"Tujuan dalam melakukan studi ini ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak yang diberikan oleh hasil analisa risiko pada manajemen proyek hard chrome plating. Dalam menentukan performa indikator proyek melalui aktivitas yang dilakukan harus dimulai dari awal perancangan sampai penyelelesaian pada waktu yang tempat serta kualitas hasil proyek ini sesuai dengan keinginan client. Dalam satu proyek sangat erat kaitannya dengan risiko, oleh karenanya sebuah proyek dapat dikatakan selesai atau tuntas berdasarkan hasil akhir dari proyek dan seberapa hebatnya dalam meminimalisir kemungkinan terjadinya sebuah risiko. Dalam dunia migas alat alat berat tersebut berkerja selama hampir 24 jam sehingga semakin lama penggunaan alat berat tersebut akan semakin merusak daya tahan alat, proyek di dunia migas tidak seperti halnya proyek pada bisnis lainnya, yang dimana pada dunia migas perlu perencanaan yang benar benar matang, jika terjadi kesalahan dari proyek tersebut maka akan semakin mundurnya penyelesaian proyek, juga uang yang telah dikeluarkan semakin besar, maka untuk menghindarkan hal tersebut maka alat alat yang akan digunakan harus dalam keadaan yang prima, lalu untuk bidang servis ini harus mempunyai hasil yang sangat akurat, karena harus mengembalikan alat tersebut ke kondisi prima atau bahkan melebihi kualitas awal alat.

"ABSTRAKRisiko menjadi salah satu hal tak terduga yang dapat terjadi dan menyebabkan target proyek tidak tercapai sesuai rencana. Risiko adalah situasi di mana ada ketidakpastian dan tingkat ketidakpastian itu dapat diukur secara kuantitatif dan dapat menyebabkan kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko dominan (tinggi) dalam proses pengendalian mutu, terutama dalam proyek konstruksi, yang dapat mengakibatkan tidak tercapainya indikator-indikator output (hasil) dari Proses Manajemen Mutu Proyek sesuai dengan Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK) edisi ke-6 2017 dan langkah-langkah yang harus diambil untuk meningkatkan Sistem Manajemen Mutu yang ada terhadap risiko dominan (tinggi). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur dan analisis arsip, validasi ahli, survei pilot dan kuisioner responden. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada 3 risiko dominan (tinggi) yang mempengaruhi tahap implementasi pengendalian kualitas, yaitu kesalahan review dokumen kontrak, beragam interpretasi isi dokumen kontrak terkait peralatan dan spesifikasi bahan serta isi dokumen kontrak (tambahan). Langkah-langkah yang diambil untuk meningkatkan pengendalian mutu terkait dengan risiko dominan (tinggi) yang ditemukan yaitu dengan mengembangkan prosedur yang terkait dengan kompetensi karyawan khususnya tim proyek dan memperbarui prosedur yang ada terkait dengan Administrasi Kontrak.

ABSTRACTRisk becomes one of the unexpected things that can happen and causes the project target not to be achieved according to the plan. Risk is a situation where there is uncertainty and the level of uncertainty can be measured quantitatively and can cause loss. This study aims to identify dominant (high) risk in the quality control process, especially in construction projects, which can result in not achieving the output indicators of the Project Quality Management Process according to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) 6th edition 2017 and steps to be taken to improve the existing Quality Management System against dominant (high) risk. The method used in this study are literature review and archive analysis, expert validation, pilot survey and respondent questionnaire. The results of this study found that there were 3 dominant (high) risks that affected the implementation stage of quality control, namely the error of contract document review, multiple interpretations of contractual material (equipment and material specifications) and the contents of contract documents (addendum). Steps taken to improve quality control related to the dominant risks found include developing procedures related to employee competencies in particular the project team and updating existing procedures related to Contract Administration."
