"ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh pada project procurement agar efisien dan efektif berdasarkan pelaksanaan supply chain management proyek UTHO dan usaha untuk menghasilkan optimalisasi biaya pada project procurement dalam supply chain management PT. ABC Proyek UTHO. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer hasil pengamatan dan wawancara serta data sekunder tentang pelaksanaan project procurement dalam supply chain management PT. ABC Proyek UTHO, untuk selanjutnya dianalisis.Hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh pada project procurement PT. ABC Proyek UTHO merupakan konsekuensi lanjutan dari penggunaan type efficient supply chain pada PT. ABC Proyek UTHO. Sedangkan kondisi manajemen biaya pada project procurement PT. ABC Proyek UTHO sebagai kondisi yang sebagian besar membutuhkan proses inovasi dari PT. ABC Proyek UTHO dan usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk menghasilkan optimalisasi biaya pada project procurement dalam supply chain management PT. ABC Proyek UTHO adalah melaksanakan strategi yang sepenuhnya memperhatikan gambaran umum perusahaan, informasi umum Proyek UTHO, faktor yang mempengaruhi project procurement dalam supply chain management, serta kondisi manajemen biaya pada project procurement PT. ABC Proyek UTHO.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the procurement project for efficient and effective supply chain management is based on the implementation of the project UTHO and effort to produce cost optimization in project procurement in supply chain management of UTHO Project PT. ABC. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research using primary data observations and interviews and secondary data on the implementation of project procurement in supply chain management of UTHO Project ABC UTHO, for further analysis.

The analysis and discussion shows that the factors that influence the procurement project at UTHO Project PT. ABC is a consequence of the use of advanced types of efficient supply chain in UTHO Project PT. ABC. While the conditions of the project cost management in procurement UTHO Project PT. ABC as a condition that mostly require the innovation process from UTHO Project PT. ABC and effort that can be done to produce the project procurement cost optimization in supply chain management of UTHO Project PT. ABC is to implement strategies that fully into account the general description of the company, general information UTHO Project, factors affecting the project procurement in supply chain management, as well as the conditions of the project cost management in procurement UTHO Project PT. ABC."

"Proyek Engineering, Procurement dan Construction (EPC) dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan banyak pihak dan memakai berbagai macam sumberdaya, dan juga menghadapi banyak masalah, masalah pengadaan menjadi penting karena resiko proyek EPC yang tinggi, persaingan antar perusahaan EPC dan porsi nilai pengadaan yang tinggi dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Proses pengadaan sangat menentukan dalam keberhasilan kinerja biaya proyek karena rata-rata porsis pengadaan pada proyek EPC mencapai 70% dari nilai proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan strategi proses pengadaan yang efektif pada posisi critical dan leverage untuk meningkatkan biaya proyek EPC. Penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi pengadaan dengan menggunakan teknik Delphi yang didapat dari wawancara dengan pakar project management dan metode AHP untuk analisa hasil kuesioner manajer proyek dan team inti proyek pada perusahaan PT X.

Procurement process very important to increase project cost performance because procurement portion average in EPC project almost seventy percent from project contract. Goal of this research is to prepare effectiveness of procurement process strategy in critical and leverage position to increase cost performance EPC project.
