"Apoteker memiliki peranan penting dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Berpartisipasi langsung dalam praktik kerja kefarmasian merupakan salah satu hal penting yang dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional. Oleh karena itu, sebagai bekal dan pengalaman dalam memahami peran apoteker dalam dunia kerja, para calon apoteker diwajibkan untuk menjalani praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT. Harsen Laboratories periode Maret - April 2022. Setelah praktek kerja dilaksanakan, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have an important role in doing pharmaceutical practice. Participating directly in the practice of pharmacy work is one of the important things to do to become a professional pharmacist. Therefore, as a provision and experience in understanding the role of pharmacists in the world of work, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional work practices. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Harsen Laboratories periode March - April 2022. By doing this work practice, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can gain insight, knowledge, skills, and experience that are suitable to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Kesehatan adalah hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan yang harus diwujudkan sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia. Prevalensi dan insidensi penyakit hipertensi semakin meningkat dan menyebabkan tingginya morbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi. Banten adalah salah satu Provinsi yang ikut menyumbang jumlah kumulatif kasus hipertensi. Jaminan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh BPJS Kesehatan diberikan oleh fasilitas kesehatan yang menjalin Kerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Salah satu bentuk fasilitas kesehatan yaitu Klinik Pratama. Berdasarkan analisa dari beberapa aspek, Klinik Pratama Kurnia Medika yang memiliki 3 dokter dan 1 dokter gigi dengan pelayanan 24 jam dan dana kapitasi Rp. 9.250 dikatakan layak untuk dibangun dan dilaksanakan dengan BEP sebesar Rp. 125.976.861/tahun. Sedangkan PP dari klinik pratama ini adalah selama 0,7 tahun. Sektor farmasi berperan dalam reformasi kesehatan. Masalah kesehatan yang muncul berkaitan erat dengan ketersediaan obat-obatan yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Banyak industri farmasi di Indonesia sebagai produsen obat-obatan serta penyaluran obat dan bahan obat. Penerapan CPOB dalam industri farmasi itu penting salah satunya dengan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP). Berdasarkan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk produk PXXX pada tahun 2021 yang diproduksi di PT.Harsen Laboratories dari 16 aspek yang dikaji dalam PTAP seluruh kajian tersebut telah sesuai dengan persyaratan CPOB dan memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi mutu produk jadi yang telah ditetapkan di PT.Harsen Laboratories.

The prevalence and incidence of hypertension is increasing and causing high morbidity and high mortality. Banten is one of the provinces that contributes to the cumulative number of hypertension cases. Health insurance organized by BPJS Health is provided by health facilities that collaborate with BPJS Health. One form of health facility is the Primary Clinic. Based on an analysis of several aspects, the Pratama Kurnia Medika Clinic which has 3 doctors and 1 dentist with 24-hour service and a capitation fund of Rp. 9,250 are said to be feasible to be built and implemented with a BEP of Rp. 125,976,861/year. While the PP from this primary clinic is for 0.7 years. The pharmaceutical sector plays a role in health reform. Health problems that arise are closely related to the availability of medicines needed by the community. Many pharmaceutical industries in Indonesia are manufacturers of medicines as well as distribution of drugs and medicinal ingredients. The application of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry is important, one of which is the Annual Product Assessment (PTAP). Based on the Annual Assessment of PXXX products in 2021 produced at PT. Harsen Laboratories, of the 16 aspects studied in the PTAP, all of these studies have complied with GMP requirements and meet the requirements of the finished product quality specifications that have been set at PT. Harsen Laboratories."

"Obat yang sudah beredar di pasaran harus tetap terjamin mutunya sehingga industri farmasi perlu melakukan Pengkajian Mutu Produk (PMP) secara berkala terhadap semua obat terdaftar dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas dan produk jadi, untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses dan dirangkum sebagai laporan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP). Tujuan laporan adalah untuk memahami cara pembuatan laporan PTAP di PT. Harsen Laboratories sesuai dengan prosedur tetap dan persyaratan yang terdapat di CPOB. Penyusunan laporan tugas khusus PTAP produk X Fe Tablet Salut Gula ini mengacu pada SOP terkait yang berlaku di PT Harsen Laboratories. Hasil seluruh pengkajian produk X Fe Tablet Salut Gula Tahun 2020 telah memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi mutu produk jadi yang telah ditetapkan PT. Harsen Laboratories.

Drugs that are circulating in the market must have a quality guarantee, therefore the pharmaceutical industry needs to carry out a periodic Product Quality Assessments (PQA) for all registered drugs with the aim of proving process consistency, compliance with specifications for base materials, packaging materials and finished products, to see trends and identify necessary improvements of products and processes which will be summarized as an Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) report. The purpose of the report is to understand how to make a APQR report at PT. Harsen Laboratories in accordance with the standard procedures and requirements contained in GMP. The preparation of APQR report on product X Fe Sugar Coated Tablets refers to the relevant SOP at PT Harsen Laboratories. The results of all product reviews of X Fe Sugar Coated Tablets for 2020 have met the requirements for finished product quality specifications set by PT. Harrison Laboratories."

"Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) merupakan cara pembuatan obat dan/atau bahan obat yang bertujuan untuk memastikan agar mutu obat dan/atau bahan obat yang dihasilkan sesuai persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaannya. Salah satu aspek yang dimuat dalam CPOB adalah sistem mutu industri farmasi. Sistem mutu industri farmasi juga mencakup pengkajian mutu produk yang bertujuan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses dan kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas, dan produk jadi. Hasil pengkajian mutu produk ini kemudian digunakan untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses. Tujuan dilaksanakannya PKPA ini adalah mengetahui peran apoteker dalam melakukan pembuatan Laporan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP), mengetahui penerapan Prosedur Tetap (Protap) Pembuatan Laporan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP) dan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB); dan Mengetahui dan memahami proses pembuatan Laporan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP) M Kaplet Salut Selaput yang diproduksi oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories. Pembuatan Laporan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP) di PT. Harsen Laboratories telah sesuai dengan Prosedur Tetap (Protap) yang berlaku dan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Berdasarkan Laporan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP) yang telah dibuat, produksi M Kaplet Salut Selaput pada tahun 2021 telah memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi mutu produk jadi yang ditetapkan oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories dan seluruh aspek perhitungan terkait proses telah memenuhi tren analisis yang diinginkan.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a method for making drugs and/or drug raw material that aims to ensure that the quality of drugs and/or drug raw material produced meets the requirements and intended use. One of the aspects contained in GMP is the quality system of the pharmaceutical industry. The pharmaceutical industry's quality system also includes product quality assessments aimed at proving process consistency and compliance with specifications for starting materials, packaging materials, and finished products. The results of this product quality assessment are then used to spot trends and identify necessary improvements to products and processes. The purpose of implementing this report is to find out the role of pharmacists in preparing the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR), to know the application of the Standard Procedures (SOPs) for Making Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); and Knowing and understanding the process of preparing the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) M Film Coated Caplets produced by PT. Harrison Laboratories. Preparation of the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) at PT. Harsen Laboratories complies with the applicable Standard Procedures (Protap) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Based on the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) that has been made, the production of M Film Coated Caplets in 2021 has met the requirements for finished product quality specifications set by PT. Harsen Laboratories and all aspects of process-related calculations have met the desired trend analysis."
