"Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) upaya mendorong percepatan kemandirian ekonomi bagi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) sebagai sumber ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat dengan penghasilan menengah ke bawah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penerapan CSR yang dikenal Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) PT X yang dibantu oleh UKM Center Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Indonesia (UKM Center FEB UI) yang memediasi perusahaan dengan UMKM penerima dana PKBL. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (a case study- descriptive qualitative design) melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penggunaan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PKBL PT X diimplementasikan sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri BUMN PER-02/MBU/7/2017 dengan nilai kinerja yang tinggi berdasarkan tingkat efektivitas dan kolektibilitas penyaluran dana.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in an effort to accelerate economic independence for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as a source of economic resilience for middle to lower income communities implemented as stipulated in SOE Minister Regulation PER-02/MBU/ 7/2017. This research was conducted to analyze the application of known CSR in State-Owned Enterprises as a Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) of PT X assisted by the UKM Center of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (UKM Center FEB UI) which mediated companies with MSMEs recipients of PKBL funds in Depok city. In this study qualitative methods were used with a case study approach (a descriptive qualitative design) through observation, interviews, and secondary data use. The results showed that PKBL PT X was implemented in accordance with SOE Minister Regulation PER-02/MBU/7/2017 with high performance values based on the level of effectiveness and collectibility of funds distribution."

"Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai audit atas beban pada Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) PT Bank XYZ yang dilakukan oleh KAP ABC untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015. Laporan magang ini fokus dalam membahas peraturan dan pedoman akuntansi pada PKBL, prosedur audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP ABC serta hasil temuan audit. Berdasarkan hasil proses audit, terdapat beberapa temuan audit terkait dengan akun-akun beban pada laporan keuangan PKBL PT Bank XYZ. Prosedur audit yang dijalankan oleh KAP ABC telah sesuai dengan teori dan standar yang berlaku.

The report is aimed to explain the audit of Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) Expense in PT Bank XYZ which is conducted by KAP ABC for the period ended December 31st 2015. The report will be focus on regulations and accounting guidelines in PKBL, audit procedures performed by KAP ABC, and also audit findings. Based on the result of the audit process, there are several audit findings that related to expense in financial statement of PKBL PT Bank XYZ. In addition, the audit procedures performed by KAP ABC have complied with the theory and the standards which prevail."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang stakeholder engagement proyek konstruksi, pelaksanaan PKBL dan pelaporan CSR pada PT DEF. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan deskriptif serta metode pengumpulan data yang digunakkan wawancara dan kajian dokumen sekunder. Indikator yang digunakkan dalam menganalisis adalah AA1000SES, PERMEN BUMN PER-09/MBU/07/2015 dan GRI.Hasil dari penelitian skripsi ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan stakeholder engagement berdasarkan AA1000SES belum terlalu baik. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan tingkat efektifitas penyaluran dana PKBL PT DEF masih tergolong rendah karena adanya kebijakan perusahaan dan pelaporan CSR berdasarkan GRI masih rendah karena media yang digunakkan untuk analisa adalah annual report.

ABSTRACT<>br>This research discusses the stakeholder engagement on the project construction, the implementation of PKBL and CSR reporting on PT DEF. The research uses is qualitative and descriptive method. Indicators used in the analysis are AA1000SES, PERMEN BUMN PER 09 MBU 07 2015 and GRI.The result of this research shows that stakeholder engagement based on AA1000SES is not too good. The result of the research also shows that the effectiveness of the distribution of PKBL funds of PT DEF is still low due to the company 39 s policy and CSR reporting based on GRI is still low because the media used for analysis is the annual report."
