Abstrak :
The uncertainty that researchers face in specifying their estimation model threatens the validity of their inferences. In regression analyses of observational data, the 'true model' remains unknown, and researchers face a choice between plausible alternative specifications. Robustness testing allows researchers to explore the stability of their main estimates to plausible variations in model specifications. This highly accessible book presents the logic of robustness testing, provides an operational definition of robustness that can be applied in all quantitative research, and introduces readers to diverse types of robustness tests. Focusing on each dimension of model uncertainty in separate chapters, the authors provide a systematic overview of existing tests and develop many new ones. Whether it be uncertainty about the population or sample, measurement, the set of explanatory variables and their functional form, causal or temporal heterogeneity, or effect dynamics or spatial dependence, this book provides guidance and offers tests that researchers from across the social sciences can employ in their own research.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mengalami peningkatan pesat dalam satu dekade terakhir. Beberapa teknologi baru mulai diperkenalkan kepada publik. Salah satu teknologi yang ramai diperbincangkan adalah blockchain. Dalam satu dekade terakhir, pengaplikasian blockchain mulai diterapkan pada bidang, seperti supply-chain, logistik, keuangan, dan kesehatan. Pada bidang kesehatan, pertukaran data medis sering dilakukan baik antar penyedia layanan kesehatan ataupun dengan pihak lainnya, seperti pihak asuransi. Pertukaran data ini memang sudah dapat dilakukan melalui sistem Electronic Health Record (EHR) yang ada, namun seiring berjalannya hal tersebut, terdapat isu seperti kepercayaan antar pemangku kepentingan akibat adanya risiko pengubahan data EHR. Isu lainnya adalah sistem EHR yang ada berisiko mengalami single-point of failure. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan pembuatan EHR sistem berbasis blockchain menggunakan Hyperledger Fabric. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis atas keempat aspek, yaitu aspek performa, integrity, confidentiality, dan robustness. New technologies have introduced to public. One of the new trend technology is blockchain. From the last decade, the applications of blockchain has widely spread to the sectors, such as supply-chain, logistic, finance, and healthcare. In healthcare sector, medical data is frequently exchange between healthcare providers or others parties such as insurance company. This data exchange system has already established in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system from most of the healthcare providers. Nevertheless, the existing system still raising issues as the trust among the stakeholders due to the risk of EHR data manipulation. Other issues is the existing EHR system has potential to the single-point of failure of the system. Responding to the stated problems, the EHR system based on blockchain using Hyperledger Fabric was proposed. The study analyzing four aspects from the proposed EHR system, the performance, integrity, confidentiality, and robustness aspect.

ABSTRACT
We considered the problem in which a DC motor was controlled to track a given trajectory when the corresponding driven load was associated with uncertain time-varying mass moment of inertia. With the existence of such inertia variation, the corresponding system matrix and input matrix of the control system were simultaneously uncertain and time-varying. Accordingly, stability of the control system could not be guaranteed by simply locating all the poles of the linearized model in the LHP at all time. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem, we came up with a robust PID controller design technique that yielded satisfactory results for this problem. Our robust PID controller was easy to implement, and guaranteed uniform input-to-state stability for the system. It appeared in our investigation on a large Maxxon DC motor that our controller allowed as high as 100% variation of equivalent inertia loading with respect to rotor inertia. We provided a tool to facilitate controller tuning so that the resulting control signal stayed within practical bounds, while achieving a satisfactory level of performance. By selecting an appropriate transmission ratio, our tracking control system could be employed in demanding applications such as independent joint control of robots, and spindle control of modern machining machines.

ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the robust resource constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) with discrete time/resource trade offs, in which activity duration and resource are uncertain variables. Combining flexible RCPSP (FRCPSP) with robustness, a discrete mathematical model is developed and resource leveling problem objective is considered to describe the flexible resource allocation comprehensively. In addition, surrogate measures are also introduced, providing an accurate estimate of the schedule robustness. Priority based heuristic methods and resource assignment heuristic are employed to generate and modify the priorities of selected activities, meanwhile obtain the different executing modes. Furthermore, each surrogate measure is compared according to the scheduling performance through the computational experiments. The practicability of proposed multi objective mathematical model and the efficiency of algorithm are verified by a numerical example. Finally, the performance analysis is also presented by the robustness assessment, and the results prove that the proposed approach is more effective than the traditional one.

Produksi minyak dan gas di Indonesia telah dilakukan lebih dari tiga puluh tahun, lebih dari 70% anjungan lepas pantai di Indonesia telah malampaui umur desainnya dan akan terus meningkat jumlahnya seiring berjalannya waktu serta biaya dekomisionig dan membangun platform baru yang relatif mahal. Platform yang mengalami penuaan dan penurunan akibat korosi, kerusakan dan anomali lainnya akan memunculkan masalah terhadap integritas struktur kecuali dikelola dan dirawat dengan baik dengan program inspeksi, perawatan, perbaikan serta metode analisis struktural yang baik. Program inspeksi bawah air rutin telah diatur pemerintah dalam keputusan Ditjen Migas No. 21.K/38/DJM/1999, dan sejak tahun 2013 pemerintah telah mengeluarkan persetujuan penerapan rencana inspeksi bawah air berbasis risiko dalam surat edaran Ditjen Migas no 8433/18.01/DMT/2013 yang memberikan kesempatan kepada operator untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya untuk program peningkatan integritas struktural. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan risiko suatu platform adalah kemungkinan kegagalan yang selama ini dinilai dengan pendekatan semikuantitatif. Tulisan ini akan membahas pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap penilaian kemungkinan kegagalan anjungan lepas pantai berdasarkan tingkat robustness melalui analisa kekuatan ultimit yang akan meningkatkan konfidensi dalam penilaian kemungkinan kegagalan sesuai dengan karakter struktur, metocean, serta anomali platform di wilayah perairan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode semikuantitatif yang selama ini diterapkan dalam perencanaan inspeksi berbasis risiko untuk menyusun kemungkinan kegagalan platform telah cukup mengidentifikasi sejumlah faktor yang berpotensi memperngaruhi kemunduran struktur, namun tidak cukup memberikan gambaran pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat kemunduran platform. Pendekatan kuantitaif dapat memberikan gambaran pengaruh anomali terhadap kemunduran platform yang lebih baik.
ABSTRACT
Production of oil and gas in Indonesia has been performed over thirty years, more than 70% of offshore platforms in Indonesia has exceed of design life and will continue increase in number over time since decommisioning cost and build a new platform is relatively expensive. Agein and deteriorated offshore platforms as a result of corrosion, damage and other anomalies would bring up the issue of the structural integrity unless managed by inspection, maintenance, repair program and good structural analysis methods. Routine underwater inspection program has been regulated by the government on Keputusan Ditjen Migas No. 21.K/3/DJM/1999, since 2013 the government has issued approval of the implementation risk-based underwater inspection planning on Surat Edaran Ditjen Migas No. 8433/18.01/DMT/2013, which provides the opportunity for the operator to optimize the resources to improve the structural integrity. One of the factor that determine the risk of an offshore platform is the Likelihood of Failure (LoF) that assessed by semiquantitative approach. This paper will discuss the quantitative approach as a tools to assess the Likelihood of Failure of offshore platforms based on the level of robustness through ultimate strength analysis that will increase confidence to assess the Likeihood of Failure in accordance with the character of the structure, metocean, as well as anomalies of offshore platforms in the territorial waters of Indonesia. Result shown that the recent semiquantitative approach to identifiy likelihood of failure is enough to capture some potential factor affecting platform deterioration, however can not present level of platform deterioration for each factor. Quantitative approach give better acknowledge about the effect of anomaly to platform deterioration.

White Matter Hyperintensities (WMHs) merupakan neuroradiological features yang dapat dilihat pada T2-FLAIR brain MRI sebagai bagian putih (hyperintensities) dan merupakan karakteristik dari small vessel disease (SVD). Informasi detail terkait WMHs (lokasi, volume, dan distribusi) sangat diperlukan untuk membantu penanganan pasien. Akan tetapi melakukan segmentasi otomatis pada WMHs merupakan tantangan tersendiri karena ukuran, bentuk, dan letak WMHs yang tidak menentu. Hasil evaluasi dapat berubah bila test set berasal dari dataset yang berbeda dari train set, karena setiap dataset akan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model bernama Probabilistic Multi-compound Transformer (Probabilistic MCTrans) yang menggantikan model U-Net pada Probabilistic U-Net menjadi model MCTrans. Secara penelitian sebelumnya, model MCTrans dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan long-range dependencies dan model Probabilistic U-Net dapat menangkap ambiguitas dari citra medis, serta akan melakukan evaluasi cross-dataset robustness untuk mengetahui performa model bila train set berbeda sumber dari test set. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa Probabilistic MCTrans memiliki performa yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Probabilistic U-Net. Akan tetapi Probabilistic MCTrans memiliki performa lebih baik dibandingkan dengan MCTrans. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi karena ambiguitas yang ditangkap Probabilistic MCTrans lebih banyak dari Probabilistic U-Net dan ambiguitas banyak terjadi di border WMHs.  ......White Matter Hyperintensities are neuroradiological features that often seen in T2-FLAIR brain MRI as hyperintensities and characteristic of small vessel disease (SVD). Detailed information of WMHs (i.e. location, volume, and distribution) are needed in clinical research to help treat patients. However, automatic segmentation on WMHs is still challenging due to uncertain volume, shape, and location of WMHs. Evaluation results may change if test set came from different dataset as train set, because every dataset have their own characteristic. In this study, we propose a model called Probabilistic Multi-compound Transformer (Probabilistic MCTrans), that replace U-Net from Probabilistic U-Net’s with MCTrans. In previous study, model MCTrans can solved long-range dependencies problem and model Probabilistic U-Net can capture ambiguity in biomedical image, also we would like to evaluate on cross-dataset robustness to determine performance model when the train set differs in source from the test set. The evaluation results show that Probabilistic MCTrans has a lower performance than Probabilistic U-Net. However, Probabilistic MCTrans has better performance than MCTrans. Furthermore, the ambiguity captured by Probabilistic MCTrans is more than Probabilistic U-Net and the ambiguity is around the border of WMHs.

Thesis ini menggunakan metode data panel untuk melihat dampak ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) terhadap Perdagangan Intra-Industri (IIT) Indonesia-China untuk produk tekstil. IIT diukur menggunakan indeks Grubel dan Lloyd dan akan didekomposisi menjadi IIT horizontal, IIT Vertikal Bawah, dan IIT Vertikal Atas. Berbeda dengan kebanyakan penelitian empiris sebelumnya, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perjanjian tersebut secara signifikan berdampak negatif terhadap IIT horizontal, IIT vertical bawah , dan IIT vertical atas. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu IIT lainnya sebagai variabel terkontrol, seperti kesenjangan ukuran ekonomi, keterbukaan perdagangan, ketidakseimbangan perdagangan, dan kondisi COVID-19. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan ukuran ekonomi secara signifikan meredam IIT horizontal dan IIT vertikal bawah. Lebih lanjut, meningkatnya ketidakseimbangan perdagangan tampaknya menurunkan semua jenis IIT. Sementara itu, keterbukaan perdagangan meningkatkan IIT Horizontal, IIT Vertikal Bawah, dan IIT Vertikal Atas. Kondisi COVID-19 juga menyebabkan keterlibatan LVIIT dan UVIIT. ......This thesis assesses the ASEAN-China free trade area's impact on Indonesia-China intra-industry trade for textile products, using the panel data method. The Intra-industry Trade (IIT) is measured using the Grubel and Lloyd index and will be decomposed into horizontal IIT, Lower Vertical IIT, and Upper Vertical IIT. Unlike most previous empirical studies, this article estimates that the agreement negatively and significantly affects the horizontal, lower side of vertical IIT and upper side of vertical IIT. This study also identifies other IIT determinants as a controlled variable, such as the economic size gap, trade openness, trade imbalance, and COVID-19 conditions. The result indicates that the differences in economic size significantly dampen the horizontal IIT and lower-vertical IIT. Furthermore,  the increased trade imbalance seems to decrease all IIT types. Meanwhile, trade openness is found to enhance horizontal IIT, Lower Vertical IIT, and Upper Vertical IIT. The COVID-19 condition also leads to LVIIT and UVIIT engagement.

Lockdown dan pembatasan mobilitas selama wabah COVID-19 mengakibatkan penurunan permintaan hingga aliran barang dalam rantai pasok global. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi praktik Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) dalam dampak gangguan akibat pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip dasar dari resource based view serta wawasan mengenai status manajemen risiko rantai pasokan saat ini dan hubungan antara supply chain resilience dan robustness. Diawali dengan tinjauan literatur yang ada untuk mendapatkan hipotesis dan menentukan indicator untuk masing-masing konstruksi. Model penelitian yang telah dirumuskan kemudian divalidasi dengan menerapkan PLS-SEM pada data survei dari perusahaan Manufaktur Otomotif di Indonesia. Dengan 83 responden yang berpusat di Jawa Barat telah dikumpulkan. Survei dilakukan dengan menyebarkan instrument melalui internet untuk mengisi form yang diberikan. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mempelajari pengaruh pandemi COVID-19 terhadap performa rantai pasok mereka berdasarkan status manajemen risiko rantai pasokan mereka. Hasilnya mengindikasikan bahwa faktor manajemen risiko seperti identifikasi, penilaian, mitigasi dan kontrol secara positif memiliki kontribusi terhadap efektivitas rantai pasokan mereka. Hasilnya juga menunjukkan ada nya hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan rantai pasokan ketahanan dan ketangguhan rantai pasokan. Perlunya organisasi untuk lebih menilai kerangka kerja SCRM yang komprehensif dan berkontribusi untuk memperluas saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut. ...... Lockdowns and restrictions on mobility during the COVID-19 outbreak have resulted in reduced demand and the flow of goods in global supply chains. The purpose of this paper is to explore the practice of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) in the impact of disruption due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the basic principles of a resource based view-dynamic capabilities as well as insights into the current status of supply chain risk management and the relationship between supply chain resilience and robustness. It begins with a review of the existing literature to obtain hypotheses and determine indicators for each construction. The research model that has been formulated is then validated by applying PLS-SEM to survey data from Automotive Manufacturing companies in Indonesia. With 83 respondents based in West Java has been collected. The survey was conducted by distributing the instrument via the internet to fill out the form provided. This study is intended to study the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on their supply chain performance based on their supply chain risk management status. The results indicate that risk management factors such as identification, assessment, mitigation and control positively contribute to the effectiveness of their supply chains. The results also show that there is a significant positive relationship with supply chain resilience and supply chain robustness. The need for organizations to better assess the comprehensive of theirs SCRM framework and contribute to extending suggestions for further research.

This book gives a comprehensive and systematic review of secure compressive sensing (CS) for applications in various fields such as image processing, pattern recognition, Internet of things (IoT), and cloud computing. It will help readers grasp the knowledge of secure CS and its applications, and stimulate more readers to work on the research and development of secure CS. It discusses how CS becomes a cryptosystem, followed by the corresponding designs and analyses. The application of CS in multimedia data encryption is presented, in which the general design framework is given together with several particular frameworks including parallel CS, involvement of image processing techniques, and double protection mechanism. It also describes the applications of CS in cloud computing security and IoT security, i.e., privacy-preserving reconstruction in cloud computing and secure low-cost sampling in IoT, respectively.
