"Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis keandalan dan penugasan pemeliharaan prevenetine pada mobile gasifier (P3). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan interval perawatan preventif untuk meningkatkan kinerja mobile gasifier (P3) karena saat ini jadwal perawatan preventif belum dibuat sehingga ketersediaan mobile gasifier (P3) semakin berkurang. Dengan analisis Reliability dan analisis risiko, ditemukan 12 komponen yang menyebabkan kegagalan mobile gasifier (P3), 12 diantaranya membutuhkan aktivitas perawatan Bucket Elevator dengan interval 5,5 jam, Rotary Feeder dengan interval 15,6 jam, pemeliharaan Vibrating Grate dengan 4 jam, perawatan Cyclone dengan interval 17,63 jam, perawatan Condensor dengan interval 55 jam, perawatan Primary Blower dengan interval 35 jam, perawatan Suction Blower dengan interval 3 jam, perawatan Screw Ash Removal dengan interval 22,4 jam, perawatan Reaktor dengan interval 30 jam, perawatan PLC dengan interval 42,5 jam dan perawatan Engine dengan interval 24,85 jam.

This research discuss about the reliability analysis and prevenetine maintenance assignment on mobile gasifier ( P3).  The purpose of this research is to get the interval of preventive maintenance to improve mobile gasifier (P3) performance because currently the preventive  maintenance schedule has not been made  so the availability of mobile gasifier (P3) decreasing. With Reliability analysis and risk analysis, 12 componentrs that were found to cause mobile gasifier (P3) failure, 12 of them require maintenance activity Bucket Elevator with 5,5 hours interval, Rotary Feeder with 15,6 hours interval, Vibrating Grate maintenance with 4 hours interval, Cyclone maintenance with 17,63 hours interval, Condensor maintenance with 55 hours interval, Primary Blower maintenance with 35 hours interval, Suction Blower maintenance with 3 hours interval, Screw Ash Removal maintenance with 22,4 hours interval, Reactor maintenance with 30 hours interval, PLC maintenance with 42,5 hours interval and Engine maintenance with 24,85 hours interval."

"Sistem repairable pada pengoperasian engine umumnya merupakan system kompleks dengan interval antara kegagalan tidak mengikuti distribusi yang sama. Kondisi engine sebagai sistem repairable mengalami keausan sejalan dengan waktu yang berdampak pada penurunan performance dan peningkatan cost. Hal ini merupakan permasalahan kritis khususnya dalam penentuan waktu overhaul engine di PAMA dalam pengoperasian armada dumptruck. Mengingat penentuan waktu overhaul engine sulit karena saat ini belum tersedia panduan dari perusahaan untuk menentukan kapan suatu engine harus di-overhaul secara ekonomis, maka perlu dirancang suatu model yang dapat menentukan waktu optimum overhaul dari engine dumptruck.
Dalam rancangan ini model NHPP digunakan sebagai metode pendugaan awal intensitas failure yang menggambarkan penurunan performance engine. Jika model ini tidak memenuhi kesesuaian, maka digunakan model GRP. Hasil model terpilih dipadukan dengan biaya maintenance dan overhaul digunakan untuk menentukan waktu optimum overhaul engine. Dari analisis terhadap hasil model, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) model GRP adalah model terbaik untuk repairable system dibanding model NHPP berdasarkan nilai LKV yang paling positif; 2) hasil nilai ? rata-rata > 1 yaitu 1.6510253, maka secara umum sistem sedang mengalami fase penurunan; 3) ratarata nilai To adalah 31,277 hourmeter, sedangkan 7 dumptruck lainnya nilai To belum dapat dihitung karena baru memiliki nilai ? < 1.

Repairable system in engine operations is a complex system that has interval between failure where the failure does not follow equal distribution. Engine's condition as a repairable system has worn-out by time which the impact is on reducing the performance and increasing the cost. The impact is a critical problem especially in the operating of dump truck fleet. It is difficult to estimate the time of engine overhaul because there is no guidance from the company to determine when the engine needs to be overhauled economically. Therefore, it is highly needed to design a model that is able to determine optimum overhaul time of engine dump truck.
In this design, NHPP model is used as initial estimate failure intensity method that can describe reducing of engine performance. If this model is not approriate then the GRP model is used. Result of choosing model combined with average maintenance and overhaul cost are used to determine optimum overhaul engine. The following are the research results: 1) GRP model is the best model for repairable systems than NHPP model based on LKV value that is more positive; 2) results of mean value ? > 1 is 1.6510253 therefore the system is on deterioration phase; 3) mean value of To is 31,277 hourmeter meanwhile the value of 7 other dumptrucks can't be determined yet because value ? < 1."

"Kompetensi merupakan kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki seseorang untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesiapan guru PAUD dalam aspek kompetensi gizi dan kesehatan menurut survei daring yang diadakan oleh SEAMEO RECFON dengan melihat gambaran hasil kompetensi berdasarkan karakteristik peserta dan menilai kualitas pengukuran kompetensi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel yang digunakan total sampling sebanyak 78.711 guru PAUD. Analisis meliputi analisis butir soal (tingkat kesukaran butir soal, daya pembeda soal, distribusi jawaban dan rasch model) dan analisis deskriptif terhadap karakteristik responden. Hasil penelitian terhadap butir soal didapatkan 3 item soal yang dinyatakan tidak layak, 8 item soal yang diterima dengan perbaikan, dan ke 29 soal item lainnya sudah cukup baik untuk mengukur kemampuan peserta. Pengukuran menggunakan rasch model, didapatkan keseluruha soal ujian sudah fit secara statistik dan sudah memiliki variasi tingkat kesukaran item yang baik. Hasil analisis Reliabilitas Kuder Ridchardson (KR21) sebesar 0,742 menunjukkan reliabilitas soal dapat diterima.Secara keselurahan kompetensi gizi dan kesehatan guru PAUD belum baik dengan tingkat kelulusan sebesar 33,6%, standar kelulusan menggunakan nilai cut off point 70%. Semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan persentase kelulusan semakin baik, namun tidak berlaku untuk tingkat pendidikan Doktor hal ini dikarenakan adanya kemungkinan memegang peran manajemen PAUD. Semakin lama pengalaman mengajar persentase kelulusan kompetensinya semakin baik. Domisili terbanyak yang menjadi peserta ujian tinggal di wilayah Indonesia Barat. Peserta dengan riwayat pelatihan (DIKLAT dasar dan pelatihan gizi-kesehatan) persentase kelulusannya lebih baik dibanding kelulusan peserta yang tidak ikut pelatihan. Peserta yang terlibat menjadi kader posyandu persentase kelulusan kompetensinya lebih baik dibanding persentase kelulusan guru yang bukan kader posyandu.

Competence is a basic ability that must be possessed by someone to achieve success in work.This study aims to assess the readiness of ECE teachers in nutritional and health competency aspects according to an online survey conducted by SEAMEO RECFON by looking at the picture of competency results based on participant characteristics and assessing the quality of competency measurement. This research is a study quantitative descriptive, the sample used is a total sampling of 78,711 ECE teachers. The analysis includes item analysis (item difficulty level, item discrimination, distribution answers, Rasch model) and descriptive analysis of the respondent's characteristics. The results of the research on the items obtained 3 items that were declared not feasible, 8 items were received with improvement, and the other 29 item items were good enough to measure the ability of participants. Measurement using the Rasch model, obtained all exam questions are statistically fit and already have a good variation in the level of difficulty items. The results of the Kuder Ridchardson Reliability Analysis (KR21) of 0.742 indicate the reliability of the questions is acceptable. Overall, the nutrition and health competence of PAUD teachers is not good with a graduation rate of 33,6%, the passing grade uses a 70% cut off point value. The higher the level of education the better percentage of graduation, but it does not apply to Doctoral education leves because of the possibility of holding PAUD management roles. The longer teaching experience the better percentage of graduation. Most domiciles who become test takers live in Western Indonesia. Participants with a history of training (basic training and nutrition-health training) the percentage of graduation is better than graduation of participants who did not participate in the training. Participants who were involved in becoming Posyandu cadre graduation rate were better than the graduation percentage of teachers who were not Posyandu cadres."
