Abstrak :
Buku ini membahas tentang dasar-dasar dalam mempelajari hukum acara pidana di Indonesia, termasuk di dalammnya tentang perkembangan dan pembaharuannya. Disebut dengan dasar karena buku ini menguraikan substansi dari hukum acara pidana, baik dari segi terori maupun dalam penerapan konkrit di dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP). Mempelajari dasar-dasar hukum acara pidana secara teoritis dan aplikasinya dalam KUHAP akan ditemukan banyak permasalahan yang muncul, sehingga perlu kiranya disampaikan tentang adanya pembaharuan dalam hukum acara pidana di Indonesia.

A research had been performed in order to get general description of the service of an oral complementary drug in the nursing ward of IRNA B of Perjan RS Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo and it evaluated the operation of the oral complementary drug service was and also found out the correlation of the orderly medication instruction writing of the oral complementary drug, the orderly operation of the process of th oral complementary drug procurement, drug preservation, drug preparation, the handover the oral complementary drug to a patient, and communication, information and education (CIE) in the nursing ward of IRNA B relation to the orderly operation of oral complementary drug service prosedure. The research used the cross sectional method of survey which was descriptive and analytic in its nature. The research showed that 74.81% of the patients medication instruction writing in prescription did not fit the requirements in administration writing and medication information completely 7.94% of the patients bought the prescription (76%-1005) form the drug store in RSCM, 42.75% of patients kept the 76%-100% of their drug in the pharmacy depot, 42.75% prepared the 76%-100% of patient prepared the 76%-100% of their drug in unites of doses by the pharmacy depot. 64.12% of the patients were given their drug by nurses directly, and finished to swallow the drug according to its use direction, and there was none of the patients who got CIE service from a pharmacist. The operation of the oral complementary drug service in the nursing wawrd of IRNA B was evaluated as less appropriate to the procedure. It could be concluded that there is significant correlation between medication instruction writing, the orderly operation of the process of the oral complementary drug preservation, the drug preparation, the had-over the oral complementary drug to a patient in the nursing ward of IRNA B with the orderly operation of oral complementary drug service procedure; and there is no correlation between the procurement of the oral complementary drug, the orderly operation of CIE in the nursing ward of IRNA B with the orderly operation of oral complementary drug service procedure.

Beberapa tahun kebelakang, NBA telah memperluas mereknya secara global. Akibatnya, berita tentang NBA dikonsumsi setiap hari oleh orang-orang di seluruh dunia. Kemudian, berita tersebut diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa sasaran untuk memastikan bahwa penutur bahasa sasaran dapat memahami isi berita dengan sempurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetukan prosedur penerjemahan yang dipakai untuk menerjemahkan istilah bola basket dalam artikel berita tentang NBA dari Bahasa Inggris ke Bahasa Indonesia dan prosedur penerjemahan yang tidak dapat diterapkan untuk menerjemahkan istilah bola basket. Untuk menemukan jawabannya, artikel berita yang diterbitkan di situs resmi NBA dan MainBasket telah digunakan. Selanjutnya, istilah bola basket yang ada di artikel berita telah diidentifikasi dan dianalisis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis tekstual. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa prosedur penerjemahan yang digunakan adalah transposisi, modulasi, pemadanan berkonteks, eksplisitasi, penambahan, pengurangan, naturalisasi, dan penerjemahan kata pungutan. Prosedur penerjemahan yang tidak dapat diterapkan adalah pergeseran tingkat, pergeseran intrasistem, penerjemahan metafora, dan penerjemahan idiom. Prosedur penerjemahan yang digunakan membuat istilah yang diterjemahkan menjadi akurat, serupa, dan mudah dipahami oleh pembaca bahasa sasaran baik penggemar maupun bukan penggemar bola basket. Tetapi, ada satu kesalahan dalam memilih prosedur penerjemahan untuk satu istilah. Namun, secara keseluruhan, prosedur penerjemahan yang dipilih tetap berhasil menyampaikan pesan yang benar dari teks sumber, menandakan penerjemahan yang baik. ......Over the years, the NBA has been expanding its brand globally (Gardner & O’Brien, 2005). As a result, news regarding the NBA is consumed daily by people all over the world. The news is then translated into the target languages in order to ensure that the target language speakers understand the content of the news perfectly. This research aims to determine the translation procedures used in translating basketball terms in news articles about the NBA from English to Indonesian and the translation procedures that are inapplicable for translating basketball terms. To find the answer, news articles published on the NBA and MainBasket official websites were used. Then, the basketball terms that are included in the news articles were identified and analyzed. The research is conducted by using the textual analysis method. The research found that the translated procedures used are transposition, modulation, contextual conditioning, explicitation, addition, omission, naturalization, and borrowing. The translation procedures that are inapplicable are level shift transposition, intersystem transposition, metaphoric translation, and idiomatic translation. The applied translation procedures made the translated terms accurate, close, and easy to understand for the readers of the target language whether they are basketball fans or non-basketball fans. However, there is one mistake in choosing the translation procedure to translate a term. Yet, overall, the selected translation procedures still managed to successfully convey the correct message of the source text in the target text, indicating a good translation.
