"ABSTRAKLaporan magang ini membahas proses pembayaran atas pengadaan material dengan menggunakan fasilitas kredit Surat Kredit Berdokumen Dalam Negeri (SKBDN). Selain itu, proses pengadaan material pada PT HKK akan dibandingkan kesesuaianya dengan peraturan BUMN. Permohonan penerbitan SKBDN PT HKK kepada bank akan dicek kesesuaiannya dengan peraturan Bank Indonesia. Laporan ini juga akan membahas aspek-aspek umum SKBDN seperti klasifikasi kreditnnya, kelebihan dan kekurangannya, dan bank yang digunakan PT HKK untuk fasilitas SKBDN. SKBDN yang digunakan PT HKK terdiri dari SKBDN, Reguler dan SKBDN Kontrak Payung yang akan dibahas prosedur dan fungsinya masing-masing. Secara keseluruhan, siklus pengeluaran PT HKK yang terdiri dari pengadaan material dan pembayaran dengan fasilitas SKBDN telah berjalan sesuai prosedur dan aturan yang berlaku.

ABSTRACTThis report discusses the HKK expenditure cycle from the material procurement process to the payment process. The payment process discussed in this report by using Domestic Letter of Credit (LC). The HKK material procurement process will be compared to its compliance with BUMN regulations. The application for issuing SKBDN of PT HKK to the bank will be checked for compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations. This report will also discuss general aspects of SKBDN such as its credit classification, advantages and disadvantages, and the bank used by HKK for SKBDN facilities. The domestic LC used by HKK consists of Regular domestic LC and framework contract of HKK`s LC which will be discussed about the procedures and functions of each one. Overall, the HKK expenditure cycle consists of material procurement and payment with the SKBDN facility has proceeded according to applicable rules and procedures."
