Abstrak :
Influence of output window reflections on oscillatory processes in gyrotrons has been studied. The processes in a gyrotron have been modeled numerically, and enhancement of the spectrum signal in the presence of reflections has been studied. Dependencies of output power versus time and frequency spectrum for different value of reflection coefficient are given. Possibilities of significant increasing of output spectrum are demonstrated experimentally. The results demonstrate significant influence of reflections on operation stability and composition of the output radiation of the gyrotron.

Dalam upaya proses pemugaran Situs Cagar Budaya, informasi bawah permukaan mengenai keberadaan objek yang dicari akan sangat membantu dalam memberikan gambaran dan menghemat biaya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan. Survei GPR dilakukan menggunakan Cobra CBD tepat di samping hasil galian dimana ditemukan dinding susunan bata berplester untuk mengetahui kemenerusan dinding di bawah permukaan. 14 lintasan GPR dengan berbagai arah diambil untuk penggambaran yang informatif. Keberadaan dinding dibawah permukaan memberikan respon GPR dengan reflektor horisontal disertai difraksi hiperbolik yang menandakan perlapisan dinding disertai keberadaan retakan dan lubang pada perlapisannya. Kemenerusan dinding dapat didelineasikan dan efek ujung belokan dinding dapat diidentifikasi dengan refleksi seperti setengah hiperbola. Kemenerusan dinding dapat diidentifikasi sekitar 30-40cm di bawah permukaan dan menerus sekitar 5 m kearah utara secara miring mengikuti hasil galian yang sudah ada. ......In effort of the restoration process of a heritage site, subsurface information about the object of interest will greatly help to give a perspective and reduce the cost and time needed. GPR survey was conducted using Cobra CBD beside the finding of a buried plasterd brick wall to know the continuity of the buried wall. 14 GPR lines with varying orientations was acquired for informatic perspective. Buried wall gives GPR responses of horizontal reflections acompanied with hyperbolic difractions wich indicates the wall layers and the presence of void and fracture between the layers. Wall’s continuity was able to be delineated and the effect of the ends of the wall was able to be identified with half hyperbola-like signatures. Wall’s continuity was able to be identified around 30-40 cm below the ground and continues with a skew around 5 meters north-ward in line with the buried wall’s finding.

Kami mempelajari ekonomi korupsi melalui eksperimen berupa survey. Hubungan antara kecenderungan untuk terlibat dalam perilaku korupsi dan beberapa karakteristik diantaranya adalah jenis kelamin, usia, kebangsaan dan “pengalaman internasional” kemudian diteliti melaui kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan mahasiswa program master tahun 2013-2014 di ISS. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, pertama, perilaku korup tidak hanya digerakkan oleh jumlah uang yang ada dalam “kegiatan” korupsi tersebut, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh seberapa besar kemungkinan tertangkap. Kedua, meskipun beberapa peneliti percaya bahwa perilaku korupsi adalah fenomena yang umum, namun demikian, tidak ada hubungan pasti antara kecederungan untuk terlibat korupsi dan jenis kelamin, usia, kebangsaan, ataupun “pengalaman internasional”. Ketiga, persepsi korupsi mungkin tidak mewakili seluruh fenomena realitas korupsi di Negara tertentu. Keempat, institusi-institusi memiliki pengaruh tertentu dalam membentuk pandangan hidup masyarakat.

ABSTRACT
We study the economics of corruption through survey experiment. The relationship between the likelihood to engage in corrupt behavior and several characteristics such as sex, age, nationality and international exposure is then examined through questionnaire. This study uses ISS students MA batch 2013-2014 as the respondents. This research finds that, firstly, corrupt behavior is not only driven by the amount of money involved in the corrupt activities, but also affected by the probability of being caught. Secondly, even though some scholars believe that corruption is a widespread phenomenon, there is no exact relationship between the propensity to engage in corruption and gender, age, nationality or international exposure. Thirdly, corruption perception may not represent the whole phenomena of corruption reality in a specific country. Fourthly, institutions have certain influences in shaping people’s way of life.
