Seiring dengan kompetisi yang semakin meningkat hampir di segala bidang, personal branding menjadi konsep yang semakin penting untuk diterapkan. Dimensi personal branding tidak hanya terkait dengan merek personal seperti citra diri, namun juga dilihat dari sudut pandang konsumen, sehingga konsep customer-brand relationship menjadi penting untuk dianalisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Attachment-Aversion Relationship Model yang diadopsi dari penelitian Park et al (2013). Studi kasus yang dipilih adalah tokoh Ridwan Kamil pada Pemilihan Umum Daerah Walikota Bandung 2013. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 233 responden dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa tiga determinan Enticing (Annoying) the self, Enabling (Disabling) the self, dan Enriching (Impoverishing) the self tidak mempengaruhi Attachment- Aversion Relationship yang terjadi. Selain itu, motivational strength juga terbukti menjadi mediasi antara hubungan Attachment-Aversion Relationship dan behavior intention dan behavior.

ABSTRACT
As the competition increases in almost all aspects, personal branding becomes a more significant concept to consider. Personal branding dimension does not only focus on the personal brand itself, but also on the consumer’s point of view. Thus, it is pivotal that marketer analyzes the relationship between consumer and brand. This paper investigates the customer-brand relationship using Attachment-Aversion Relationship Model (Park et al., 2013). Case study approach was selected to undertake the investigation. The case choosen was Ridwan Kamil in the Bandung Mayor Election 2013. The study was conducted on 233 supporters of Ridwan Kamil. The result implies that 3 determinants of AA Relationship (Enticing (Annoying) the self, Enabling (Disabling) the self, and Enriching (Impoverishing) the self) did not significantly influence the Attachment-Aversion Relationship. In addition, motivational strength significantly mediated the relationship between Attachment-Aversion Relationship and behavior intention and behavior.

Keamanan proyek konstruksi di Indonesia semakin sulit dikendalikan karena banyaknya oknum yang melakukan tindakan premanisme, vandalisme, separatisme, dan hal lain yang dapat merugikan banyak pihak. Hal tersebut berkaitan erat dengan lokasi proyek konstruksi khususnya pembangunan rusunawa yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, sesuai dengan Rencana Strategis Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan oleh Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat terkait pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah susun layak huni periode tahun 2020-2024 melalui Program Sejuta Rumah. Pertimbangan untuk menentukan pembagian lokasi pembangunan rumah susun antara lain mengenai karakteristik kebutuhan, kapasitas pendanaan, dan kesiapan lokasi untuk pembangunan. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembangunan tersebut, pemenuhan biaya kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) tetap menjadi prioritas seluruh stakeholder terkait. Penelitian ini fokus pada analisis hubungan lokasi proyek dan ketinggian bangunan terhadap biaya K3 umum, biaya K3 khusus, dan biaya keamanan K3 serta meninjau lebih jauh faktor-faktor dalam variable-variabel tersebut yang menjadi pengaruh dominan terhadap biaya K3 umum, biaya K3 khusus, dan biaya keamanan K3. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor di dalam masing-masing variable yang berpengaruh terhadap biaya K3 umum, biaya K3 khusus, dan biaya keamanan K3 serta menganalisis hubungan antar variable lokasi proyek dan ketinggian bangunan terhadap model biaya K3 pada proyek konstruksi rusunawa dengan menggunakan program Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 hubungan signifikan antara variable lokasi proyek, ketinggian bangunan, biaya K3 umum, biaya K3 khusus, dan biaya keamanan K3 ......The security of construction projects in Indonesia is increasingly difficult to control because of the large number of individuals who commit acts of thuggery, vandalism, separatism, and other things that can harm many parties. This is closely related to the location of construction projects, especially the construction of flats spread throughout Indonesia, in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Directorate General of Housing by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing related to meeting the needs of livable flats for the period 2020-2024 through the One Million Houses Program. Considerations for determining the distribution of the location for the construction of flats include, among others, the characteristics of needs, funding capacity, and location readiness for development. In carrying out these development activities, the fulfillment of occupational health and safety (K3) costs remains a priority for all relevant stakeholders. This study focuses on analyzing the relationship between project location and building height on general K3 costs, special K3 costs, and K3 security costs and further reviews the factors in these variables which are the dominant influence on general K3 costs, special K3 costs, and K3 security costs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors in each variable that affect general K3 costs, special K3 costs, and K3 security costs as well as analyze the relationship between project location variables and building heights on the K3 cost model in Rusunawa construction projects using the Structural program. Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results show that there are 7 significant relationships between project location variables, building height, general K3 costs, special K3 costs, and K3 security costs.

Penelitian ini menganalisa hubungan percintaan tokoh utama yang dikonstruksikan dalam Novel Daun Yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin karya Tere-Liye, dengan menggunakan A Six-Stage Relationship Model dan analisis tipe cinta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analasis Naratif dengan menggunakan analisis struktur naratif model Lacey yang digabungkan dengan analisis karakter model Greimas yang telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penelitian yang hanya berfokus pada tokoh utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi hubungan percintaan pada novel Daun Yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin merupakan konstruksi media yang anti mainstream. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya memperhatikan pesan berupa nilai dan moral yang dikonstruksikan ke dalam sebuah novel.

ABSTRACT

This reaserch was analyse the romantic relationship between the main character of the novel, which constructed in the novel 'Daun Yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin by Tere-Liye, with A Six Stage Relationship Model and love types analysis. The method that used is the mix of narative structure model by Lacey and character analysis model by Greimas, which has been modified with the need of the reaserch. The result of the reaserch show that the romantic relationship tha constructed in novel Daun Yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin is an anti maeinstream media construction. The result oh the research recommand to pay attention to the message of value and morality which constructed in a novel.
