Industri farmasi harus memiliki pengawasan mutu dalam proses pembuatan obat. Produk biologi dalam bentuk parenteral dilindungi dengan kemasan primer untuk melindungi terhadap faktor lingkungan, termasuk potensi kontaminasi mikroba selama masa simpan. Penting bagi suatu industri farmasi untuk melakukan pengambilan sampel dan pengujian untuk memastikan bahwa bahan awal untuk kemasan primer yang akan digunakan memenuhi persyaratan.Pengawasan mutu rubber stopper pre-filled syringe dalam rangka uji pelolosan untuk proses produksi ini dilakukan berdasarkan metode analisis yang telah ditetapkan oleh PT Kalbio Global Medika yakni termasuk uji identifikasi FTIR, uji kadar abu, uji dimensi fisik, uji absorbansi, uji tampilan larutan, uji asiditas atau alkalinitas, uji kandungan amonium, uji extractable zinc, uji batas logam berat, dan uji residu evaporasi.Kedua sampel rubber stopperPFS yang diuji telah memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan PT Kalbio Global Medika. Kedua sampel rubber stopper PFS dapat diteruskan ke Laboratorium Mikrobiologi untuk dilakukan uji endotoksin.Perlu dilakukan pengujian pengganti untuk metode analisis volatile sulfide yang tidak dapat dijalankan karena keterbatasan teknis. ...... It is important for a pharmaceutical industry to carry out sampling andtesting to ensure that the starting materials for primary packaging that will be used meet the requirements. Quality control of rubber stopper pre-filled syringes in the context of escape tests for the production process is carried out based on analytical methods that have been determined by PT Kalbio Global Medika includes FTIR identification test, ash content test, physical dimension test, absorbance test, solution appearance test, acidity or alkalinity test, ammonium content test, extractable zinc test, heavy metal limit test, and evaporation residue test. Both rubber samples The PFS stopper tested has met the requirements set by PT Kalbio Global Medika. The two PFS rubber stopper samples can beforwarded to the Microbiology Laboratory for endotoxin testing. It is necessary to carry out replacement testing for thevolatile sulfide analysis method which cannot be carried out due to technical limitations.

Aplikasi computer vision meliputi pendeteksian objek, klasifikasi citra, dan lain-lain. Performa dari aplikasi computer vision ini biasanya kurang baik jika digunakan pada gambar yang kabur. Gambar kabur disebabkan oleh kondisi lingkungan yang melibatkan mikropartikel di udara sehingga menyebabkan penurunan kualitas gambar. Dehazing gambar tunggal diperlukan untuk menjaga kualitas gambar yang baik. Berbagai metode dehazing citra tunggal telah dikembangkan, baik metode berbasis piksel atau deep learning. Berbagai arsitektur deep learning telah dikembangkan untuk mengatasi masalah single image dehazing, salah satunya adalah PDR-Net. Dalam studi ini, penulis mengusulkan modifikasi arsitektur PDR-Net untuk mendapatkan gambar yang direstorasi secara visual sebaik mungkin. Arsitektur Modified PDR-Net (PDR-Net M) yang diusulkan dilatih dengan dua set data, yaitu O-Haze dan Dense-Haze, dan menjalani uji ketahanan menggunakan dataset NH-Haze, SOTS, dan beberapa gambar kabur yang diunduh dari Google Image. Hasil modifikasi PDR-Net menunjukkan hasil terbaik saat restorasi citra citra kabur pada data uji O-Haze dan Dense-Haze, dengan Structural Similarity (SSIM) 0,8042, Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) 20,65,00perbedaan warna 9,26 , Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) 0.11 dan Naturalness Image Quality Evaluator (NIQE) 3.94. Meskipun pada uji robustness ketiga, PDR Net-Modified mengalami kesulitan dalam restorasi citra karena karakteristik dataset yang sangat berbeda dengan data latih, PDR-Net Modified masih unggul pada uji robustness pertama dan kedua. ......Computer vision applications include object detection, image classification, and others. The performance of this computer vision application is usually not good when used on blurred images. Blurred images are caused by environmental conditions involving microparticles in the air causing a decrease in image quality. Dehazing a single image is necessary to maintain good image quality. Various methods of single image dehazing have been developed, either pixel-based or deep learning methods. Various deep learning architectures have been developed to overcome the problem of single image dehazing, one of which is PDR-Net. In this study, the authors propose a modification of the PDR-Net architecture to obtain the best possible visually restored image. The proposed Modified PDR-Net (PDR-Net M) architecture was trained with two datasets, namely O-Haze and Dense-Haze, and underwent robustness testing using the NH-Haze dataset, SOTS, and some blurred images downloaded from Google Image. PDR-Net modification results show the best results when restoring blurred images on O-Haze and Dense-Haze test data, with Structural Similarity (SSIM) 0.8042, Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) 20.65.00 color difference 9.26 , Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) 0.11 and Naturalness Image Quality Evaluator (NIQE) 3.94. Although in the third robustness test, PDR Net-Modified had difficulty in image restoration because the characteristics of the dataset were very different from the training data, PDR-Net Modified was still superior in the first and second robustness tests.

This book addresses the acoustic signal analysis and spectral dynamics of the tanpura, an Indian plucked string instrument. In addition, it strives to provide a logical and objective explanation of Indian classical musicians’ cognitive experience. Issues of relevance in this regard include the rich, mellifluous sound; the undulation of the loudness; the somewhat cyclical variation of the timbre, which is strongly related to these undulations; and the occasional perception of virtual notes to which no strings are tuned. The book analyses the materials used in the tanpura, the instrument’s simple structure, the intricacies of the lower bridge, and the theory of string vibration with variable string length. Cognitive experiments to provide the basis for perceptual quality assessment, as well as a methodology for ranking, are described. This is followed by acoustic analyses, both temporal and spectral, for sounds produced by male and female tanpuras, for each individual string and the combined one. An important aspect related to the naturalness of perceived sound, namely the intrinsically associated random perturbations, is also discussed. The apparent irregularities perceived in the acoustic signal produced by the tanpura reveal the importance of examining the signal from the perspective of non-linear analysis, an aspect that is also covered in the book. Given its scope, the book will appeal to students and researchers in the fields of music acoustics, artificial intelligence, and cognitive science, as well as musicians and musicologists around the world.
