"Nationally, the rate of child marriage in Indonesia a decline, the trend for marriages decreased from 33.49% children who had been married before the age of 18 in 2000, fell to 27.36% in 2008, yet it still happens disparity, where child marriage is more common in rural than in urban areas (UNICEF, 2011). Pringkasap village is one of the highest Village that the number of marriages in the District Pabuaran in 2011, the number of marriage age <20 years is 28%, with 42% of them are mating with the level of primary and secondary school education. This study was conducted to understand the dynamics of early marriage on dropout in the Village Pringkasap 2014. Study was a qualitative study with indepth interviews, the results of this study indicate an intention to perform an early marriage is influenced by, the attitude of the parents, influence of peers, teen jobs, teen attitudes, patterns of dating and unwanted pregnancy. The impact of early marriage is the limited teenage promiscuity, lack of family economy, the obligation to take care of the household, and LBW (Low Birth Weight). The barriers program maturation Age of Marriag is not yet done BKR and PIK program in the village, it is necessary for the formation of a society PIK existing organizations such as youth clubs."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan resosialisasi remaja putus sekolah, peran pekerja sosial di Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Bambu Apus Jakarta dan hambatan yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan resosialisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan (1) pelaksanaan resosialisasi remaja putus sekolah di PSBR Bambu Apus meliputi pembekalan magang, pelaksanaan magang, dan monitoring magang, (2) Peran yang dilakukan oleh pekerja sosial sebagai penghubung (broker), pendidik (educator), mediator, pemungkin (enabler), group facilitator, pengevaluasi (analyst/evaluator) dan (3) hambatan yang timbul meliputi kurang optimalnya peran pendampingan oleh pekerja sosial di lokasi magang, waktu kegiatan magang yang terbatas, belum ada surat kerjasama secara tertulis dengan lembaga mitra, keterbatasan daya tangkap remaja putus sekolah, perilaku dan sikap remaja putus sekolah yang belum siap beradaptasi dengan peran dan tanggungjawabnya, kurang kepercayaan diri remaja putus sekolah dalam melayani pelanggan, serta perbedaan peralatan yang digunakan oleh PSBR Bambu Apus dengan yang digunakan perusahaan di tempat magang.

This thesis discusses the implementation of the resosialization of school dropouts, the role of social workers and obstacles arising in the PSBR Bambu Apus Jakarta. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. The results of the study describe (1) The implementation of the school's resocalization of dropouts in the PSBR Bambu Apus includes internship supplies, the implementation of resosialization, and monitoring internships, (2) the role of social workers as a brokers, educators, mediators, enablers, group facilitator, analyst/evaluator and (3) barriers arising include less optimal role assistance by social workers in the internship site, the time of limited internship activities, there is no cooperation letter in writing with the partner agency, the limitations of school dropouts, behavior and attitudes adolescent dropout of school that are not ready to adapt to their roles and responsibilities, lack of confidence adolescent dropout in serving customers, and the difference equipment used by PSBR Bambu Apus with those used by the company in the internship activities."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang peran Panti Sosial Pengembangan Remaja (PSBR) Taruna Jaya 1 dalam meningkatkan harga diri anak putus sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa PSBR Taruna Jaya 1 memiliki banyak peran dalam meningkatkan harga diri remaja putus sekolah yang dibedakan menjadi peran pembimbing sosial dan peran penyuluh sosial. Selain itu, teman sebaya juga berperan dalam meningkatkan harga diri remaja putus sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penasehat sosial perlu membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Selain itu, pembina sosial dan penyuluh keterampilan perlu mengelola situasi yang mendukung peningkatan harga diri warga binaan sosial.

This thesis discusses the role of the Taruna Jaya 1 Youth Development Social Institution (PSBR) in increasing the self-esteem of school dropouts. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. The results of this study found that PSBR Taruna Jaya 1 has many roles in increasing the self-esteem of school dropouts which are divided into the role of social advisers and the role of social instructors. In addition, peers also play a role in increasing the self-esteem of teenagers who drop out of school. The results showed that social advisors need to make Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). In addition, social coaches and skill trainers need to manage situations that support the increase in self-esteem of the social assisted members."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai implementasi program layanan luar panti oleh PSBR Bambu Apus Jakarta ditinjau dari pelaksanaan model intervensi komunitas yang dilakukan, peran dari para pelaku perubahan yang terlibat serta hambatan yang terjadi di dalam upaya menangani masalah remaja putus sekolah terlantar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif di desa Ciwaringin, Kabupaten Cirebon. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa program layanan luar panti menggunakan model kebijakan/perencanaan sosial sebagai upaya intervensi komunitas terhadap remaja putus sekolah terlantar sehingga pemberdayaan terhadap komunitas sebagai penerima manfaat lebih fokus kepada terselesaikannya suatu kegiatan dari rencana program yang telah ditetapkan.

This thesis discussed the implementation of the non-housing service program by PSBR Bambu Apus Jakarta in terms of the implementation of community intervention models that do, the role of the actors involved and the barriers that occur in efforts to addressing the youth with dropout and neglected problem. This study is a qualitative and using descriptive approach at Ciwaringin village, Cirebon.

The Result showed that the non-housing service program is using a policy / social planning model as an intervention for community so that the empowerment of the beneficiaries more focused on the tasks completion."
