the form of Monitoring Drug Therapy (PTO) for antibiotics in postoperative patients and managing Narcotics and Psychotropics pharmaceutical preparations at the Roxy Klender Pharmacy. This special task aims to determine the rationality of using antibiotics in postoperative patients at Fatmawati Hospital and to know the description of the management of Narcotics and Psychotropics at the Roxy Depok Pharmacy compared to statutory regulations. In general, the use of antibiotics in postoperative patients at Fatmawati Hospital is said to be rational. However, drug-related problems were found during the operation process, namely the inappropriate timing of prophylactic antibiotics. Furthermore, the management of Narcotics and Psychotropics at Apotek Roxy Depok includes procurement, receiving, storing, delivering, returning, destroying, and reporting in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations."

"Penyimpanan obat merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dan harus diperhatikan untuk meminimalisir kejadian medication error. Penyimpanan obat di Apotek dapat mengikuti pedoman yang diatur dalam Permenkes Nomor 73 Tahun 2016. Pembuatan tugas khusus ini dilakukan melalui observasi yang kemudian dievaluasi terhadap penyimpanan obat di Apotek Roxy Biak menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penyimpanan obat dengan regulasi tersebut. Penyimpanan obat di Apotek Roxy Biak diklasifikasikan berdasarkan bentuk sediaan, efek farmakologis, cara penggunaan, suhu dan stabilitas, golongan obat, serta waktu kadaluwarsa. Sebanyak 17 dari 20 aspek atau 85% aspek atau kriteria penyimpanan obat menurut PMK 73 tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek telah terpenuhi oleh Apotek Roxy Biak. Pengeluaran obat di Apotek Roxy Biak saat ini belum menggunakan sistem First In First Out (FIFO), First Expired First Out (FEFO) yang mana sistem ini sebenarnya sangat berguna untuk menghindari obat kadaluwarsa pada saat penyimpanan yang tentunya akan menimbulkan kerugian bagi apotek karena obat tersebut tidak dapat dipasarkan kembali dan pasien apabila terjadi kesalahan dalam pemberian obat yang telah kadaluwarsa. Apotek Roxy Biak juga belum memiliki lemari atau rak khusus untuk penyimpanan obat high alert dan tidak diberikan penandaan high alert. Selain itu, Penyimpanan obat LASA/NORUM masih diletakkan saling berdekatan dan pada beberapa obat belum terdapat label khusus sehingga kecenderungan medication error lebih besar sehingga beberapa aspek tersebut masih perlu diperhatikan kembali agar mutu pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Roxy Biak dapat sesuai dengan regulasi dan semakin meningkat.

Drug storage is a crucial aspect that must be carefully considered to minimize medication errors. Drug storage in pharmacies can adhere to the guidelines set forth in Ministry of Health Regulation Number 73 of 2016. This specialized task was carried out through observation and subsequent evaluation of drug storage at Roxy Biak Pharmacy according to the regulations specified in Ministry of Health Regulation Number 73 of 2016 to determine the compatibility of drug storage with these regulations. Drug storage at Roxy Biak Pharmacy is classified based on dosage form, pharmacological effects, usage instructions, temperature and stability, drug classification, and expiration date. A total of 17 out of 20 aspects or 85% of the criteria for drug storage, as outlined in the Regulation Number 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmacy Services Standards at Pharmacies, have been fulfilled by Roxy Biak Pharmacy. The dispensing of drugs at Roxy Biak Pharmacy currently does not utilize the First In First Out (FIFO) or First Expired First Out (FEFO) system, which is actually highly useful to prevent the dispensing of expired drugs. This could lead to losses for the pharmacy since such drugs cannot be resold, and there is a risk for patients if expired drugs are mistakenly administered. Roxy Biak Pharmacy also lacks specialized cabinets or shelves for storing high-alert medications and does not provide high-alert labeling. Furthermore, the storage of Look-Alike Sound-Alike (LASA)/Narrow Therapeutic Index (NORUM) drugs is still situated closely together, and some drugs lack specific labels, increasing the likelihood of medication errors. Therefore, these aspects need to be revisited to ensure that the quality of pharmaceutical services at Roxy Biak Pharmacy aligns with regulations and continues to improve."

"Pandemi COVID-19 memaksa seluruh lapisan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan teknologi di setiap aspek kehidupan, termasuk kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Apotek Roxy Poltangan merupakan salah satu unit bisnis yang telah melaksanakan kegiatan telefarmasi dengan cara memberikan pelayanan resep secara online. Mengingat terdapat beberapa pelanggan membutuhkan informasi lebih dalam terkait cara penggunaan obat yang dibeli, maka kegiatan telefarmasi di Apotek Roxy Poltangan perlu dilengkapi dengan layanan konseling jarak jauh. Tugas ini disusun untuk merancang mekanisme pelaksanaan konseling jarak jauh yang dapat diterapkan di Apotek Roxy Poltangan. Rancangan dibuat dengan mengobservasi kegiatan telefarmasi yang berjalan di Apotek Roxy Poltangan dan membaca referensi yang memuat informasi mekanisme pelaksanaan konseling online di apotek. Terdapat 2 mekanisme pelaksanaan konseling online yang dapat diterapkan di Apotek Roxy Poltangan, yaitu mendirikan Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik Farmasi (PSEF) khusus untuk Apotek Roxy dengan fitur konseling online bersama apoteker dan memanfaatkan akun bisnis WhatsApp. Apotek Roxy Poltangan diharapkan dapat mempertimbangkan kedua mekanisme tersebut untuk membuat kegiatan telefarmasi yang telah dilakukan menjadi lebih baik.

The COVID-19 pandemic has made societies use technologies in every aspect of life, including pharmaceutical care at the pharmacy. Apotek Roxy Poltangan is one of pharmaceutical business unit that has been practicing telepharmacy by preparing medicines and dispensing them online. Since some customers need to know more about the medicines they buy, an online counseling feature must be added to the telepharmacy practice at Apotek Roxy Poltangan. This report give the designs of online counseling feature that might be implemented at Apotek Roxy Poltangan. The detailed designs were made by observing the existing telepharmacy practice at Apotek Roxy Poltangan and study some literatures about online counseling practice at the pharmaceutical business unit. There are 2 mechanisms that might be applicable at Apotek Roxy Poltangan: setting up a confidential Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik Farmasi (PSEF) that provide Apotek Roxy Poltangan an online counseling feature and using business WhatsApp account. In order to make a better telepharmacy practice, Apotek Roxy Poltangan is expected to consider these two designs."

"Di Indonesia, tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk meningkat dari tahun ke tahun yang dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya laju pertumbuhan penduduk pertahun 2010 – 2019 yaitu sebesar 1,31%. Untuk itu pemerintah berupaya untuk mengendalikan jumlah kelahiran anak salah satunya dengan program Keluarga Berencana. Salah satu penyedia layanan kontrasepsi yaitu apotek dimana kontrasepsi termasuk kedalam daftar Obat Wajib Apotek. Apoteker sangat berperan dalam membantu dalam pemilihan kontrasepsi yang aman untuk pasien melalui pelayanan Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Edukasi (KIE) serta konseling secara sistematis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengobservasi ketersediaan kontrasepsi oral di Apotek Roxy Pamulang meliputi ketepatan, keefektifan, keamanan, dan kerasionalan berdasarkan referensi pustaka yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung dengan mencatat berbagai jenis dan merk dagang kontrasepsi oral hormonal sesuai persediaannya di Apotek Roxy Pamulang. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan kontrasepsi oral di Apotek Roxy Pamulang sebanyak 3 jenis yaitu pil KB oral tunggal, pil KB oral kombinasi serta kontrasepsi emergensi dengan total 13 merk dagang.

In Indonesia, the population growth rate has increased from year to year as evidenced by the increase in the population growth rate from 2010 to 2019, namely 1.31%. For this reason, the government seeks to control the number of child births, one of which is the family planning program. One of the contraceptive service providers is a pharmacy where contraception is included in the Pharmacy Mandatory Drug list. Pharmacists are very instrumental in assisting in the selection of safe contraceptives for patients through Communication, Information and Education (IEC) services as well as systematic counseling. The purpose of this study is to observe the availability of oral contraceptives at the Roxy Pamulang Pharmacy including accuracy, effectiveness, safety, and rationality based on existing literature references. This research was conducted by direct observation by recording the various types and trademarks of hormonal oral contraceptives according to their inventory at the Roxy Pamulang Pharmacy. Based on the results obtained, it shows that the availability of oral contraceptives at Apotek Roxy Pamulang is 3 types, namely single oral contraceptive pill, combination oral contraceptive pill and emergency contraception with a total of 13 trademarks."

"Osteoartritis (OA) adalah kelainan umum dan progresif yang menyerang aktivitas sendi diarthrodial yang ditandai dengan kerusakan progresif dan hilangnya tulang rawan artikular, terjadinya pembentukan osteofit, nyeri, keterbatasan gerak, deformitas, dan disabilitas. Pemilihan terapi untuk pengobatan OA harus dipertimbangkan dengan tepat agar tidak menimbulkan resiko interaksi atau efek samping obat yang tidak diinginkan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan jika penatalaksanaan terapi tidak dilakukan dengan tepat (keliru) dapat menyebabkan sendi tidak dapat digunakan dan menimbulkan rasa nyeri yang berkepanjangaan pada penderita. Oleh karena itu, Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna melakukan pengkajian resep penyakit osteoartritis (OA) baik secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis dan studi literatur terkait penatalaksanaan terapi penyakit osteoartritis (OA). Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian resep dan studi literatur mengenai penyakit Osteoartritis (OA) dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengkajian dan pelayanan resep di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna sudah terdokumentasi dengan baik dari segi administratif, farmasetik dan klinis. Hanya saja secara administratif tidak ditemukan kelengkapan data terkait identitas pasien seperti berat badan dan alamat pasien. Berdasarkan studi literatur terkait tatalaksana penyakit osteoartritis (OA), obat osteoartritis (OA) yang diresepkan juga sudah sesuai berdasarkan simtomatik dan patogenesis keluhan pasien dengan memberikan suplemen glukosamin yang dapat membantu menghambat degradasi tulang rawan dan eperisone hidroklorida yang bekerja sebagai relaksan otot.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common and progressive disorder that attacks diarthrodial joint activity which is characterized by progressive damage and loss of articular cartilage, osteophyte formation, pain, limited movement, deformity and disability. The choice of therapy for the treatment of OA must be considered appropriately so as not to pose a risk of interactions or unwanted drug side effects. This is because if the therapeutic management is not carried out correctly (wrongly) it can cause the joint to become unusable and cause prolonged pain in the sufferer. Therefore, Roxy Jakasampurna Pharmacy conducted a review of prescriptions for osteoarthritis (OA) both administratively, pharmaceutically and clinically and studied literature related to the therapeutic management of osteoarthritis (OA). Based on the results of the review of prescriptions and literature studies regarding Osteoarthritis (OA), it can be concluded that the study activities and prescription services at the Roxy Jakasampurna Pharmacy have been well documented from an administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical perspective. It's just that administratively, complete data regarding patient identity, such as weight and patient address, was not found. Based on literature studies related to the management of osteoarthritis (OA), the prescribed osteoarthritis (OA) medication is also appropriate based on the symptomatic and pathogenesis of the patient's complaints by providing glucosamine supplements which can help inhibit cartilage degradation and eperisone hydrochloride which works as a muscle relaxant."

"SIMONA (Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Pembinaan Fasilitas Pelayanan Kefarmasian) merupakan sistem monitoring yang digunakan untuk mengawasi dan membina fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian, termasuk apotek. SIMONA membantu penyedia layanan kefarmasian untuk menilai kesesuaian dirinya terhadap standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang berlaku. Pada laporan ini dilakukan pembuatan laporan pelayanan farmasi klinis Apotek Roxy Poltangan periode Desember 2022. Laporan ini dibuat dengan menginput data laporan pelayanan kefarmasian bulan Desember 2022 Apotek Roxy Poltangan ke dalam sistem SIMONA. Hasil laporan pelayanan kefarmasian menunjukan bahwa telah dilakukan sebanyak 29 kali pengkajian dan pelayanan resep, 29 kali pemberian pelayanan informasi obat, 13 kali konseling, dan belum dilakukan telefarmasi. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa Apotek Roxy Poltangan telah melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian yang sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku.

SIMONA (Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Pembinaan Fasilitas Pelayanan Kefarmasian) is a monitoring system used to supervise and develop pharmaceutical service facilities, including pharmacies. SIMONA helps pharmaceutical service providers to assess their conformity with the applicable pharmaceutical service standards. In this study, Report of Clinical Pharmacy Service at Roxy Pharmacy Poltangan branch on December 2022 was prepared. This report was prepared by inputting data for the December 2022 pharmaceutical service report for the Roxy Pharmacy Poltangan branch into the SIMONA system. The report show that there have been 29 assessments and prescription services, 29 times providing drug information services, 13 times counseling, and tele-pharmacy has not been performed. These results indicate that the Roxy Pharmacy Poltangan branch has provided pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable standards.

"Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus pendidikan profesi, dan telah mengucapkan sumpah berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta berhak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Indonesia. Salah satu syarat untuk lulus pendidikan profesi apoteker, harus mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan maupun di fasilitas kefarmasian lainnya. Industri farmasi memegang peranan penting dalam tersedianya obat dengan jumlah, jenis, dan mutu yang memadai. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjamin mutu obat yang dihasilkan oleh industri farmasi adalah dengan memenuhi persyaratan yang tertera pada CPOB. Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Pelayanan kefarmasian yang dimaksud adalah pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini dilakukan di PT. Dankos Farma dan Apotek Roxy Sawangan periode Juli-Desember 2021. Praktik kerja profesi ini untuk melihat gambaran umum mengenai peran apoteker di PT. Dankos Farma dan Apotek Roxy Sawangan. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah beserta solusi yang diberikan di masing-masing tempat praktik yang dimuat dalam laporan praktik kerja profesi apoteker.

One of the requirements to pass the pharmacist's professional education, must follow the Pharmacist Professional Practice in health care facilities or in other pharmaceutical facilities. This professional work practice is to see an overview of the role of pharmacists in PT. Dankos Farma and Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy. In addition, prospective pharmacists are also given the opportunity to analyze the problems and solutions provided in each practice which is contained in the pharmacist's professional practice report."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di Rumah sakit dan Apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ketempat kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan praktik kerja profesi di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto pada periode Februari-Maret 2020 dan di Apotek Roxy Tanjung Duren pada Juni 2020. Indonesian Pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work place. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, Internship were carried out at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital in the February-March 2020 period and at the Roxy Tanjung Duren Pharmacy in June 2020. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding and experience to do pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice."

"Suplemen makanan banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan zat gizi yang kurang seimbang dalam tubuh. Melihat semakin banyak jenis suplemen, membuat masyarakat untuk lebih bijak dalam memilih suplemen yang akan dibelinya. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas khusus ini membahas mengenai analisis terkait keamanan, efikasi, dan cost-benefit dari dua suplemen yang terdapat di Apotek Roxy Rawakalong, yaitu suplemen yang mengandung Moringa oleifera dan Tribulus terrestris. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan untuk tugas khusus ini adalah studi literatur dan observasi di Apotek Roxy Rawakalong. Berdasarkan studi literatur dan observasi, diperoleh hasil yaitu herbana daun kelor (suplemen yang mengandung Moringa oleifera) tidak menyebabkan hipoglikemia sedangkan wellness tribulus stack (suplemen yang mengandung Tribulus terrestris) pada salah satu literatur menyebutkan bahwa perlu adanya peringatan jika digunakan untuk jangka panjang sedangkan literatur lainnya menyebutkan aman. Herbana daun kelor memberikan efikasi yaitu menurunkan kadar gula darah sedangkan wellness tribulus stack mampu meningkatkan fungsi ereksi dan libido pada laki-laki. Manfaat bersih yang diperoleh setiap harinya dari herbana daun kelor yaitu Rp 1946,67 dan untuk metformin yaitu Rp 428 sedangkan manfaat bersih yang diperoleh dari wellness tribulus stack yaitu Rp 2946,67 dan untuk sildenafil 50 mg yaitu Rp 678,67.

Dietary supplements are widely used by the public to fulfill the nutritional requirements that may be lacking in their bodies. With an increasing variety of supplements available, it becomes essential for consumers to make informed choices before purchasing any supplement. Therefore, this specific study focuses on the analysis of safety, efficacy, and cost-benefit of two supplements found at Roxy Rawakalong Pharmacy, namely the supplements containing Moringa oleifera and Tribulus terrestris. The methods employed for this study were literature review and observation at Apotek Roxy Rawakalong. Based on the literature review and observation, it was found that herbana daun kelor (supplement containing Moringa oleifera) does not cause hypoglycemia, whereas wellness tribulus stack (supplement containing Tribulus terrestris) has conflicting information in the literature, with one source suggesting the need for caution in long-term use, while another claims it is safe. Herbana daun kelor demonstrated efficacy in lowering blood sugar levels, while wellness tribulus stack was found to improve erectile function and libido in males. The net benefits obtained daily from herbana daun kelor amount to Rp 1946.67, whereas for metformin, it is Rp 428. On the other hand, the net benefits obtained from wellness tribulus stack are Rp 2946.67, and for sildenafil 50 mg, it is Rp 678.67. "

Tugas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuat master plan dan kondisi sosio-ekonomi Apotek Roxy Jati Baru, serta mengetahui dan mengusulkan konten social media yang tepat berdasarkan kondisi sosio-ekonomi Apotek Roxy Jati Baru untuk meningkatkan keuntungan Apotek Roxy Jati Baru. Metode yang digunkaan dalam pembuatan tugas ini adalah studi literature terhadap analisa master plan Apotek Roxy jatibaru terkait lokasi, lingkungan, dan kondisi sosial ekonomi melalui studi literature, serya analisa terkait konten social media terkait kondisi sosio-ekonomi Apotek Roxy Jatibaru.
