"Salah satu radio siaran yang melayani pendengar wanita berusia 25-39 tahun dengan SES AB di Jakarta adalah 100.2 FeMale Radio. Dengan menghadapi 3 radio pesaing lainnya yang juga sama-sama menargetkan wanita, Radio FeMale harus mengelola mereknya dengan lebih baik.Penelitian ini mencoba melihat aspek merek bagi sebuah radio siaran dan apa strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang telah dilakukan untuk mendukung pengelolaan merek tersebut.Teori mengenai merek, media massa dan komunikasi pemasaran digunakan untuk mencari jawaban dari permasalahan tesis ini.Hasil dari penelitian adalah karena merek memegang peranan yang semakin pEnting dalam industri radio siaran sehingga pengelolaan yang benar juga diperlukan. Namun karena konsep ini baru diterapkan sehingga pelaksanaan komunikasi pemasaran yang mendukung merek masih belum menyeluruh."
