"[Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berpotensi memberikan keuntungan tinggi dan dapat pula membuat perubahan perekonomian dan perubahan pada suatu negara. TIK yang handal sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri suatu organisasi dan orang-orangnya dalam menjalankan proses bisnis. Sebuah studi yang dilakukan oleh Harris Interactive, sebuah perusahaan riset pasar, menunjukkan bahwa Chief Information Officer (CIO) kurang percaya diri dalam hal kesiapan menghadapi bencana. Kesiapsiagaan TIK merupakan komponen penting dalam mendukung kesinambungan bisnis. Menurut survey The World Economic Forum's Networked Readiness Index (NRI), penggunaan TIK di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan, namun demikian potensi bencana di Indonesia cukup tinggi. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan TIK perlu dilakukan penilaian terhadap kesiapsiagaan TIK tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sebuah kerangka kerja penilaian kesiapan TIK untuk mendukung Business Continuity. Penelitian dimulai dengan menetapkan isu yang menjadi perhatian, kemudian mencari model-model yang relevan dan memroses serta menyusunnya menjadi sebuah kerangka kerja penilaian kesiapan TIK. Kerangka kerja yang sudah disusun,diujicobakan pada sebuah studi kasus dengan tujuan untuk memerbaiki kekurangan-kekurangan yang muncul pada saat penggunaan. Hasil penerapan kerangka kerja tersebut membantu menilai tingkat kesiapan TIK dan memudahkan prioritisasi upaya meningkatkan kesiapan TIK dalam menghadapi ancaman gangguan bencana.;Information and Communication Technology (ICT) potentially provide high returns and can also make changes in the economy and changes in a country. A study conducted by Harris Interactive, a market research firm, shows that the Chief Information Officer (CIO) lack of confidence in terms of disaster readiness. Readiness ICT is an essential component to support business continuity. According to the survey of the World Economic Forum's Networked Readiness Index (NRI), the use of ICT in Indonesia continues to increase, however, the potential for disaster in Indonesia is quite high. In an effort to improve the readiness of ICT needs to conduct an assessment of the ICT readiness. This study was conducted to create a framework for ICT readiness assessment to support Business Continuity. The study begins with a set of issues of concern, then look for the relevant models and process and compile them into a framework for ICT readiness assessment. The framework has been developed, tested on a case study with the aim to repair the deficiencies that arise during use. "Salah satu tantangan utama organisasi di era globalisasi ini adalah bagaimana mengarahkan perkembangan organisasi ke arah berkelanjutan yang ideal. Setiap tingkat kesiapan membutuhkan rubrik kapabilitas dan indikator yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Corporate Sustainability Maturity Model (CSMM), yang dapat digunakan oleh organisasi untuk melakukan penilaian diri, mengidentifikasi tingkat kesiapan organisasi saat ini dan transisi ke organisasi berkelanjutan yang lebih matang. Pengembangan CSMM dilakukan dengan menggunakan strategi tiga tahap pengembangan maturity model yaitu scoping, designing dan evaluating. Rancangan CSMM yang melibatkan tinjauan pustaka secara masif, wawancara 7 praktisi dan keterlibatan lebih dari 100 organisasi sebagai narasumber ini menghasilkan 6 domain dan 23 sub-domain; rubrik kapabilitas dan indikator yang didefinisikan untuk 3 tingkat kematangan. CSMM ini kemudian dievaluasi melalui penerapan pada organisasi secara riil melalui dua metode: (i) metode kuesioner & wawancara dan (ii) metode text mining. Berdasarkan temuan, sebagian besar organisasi Indonesia telah menerapkan aktivitas keberlanjutan secara optimal tapi bersifat parsial, tanpa didahului perencanaan strategis atau mengakomodasi tekanan internal dan eksternal yang mendorong upaya keberlanjutan tersebut. Secara keseluruhan, CSMM ini dapat diklaim sebagai sustainability maturity model yang pertama yang dikembangkan dalam menilai kesiapan penerapan prinsip berkelanjutan dalam konteks praktik di Indonesia. Selain itu, penggunaan metode text mining selama proses penilaian dan pembuatan aplikasi pintar sehingga organisasi dapat melakukan penilaian tingkat kematangan secara mandiri dapat diklaim sebagai "angin segar" bagi penelitian dengan topik sejenis.

One of the main challenges of organisations in this era of globalisation is how to navigate their development into ideal sustainable organisations. However, each readiness level requires a different rubric of requirements and indicators. Therefore, this study develops a corporate sustainability maturity model (CSMM), which can be used by organisations to conduct self-assessments, identify their current sustainability maturity levels and transition into mature sustainable organisations. A three-step development strategy was used to develop the proposed CSMM, i.e. the stages of scoping, designing and evaluating. The proposed CSMM includes 6 maturity domains and 23 sub-domains, and the rubric of requirements and indicators were defined among 3 maturity levels. The verified CSMM was then evaluated by assessing real-world organisations. Two methods were applied during the stage of evaluating CSMM: (i) interview & questionnaire assessment method and (ii) text mining assessment method. Based on the findings, most of Indonesian organisations conducted sustainability activities independently, without having a strategic plan in place or accommodating the internal and external pressures that drive the organisational sustainability efforts. Overall, this CSMM can be claimed as the first sustainability maturity model developed for readiness assessment in an Indonesian context. Additionally, based on this CSMM, the usage of text mining method to assess the companies and the creation of smart application so that the organisations are able to do their self-assessment can be claimed as “fresh air” for the researches on similar topics"

"Industri elektronik adalah salah satu sektor industri yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia dan merupakan salah satu penggerak utama pertumbuhan ekonomi negara ini. Bisnis dan industri berperan dalam mempengaruhi lingkungan, terutama melalui rantai pasokan mereka agar dapat terus menerus bertahan dan memenangkan persaingan. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) adalah metode untuk meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan di seluruh rantai pasokan GSCM diharapkan dapat mengurangi atau menghilangkan limbah, termasuk bahan kimia beracun, emisi, energi, dan limbah padat tetapi penerapan GSCM tidak mudah dan membutuhkan biaya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis pengukuran kesiapan penerapan GSCM pada perusahaan elektronik. Penelitian dilakukan pada sebuah perusahaan elektronik yang berlokasi di Depok yang bergerak di bidang perancangan dan produksi alat ukur kerusakan dan penunjang maintenance. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan pembobotan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) kemudian dihitung nilai kesiapan penerapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 50 indikator pengukuran kesiapan penerapan. Hasil nilai kesiapan penerapan untuk GSCM diperoleh sebesar 421,334 dimana menurut literatur perhitungan quartil terletak diantara Q2 dan Q3 yang berarti perusahaan siap menerapkan praktik GSCM. 

Electronics industry is one of industrial sectors developed rapidly in Indonesia and is one of the main drivers of this country's economic growth. Business and industry play a role in influencing the environment, especially through their supply chains. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is a principes for improving environmental performance throughout the supply chain. GSCM is expected to reduce or eliminate waste, including toxic chemicals, emissions, energy and solid waste throughout the supply chain, but implementing GSCM is not easy and costly. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis to measure the readiness to implement GSCM in electronics companies. This research was conducted at an electronics company located in Depok which is engaged in the design and production of damage measuring and maintenance tools. The research was carried out using Likert scale and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting is carried out and then the implementation readiness value is calculated. The results show that there are 50 indicators for measuring policy welfare. The result of the readiness value for implementing GSCM was obtained at 421.334, where according to the accounting literature the quartile is located between Q2 and Q3, which means the company is ready to implement GSCM practices."

"Riset dan Inovasi masuk dalam agenda jangka menengah dan panjang pemerintah Indonesia untuk mewujudkan visi Indonesia sebagai ekonomi maju pada tahun 2045 mendatang. Namun demikian, rendahnya belanja riset dan inovasi di Indonesia masih menjadi problematika yang cukup kritikal. Model Triple Helix arrangement dalam pelaksanaan riset dan inovasi menjadi salah satu hal penting untuk kemajuan teknologi dan ekonomi. Di Indonesia setidaknya ada tiga skema pendanaan yang menerapkan model Triple Helix arrangement dengan instrumen pengukurannya masing-masing seperti TKT maupun Katsinov yang dalam penggunaan instrumen tersebut masih terdapat hambatan sulitnya dipahami oleh para penggunanya baik kalangan periset, industri, maupun praktisi, sehingga penulis berusaha mengadaptasi Balanced Readiness Level Assessment (BRLa) yang sebelumnya dikembangkan di Norwegia untuk dapat dikembangkan menjadi instrumen penilaian pendanaan model Triple Helix di Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan design thinking yang mengedepankan kebutuhan penggunanya melalui lima tahapan design thinking yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Hasil menunjukan bahwa adaptasi BRLA menjadi Customized BRLa (CBRLa) dapat digunakan untuk menilai pendanaan riset dan inovasi model Triple Helix, dengan harapan bahwa pendanaan riset, pengembangan dan inovasi yang sebagian besar diberikan oleh pemerintah dengan memperhatikan kesiapannya dapat menghasilkan luaran yang optimal dan bermanfaat.

Research and Innovation are included in the Indonesian government's medium and long-term agenda to realize Indonesia's vision as an advanced economy by 2045. However, the low research and innovation spending in Indonesia is still a critical problem. The Triple Helix Arrangement model in conducting research and innovation is one of the important things for technological and economic progress. In Indonesia, there are at least three funding schemes that apply the Triple Helix arrangement model with their respective measurement instruments such as TKT and Katsinov, where in the use of these instruments there are still obstacles that are difficult to understand by users, both researchers, industry, and practitioners, so the author tries to adapt Balanced Readiness Level Assessment (BRLa) which was previously developed in Norway to be developed into a Triple Helix model funding assessment instrument in Indonesia by using a design thinking approach that prioritizes the needs of its users through five stages of design thinking , namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The results show that the adaptation of BRLA to Customized BRLa (CBRLa) can be used to assess research and innovation funding for the triple helix model, with the hope that research, development and innovation funding, which is mostly provided by the government by paying attention to its readiness, can produce optimal and impactful outcomes.
