Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di PT. Phapros, Tbk. Semarang bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tangung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memiliki pengalaman praktis pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu Penyiapan Dokumen Registrasi Variasi Produk Tahun 2017 di Departemen PPP PT. Phapros, Tbk. Tujuannya yaitu untuk menyediakan semua dokumen yang dibutuhkan untuk kebutuhan registrasi variasi beberapa produk di tahun 2017. Berdasarkan hasil pengerjaan tugas, terdapat dokumen yang sudah lengkap dan siap diregistrasikan, dan terdapat dokumen yang belum lengkap seperti data uji stabilitas dan dokumen spesifikasi dan prosedur tetap.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacist Profession Internship Program PKPA at PT. Phapros, Tbk. Semarang aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and to have practical experience of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The specific assignment given is Preparation of Product Variation Registration Document in 2017 in PPP Department at PT. Phapros, Tbk. The purpose of this particular task is to provide all documents required for registration of various product variations in 2017. Based on the results of the work, there are documents that are complete and ready to registered, and there are documents that are not yet complete such as stability test data and specifications of finish products document.

Industri farmasi merupakan salah satu sarana yang berperan penting dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat yang berkewajiban untuk menyediakan obat yang bermutu, aman, dan berkhasiat. Sebuah industri farmasi harus memiliki minimal 3 orang Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab pada bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu. Hal tersebut menuntut seorang Apoteker untuk memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan sesuai Standar Kompetensi Apoteker IAI. Kompetensi seorang calon Apoteker agar mampu bekerja dalam dunia kefarmasian dengan baik dapat diperoleh dari materi kuliah dan pengalaman terlibat langsung dalam dunia kerja melalui kegiatan PKPA. Kegiatan selama PKPA yaitu berupa pemberian materi serta kegiatan visit untuk mendalami materi terkait seluruh kegiatan di PT Phapros, Tbk. antara lain struktur organisasi, manajemen K3L, pengelolaan air limbah, manajemen resiko, produksi, Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Produksi, Quality Operation, kegiatan gudang, kegiatan maintenance, dan bagian penunjang lainnya. Tugas khusus PKPA di PT Phapros, Tbk. yaitu melakukan review kelengkapan dan menyiapkan dokumen registrasi variasi dari beberapa produk PT Phapros, Tbk. yang dilakukan oleh bagian DR (Dokumentasi dan Registrasi). Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKPA di PT Phapros, Tbk. membuat mahasiswa mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis yang lebih di industri farmasi secara umum dan melakukan registrasi variasi secara khusus.

ABSTRACT
The pharmaceutical industry is one of important things which can improves the quality of public health providing the quality, safety, and efficatious of medicines. A pharmaceutical industry must has at least 3 pharmacists in charge in the field of quality assurance, production, and quality control. It requires a pharmacist to have the insight, knowledge, skills corresponding Pharmacist Competence Standard IAI. Pharmacists competence of a candidate to be able to work in the world of pharmacy well can be obtained from lectures and experience directly involved in the world of work through profession internship activities. Activities during profession internship include giving materials and visit to explore related material of all activities at PT Phapros, Tbk. among others, organizational structure, management K3L, water management system, risk management, production, Production Planning and Development, Quality Operations, warehouse activities, maintenance activities, and other supporting parts. The special task of profession internship at PT Phapros, Tbk. is conducting a review of completeness and prepare the registration documents of some products PT Phapros, Tbk. done by the DR (Documentation and Registration). The implementation of profession internship at PT Phapros, Tbk. make students gain insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry more generally and specially in register variations.

Phapros, Tbk bertujuan agar mahasiswa mengerti dan memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi sehingga mahasiswa memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian, seperti memahami peranan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Trending Stabilitas dan Evaluasi Stabilitas Produk Pareto A pada Tahun 2011-2015. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk melihat performa stabilitas produk, untuk mengevaluasi parameter spesifikasi produk jadi yang kritis dan untuk memberikan rekomendasi terhadap parameter spesifikasi produk jadi yang tidak memenuhi syarat secara terus menerus selama masa pengujian stabilitas untuk menghindari terjadinya keluhan dari customer maupun penarikan obat.

Pharmacists Internship Program at PT. Phapros, Tbk aims to make students know and understand their role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry so that students have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy, such as understanding the role How Good Manufacturing (GMP) and have a real picture about the problems of pharmacy work. My Specific assignment is Trending and Evaluation of Stability Pareto A Product in 2011-2015. The purpose of this spesific assignment are to look at the performance stability of the product, to evaluate the parameters of the product specifications so critical and to provide recommendations on the parameter specifications of the finished product are not eligible continuously during stability testing to avoid complaints from customers or withdrawal of the drug.

Praktikan ditempatkan di Departemen Human Resource Development (HRD) dibawah bimbingan Direktur Produksi dan diberikan tugas khusus yang berjudul Penyusunan Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Praktisi Industri PT. Phapros, Tbk. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker mampu menyusun dan memahami standar kompetensi kerja yang diperlukan seorang apoteker praktisi industri sesuai dengan pelaksanaan tugas dan kualifikasi jabatan di tempat kerja berdasarkan fungsi bisnis PT. Phapros, Tbk. ...... Profession Internship at PT. Phapros, Tbk aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry; have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry; understanding the implementation of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry; and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry. Through this internship, future pharmacists can see directly the flow of business process and implementation of GMP in technical activities at PT. Phapros, Tbk. Intern placed in the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) under the guidance of Director of Production and given the special task entitled Arrangement the Standard of Competences of Industry Practitioner Pharmacists PT. Phapros, Tbk. The special task was intended that the student is able to compile and understand the work standard of competences required by an industry practitioner pharmacist in accordance with the duties and occupational requirements in the workplace based on business function PT. Peran dan fungsi apoteker di industri adalah bertugas menjamin mutu produk mulai dari perencanaan produk hingga produk siap didistribusikan. Apoteker di PT. Phapros, Tbk. tersebar di berbagai departemen, terutama di departemen produksi yang bertugas memastikan alur produksi sesuai CPOB, departemen quality operation yang bertugas memastikan dan mengendalikan mutu; dan departemen PPP yang bertugas merencanakan dan mengembangkan produk. Mahasiswa melakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di departemen PPP. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Validasi Proses Pilot Produk ldquo;X rdquo; Tablet Salut Film Gula dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan dan mendokumentasikan bahwa proses produksi produk ldquo;X rdquo; skala pilot sebanyak 2 dua batch berturut akan senantiasa menghasilkan produk yang konsisten dan memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan.

The role and function of pharmacist in industry is duty to guarantee product quality from product planning until product ready to be distributed. Pharmacists at PT. Phapros, Tbk. scattered in various departments, especially in the production department in charge of ensuring the production flow according to the CPOB, the quality operation department in charge of ensuring and controlling the quality And PPP department in charge of planning and developing products. Students undertake the internship in the PPP department. The title of Special Assignment is Process Pilot Validation of Product X Sugar Phase Saloon Tablet aims to of proving and documenting that the pilot production X pilot process of 2 two batches will consistently produce consistent products and meet specified specifications.
