Abstrak :
The demand for global integration in the public sector leads to the accountability of State finances. By examination, supervision, which is the cornerstone of the governments economic performance clarification. This has become important in the public sector as well as in the private sector. Such circumstances spur employees in the scope of their organization to improve the effectiveness of its performance so as to ensure the survival of the organization. Once the importance of an oversight, in Indonesia have internal and external controls on the public sector for the effectiveness of the performance of government officials can be achieved. Role theory is used as a theory in this research, role theory is the emphasis of the nature of the individual as a social society that implements his behavior in accordance with the position gained and run in the community. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Independence, roles stress and burnout on the effectiveness of the task of Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) as an internal auditor. The population in this study were all BPKP auditors in Central Java, the technique of sampling using random sampling and the sample size used in this study were 64 auditors. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews, while the method of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study can be concluded that: Independence has a positive influence, burnout, role excess, and role conflict negatively affect the effectiveness of the auditors work, the vagueness of the role in this study did not give a significant effect on the effectiveness

ABSTRAK
The coverage of postnatal care program in Surabaya City had declined since 2011 until 2013 and could not reach the target. This analytic observational study used a cross sectional design and was conducted during April until May 2015 to analyze the effect of role stress, personality type, and burnout on midwives performance towards postnatal care program achievement in Surabaya City. A total sample of 45 midwives was collected from eight primary health care centers in Surabaya City with basic emergency obstetric and neonatal care services. Accidental sampling was used for sample selection. This study indicated that most of the midwives were aged 20 until 30 years and had an diploma level of education in midwifery. Majority of them were married and were predominantly contract workers with <5 and 5 to <10 years workers experiences. Most of the midwives did not have role stress and had agreeableness personality type. However, majority of them had mild burnout and showed medium performance level. There was no influence of demographic characteristics, role stress, and personality type on burnout, whereas the performance was affected by role stress and personality type. The midwives performance was more influenced by personality type than by role stress.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian bertujuan meneliti pengaruh mentoring functions dan organizational socialization terhadap role stress dan turnover intention. Penelitian juga meneliti pengaruh role stress terhadap turnover intention dengan dimediasi burnout. Penelitian dilakukan pada 260 perawat dan bidan di Rumah Sakit di Bekasi, Depok, Kemayoran, dan Kelapa Gading menggunakan metode structural equation modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mentoring functions tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap role stress namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Organizational socialization berpengaruh negatif terhadap role stress, dengan role stress berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi burnout. Maka role stress dapat ditekan melalui organizational socialization sedangkan turnover intention dapat diminimalisir melalui mentoring functions.
ABSTRACT
Research aims to investigate the effect of mentoring functions and organizational socialization to role stress and turnover intention. Research also analyzes the effect of role stress on turnover intention with burnout. 260 nurses and midwives at hospitals in Bekasi, Depok, Kemayoran, and Kelapa Gading were surveyed using structural equation modelling. The result showed that mentoring functions is not negatively affects role stress but it affects turnover intention. Organizational socialization affects role stress negatively, while it affects turnover intention with burnout as mediator. Thus, role stress could be reduced by organizational socialization, and turnover intention could be minimalized with mentoring functions.

Karyawan pelayanan jasa yang kreatif berperan penting dalam menampilkan kemampuan organisasi. Berbagai penelitian berhasil menginvestigasi antiseden dari kreativitas karyawan pelayanan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor kontekstual pekerjaan yang meliputi kompleksitas pekerjaan dan hubungan dengan atasan, rekan kerja dan pelanggan, dengan kreativitas karyawan, dengan konflik dan ambiguitas peran serta motivasi intrinsik sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hubungan dengan rekan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap ambiguitas peran (role ambiguity). Sementara variabel-variabel lain tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kreativitas karyawan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan karena penelitian dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan perbankan yang memiliki karakteristik highly regulated, di mana selalu terdapat pembatasan-pembatasan berupa aturan-aturan untuk melindungi kepentingan nasabah serta untuk menjaga stabilitas sistem keuangan. Aturan-aturan inilah yang justru membatasi karyawan Bank dalam menggunakan kreativitasnya. ......Creative service employees may be crucial in ensuring organizational performance. However, scant research has investigated the antecedents of service employee creativity. This study aims to analyze the influence of contextual factors include job complexity and job relationships with supervisor, co-workers and customers, with the creativity of employees, with conflict and role ambiguity, and intrinsic motivation as a mediator. This study found that the relationship with co-workers in a positive and significant effect on role ambiguity. While other variables have no significant relationship with employee creativity. It can be caused due to the research carried out in a banking company that has the characteristics of "highly regulated", where there are always limitations in the form of rules to protect customers' interests and to maintain the stability of the financial system. The rules is what actually limits the Bank's employees in using creativity.
