Pemerintah melalui Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan BPOM membuat pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik atau CPOB sebagai panduan yang harus diterapkan oleh Industri farmasi. Selain itu, Pasal 9 Peraturan Pemerintah No. 51 Tahun 2009 tentang Pekerjaan Kefarmasian menyatakan bahwa Industri farmasi harus memiliki 3 tiga orang Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab. Seorang apoteker merupakan personil kunci yang harus memahami tugas dan tanggung jawabnya serta senantiasa meningkatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilannya agar dapat menjalankan tugasnya secara professional di Industri Farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Industri Farmasi merupakan pengalaman praktis, pelatihan, dan penerapan ilmu yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi calon apoteker sehingga dapat memahami implementasi CPOB dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi dilaksanakan di PT. Guardian Pharmatama periode Bulan Februari-Maret 2016.

ABSTRACT
The Government through the National Regulatory Agency BPOM makes the guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practice CPOB as guidelines to be applied by the pharmaceutical Industry. The Government Regulation, article 9 number 51 in 2009 on Pharmaceutical Works states that the Pharmaceutical Industry must have 3 three Pharmacists as person in charge. A pharmacist is a key personnel who must understand his duties, responsibilities and constantly improve his insights, knowledge, skills to perform his duties professionally in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacist Profession Internship PKPA in the Pharmaceutical Industry is a practical experience, training, and application of the knowledge gained during lectures to improve the competence of prospective pharmacists to understand the implementation of the GMP CPOB and have a clear vision of the pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical ndustry. This Pharmacist Profession Internship was held at PT. Guardian Pharmatama in February March 2016.

Praktik kerja profesi di Industri PT Guardian Pharmatama Citeureup periode Bulan Maret hingga April tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang baik dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Evaluasi Hasil Analisa Kadar Pengawet Produk Suspensi Parasetamol Pada Departemen Pengawasan Mutu PT Guardian Pharmatama rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah hasil tren analisa parameter pengujian tertentu pada produk jadi milik PT Guardian Pharmatama memenuhi persyaratan untuk dilakukan reduksi analisa sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dalam pemeriksaan produk jadi, meningkatkan kecepatan perilisan produk jadi dan mempercepat disposisi produk jadi.

Internship at PT Guardian Pharmatama Industry Citeureup Plant Period March-April 2018 purpose is to understand pharmacist rsquo;s tasks and responsibility in pharmacy industrial, have knowledge, skill and practical knowledge to do pharmaceutical practice at pharmacy industrial, understand the Good Manufacturing Practice and have a real picture about pharmaceutical practice at pharmacy industrial. This internship is held for two months with special task ldquo;Preservative Content Analysis Evaluation of Paracetamol Suspension Product at Quality Control Department in PT Guardian Pharmatama rdquo;. The purpose of this is to know that the trend analysis result for Guardian Pharmatama finished product fill the requirements to apply the reduction analysis so it will improve the time efficiency of finished product test, release speed of finished product and quicken disposition of finished product.

Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat memahami peranan, tugas, serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, melalui PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan dapat mempelajari secara langsung penerapan cGMP CPOB dan mengetahui gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Modul Pelatihan Kualitas Dasar yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan karyawan PT Guardian Pharmatama terhadap pemahaman CPOB dan penerapan aspeknya serta mengevaluasi efektivitas Pelatihan Kualitas Dasar yang dilakukan selama PKPA.

ABSTRACT
Internship was conducted at PT Guardian Pharmatama Citeureup Plant, Bogor. This internship is aimed to make the student of apothecary profession understand the role, duty, and responsibility of pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry. In addition, through this internship the student of apothecary profession is expected to gain insight, knowledge, skills, as well as practical experience in doing the pharmaceutical work at pharmaceutical industry. The students of apothecary profession are also expected to learn directly the implementation of cGMP CPOB and know the real picture of the problems in pharmaceutical work at pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment that is given entitled Creating a Basic Quality Training Module that aims to improve the knowledge of the employees of PT Guardian Pharmatama towards CPOB comprehension and the implementation of its rsquo aspects and evaluate the effectiveness of Basic Quality Training conducted during internship program.

Indonesia memiliki panduan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) dan setiap obat yang diproduksi harus memiliki sertifikat Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) sebagai hasil dokumentasi bahwa industri farmasi tersebut telah memenuhi persyaratan CPOB. Mutu produk perlu dikaji secara berkala sebagai penerapan CPOB bab pertama, yaitu Sistem Mutu Industri Farmasi. Pengkajian mutu produk atau product quality review (PQR) dimuat dalam sebuah laporan yang merupakan salah satu peran dari departemen pemastian mutu. Berdasarkan CPOB tahun 2018, pengkajian mutu produk dilakukan di bawah departemen Pemastian Mutu sebagai dasar untuk memastikan mutu produk yang beredar telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang berlaku, sekaligus sebagai landasan data untuk mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan demi memastikan mutu produk dan proses. Product Quality Review (PQR) di salah satu industri farmasi di Indonesia, yaitu PT. Guardian Pharmatama dilakukan secara berkala dan didokumentasikan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dengan bahan awal, bahan pengemas, dan produk jadi untuk mengetahui tren mutu produk tersebut sejak dari bahan awal hingga produk jadi dikormersilkan. Laporan PQR dibuat dengan meninjau beberapa aspek utama, diantaranya jumlah seluruh bets yang diproduksi, kajian bahan awal, kualitas purified water, status kualifikasi peralatan dan mesin, pemantauan lingkungan, hasil uji saat proses (in process control), setiap perubahan pada tahap proses produksi perlu dicantumkan, disertai tindakan pencegahannya, hasil analisis uji pada produk jadi, pengendalian perubahan, serta rekomendasi tindakan yang perlu dilakukan. Laporan PQR di PT. Guardian Pharmatama telah disusun dengan terorganisir dan komprehensif. Namun masih ada data yang belum lengkap sesuai dengan current Good Manufacturing Products (cGMP). ......Indonesia has guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and every drug produced must have a certificate for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as a result of documentation that the pharmaceutical industry has met GMP requirements. Product quality needs to be reviewed periodically as the implementation of the first chapter of GMP, namely the Pharmaceutical Industry Quality System. Product quality review (PQR) is contained in a report which is one of the roles of the quality assurance department. Based on the 2018 CPOB, product quality reviews are carried out under the Quality Assurance department as a basis for ensuring the quality of products in circulation is in accordance with applicable specifications, as well as a data basis for identifying necessary improvements to ensure product and process quality. Product Quality Review (PQR) in one of the pharmaceutical industries in Indonesia, namely PT. Guardian Pharmatama is conducted periodically and documented to prove process consistency, suitability with starting materials, packaging materials, and finished products to find out product quality trends from starting materials to commercialized finished products. The PQR report is made by reviewing several main aspects, including the total number of batches produced, review of starting materials, quality of purified water, status of equipment and machinery qualifications, environmental monitoring, test results during the process (in process control), any changes at the stage of the production process necessary listed, accompanied by preventive measures, results of test analysis on finished products, change control, and recommendations for actions that need to be taken. PQR Report at PT. Guardian Pharmatama has been prepared in an organized and comprehensive manner. However, there is still incomplete data according to the current Good Manufacturing Products (cGMP).

Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) bidang industri dilaksanakan di Departemen Product Development PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama delapan minggu, mulai dari tanggal 18 Januari 2016 sampai dengan 11 Maret 2016. Kegiatan PKP ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik di industri farmasi; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertanggung jawab dalam proses pembuatan produk, mulai dari perencanaan produk, pengembangan produk, pengembangan metode analisis, formulasi, validasi, produksi, pengawasan mutu, pemastian mutu, pendaftaran obat jadi, sampai produk dipasarkan. PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories telah memenuhi semua aspek CPOB yang diterjemahkan ke dalam bentuk Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) dan Standard Operation Instruction (SOI) pada masing-masing pelaksanaan kegiatan. Dari pelaksanaan PKP di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, mahasiswa menjadi lebih memperkaya wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi secara umum dan di bidang analytical development secara khusus.

Internship at pharmaceutical industry was held in the Department of Product Development PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. This activity was held for eight weeks, from January 18th, 2016, until March 11th, 2016. This internship was aimed to make apothecary student understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry; have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to work in the pharmaceutical industry; understand the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry; and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacists in PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories were responsible in the manufacturing process of products, starting from product planning, product development, analytical method development, formulation, validation, production, quality control, quality assurance, registration, until the product is marketed. PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories has complied with all aspects of GMP, that is translated into the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Standard Operation Instruction (SOI) in each of the activities. From internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, apothecary students become more enriching their knowledge, skills, and practical experience in doing pharmaceutical jobs in the pharmaceutical industry (in general) and in the field of analytical development (in particular).

Praktek kerja profesi ini juga ditunjang dengan tugas khusus yaitu pembuatan form rekonsiliasi produk, material kemas, dan bendera untuk departemen produksi di PT. Guardian Pharmatama. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui tata cara perhitungan rekonsiliasi, mengetahui cara pembuatan prosedur tetap di PT. Guardian Pharmatama, mempermudah manajemen PT. Guardian Pharmatama dalam melakukan investigasi produk, dan mencegah complain dari pelanggan terkait lolosnya sambungan foil pada strip atau blister.

The internship also gives the author experience to do a special task about making a product reconciliation, packaging material reconciliation, and flags for production department at PT. Guardian Pharmatama. The special task aims to determine the procedure for calculation of reconciliation, knowing how to make Standard Operational Procedure SOP at PT. Guardian Phamatama, helping the managerial of PT. Guardian Pharmatama for product investigation, and prevention of complaining from consumer because the pass of foil connection at strip or blister.

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Form Logbook Mesin Stripping dan Blistering untuk Departemen Produksi Solid. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mempelajari tata cara pengisian logbook mesin stripping dan blistering beserta cara perhitungan persentase line stop dan output. Melalui pembuatan logbook ini, diharapkan akan mempermudah PT. Guardian Pharmatama dalam menilai efektivitas kerja operator stripping dan blistering.

Internship at PT. Guardian Pharmatama Period January February 2017 aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, having insight knowledge skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, and understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. This internship also aims to provide a real picture of the pharmaceutical work problems and to learn strategies and activities that can be done for pharmaceutical job development in the pharmaceutical industry. The internship given a special assignment titled Formation of Stripping and Blistering Machine Logbook for Solid Production Department. The purpose of this special assignment is to learn how to fill the logbook of stripping and blistering machines and how to calculate the percentage of line stop and output. Through this logbook will facilitate PT. Guardian Pharmatama in assessing the effectiveness of stripping and blistering operator work.

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul ldquo;Dokumentasi Cara Pengoperasian Mesin Vakumix Tipe VHM 100 dan ABF 80 untuk On Job Training Operator Departemen Produksi Liquid Semisolid dan Toll Out Toll In rdquo;. Tujuan pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Guardian Pharmatama adalah membuat dokumentasi video proses mixing cream pada mesin Vakumix tipe VHM 100 dan ABF 80 sehingga dapat digunakan pada on job training operator baru, operator lama yang belum dapat mengoperasikan mesin tersebut serta penyegaran keterampilan para operator Departemen Produksi LSS TOTI. Secara umum, PT Guardian Pharmatama telah memahami dan melaksanakan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Pharmacist candidate could also achieved insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to understood pharmaceutical work in pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given was ldquo;Documentation of How to Operate Vakumix Machine Type VHM 100 and ABF 80 for On Job Training Operators at Department of Liquid Semisolid Production and Toll Out Toll In rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment was to make video documentation of mixing cream process on Vakumix Machine Type VHM 100 and ABF 80 so it could be used for on job training of new operators, current operators who can not operate related machines, and skill refreshing for the operators. In general, PT Guardian Pharmatama has implemented and applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also had the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the pharmaceutical industry.

The special assignment given is Manufacturing and Packaging Process Validation Report of Mometasone Furoate 10 Gram Cream OGB and Suspension X 10 mL. The purpose of this special assignment is to observe and to evaluate the manufacturing and packaging process of Mometasone Furoate 10 gram OGB and Suspension can yield a constant and valid through out its operation. In general, PT Guardian Pharmatama has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy.
