"This book highlights routing protocols for wireless mesh networks (WMNs; IEEE 802.11s). It provides an overview of the wireless networks (history, MANET, family of IEEE 802.11, WMNS, etc.) and routing protocols, such as AODV, DSR, OLSR, etc, and also highlights two resolutions of routing protocols with respect to end-to-end delay, packet delivery ratio and routing overhead in WMNs. Wireless mesh networks have become a hot topic for researcher into the deployment of wireless networks, and they represents the connectivity of mesh networking in IEEE 802.11 amendment in static and ad-hoc networks. Moreover, WMNs have numerous attractive features, such as highly reliable connectivity, easy deployment, self-healing, self-configuring, and flexible network expansion. The book describes two routing mechanisms: novel cluster-based routing protocols (NCBRP), and decentralized hybrid wireless mesh protocol (DHWMP)."

Currenttly many of COVID-19 cases have mild symptoms and asymptomatic. Furthermore there is the potential for reactivation in post-hospitalized patients. It gives a reason for the importance of monitoring family’s member compliance in implementing post-COVID-19 patient care protocols at home. The purpose of this study is to know about family's compliance to the COVID-19 homecare protocol for COVID-19 post-patients and to identify any factors (age, gender, income, occupation, knowledge, attitudes, availability of facilities, support from health workers, support of substitute caregivers) that affects them. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional method. The study was conducted on 72 post-treatment patients for COVID-19 at dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Central General Hospital (RSCM). Data collection was carried out using online method altogether with the COMIC RSCM team. The results showed that many of families had high compliance in implementing COVID-19 home care protocols to COVID -19 post patients with an average score of 81. It was found that knowledge factor (p-value = 0.004) and the availability of facilities (p-value = 0.012) were the dominant factors that had a significant relationship with family's member compliance in implementing the COVID-19 homecare protocol. Respondents who have good knowledge about this care have 5,3 times the potential to have high compliance compared to respondents who have less knowledge about this care. In addition, respondents who have a specific room with good ventilation also have the potential to apply 5,3 times in implementing the guidelines of preventing the transmission of COVID-19 while caring for patients at home, compared to respondents who do not have a special room. Based on these results, it can be concluded that in general, family's member compliance in implementing the COVID-19 treatment protocol at home is good and the factors of knowledge and room availability have an important role in influencing this compliance"

"This paper will analyze the performance of adaptive slotted ALOHA DS-CDM4 over multipath fading with capture eject to increase throughput transmit data when traffic condition in saturation. To divine intervention we use algorithm to control level change transmission rate use user based on trqffic condition. Adaptive slotted ALOHA DS-CDA/L4 technique is technique access can do adaptation level transmission rate based trams condition. Using protocol access channel adaptive slotted ALOHA DS-CDAM combine between slotted ALOHA and DS-CDMA in wireless communication system. This method may users to do access simultaneously and using efficient spectrum is providential from adaptive slotted ALOHA DS-CDMA Performance of S-ALOHA DS-CDMA decrease on channel fading. To handle throughput decrease because amount bit on transmit packet, so capture effect can use to handle this problem. So effective throughput depend capture probability and probability packet success. From that result throughput adaptive slotted ALOHA DS-CDMA with capture eject on multipath fading channel increase with decrease capture ratio length bit packet and different number of path."
