PT XYZ a un organiser stratcgique pour construire beaucoup de nouvelles usines du beuri e de palme pour les prochaines 10 annees. Dc 15 projets qui ont eta faits, PT XYZ a trouvc 3 problemes majeurs: stir budget, delai sur temps de l'achevemcnt et qualite de travaux qui sont sous specification. Pour avoir un meilleur contrOle et surveillance a ces problemes, PT XYZ exigc un outil de evaluation du projet approprie. L'outil sera utilise pour mesurer la performance du projet courante eta performance de base contre autres projets. Un projet recent a PT XYZ est pris comme une etude du cas. Le projet est un projet de la construction de 1'u sine de 1'huile de palmier, avec 30 tonne 1 heure capacite du traitement qui est localisee dans Jambi, lie de Sumatra, Indonesie. Cette etude rend effectif 1'utilisation d'indicateurs de la performance Iles pour evaluer la performance du projet.
