Karya Akhir ini berisi analisis biaya relevan antara pembelian pesawat baru dan pesawat bekas berdasarkan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan sejak pengadaan pertama hingga analisis perbandingan efisiensi biaya dalam lima tahun melakukan operasional dengan pesawat yang dipilih. Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa pesawat bekas lebih efisien dari segi biaya. Faktor kualitatif juga mendukung keputusan untuk membeli pesawat bekas dibandingkan pesawat baru.

ABSTRACT
This final project contains relevant cost analysis on buying new aircraft and used aircraft according to the cost to be incurred by the company from the procurement procedures to cost efficiency analysis in five years of operational with the chosen plane. The result of this analysis shows that used planes are more efficient in term of cost. Qualitative factors also support the decision to buy used aircraft rather than new aircraft.
