"Tidak ada pengaturan mengenai kewajiban Notaris untuk memeriksa profil perusahaan. Kewajiban memeriksa profil perusahaan tidak diatur dalam peraturan Undang-Undang, dalam hal ini jika penghadap tidak beritikad baik, Notaris tidak mengetahui perubahan data terakhir perseroan yang sebenarnya, dan berakibat Notaris digugat, dan dinyatakan telah melakukan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum serta aktanya menjadi batal demi hukum. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini mengenai kewajiban pemeriksaan profil perusahaan sebelum pembuatan akta terkait perseroan terbatas oleh Notaris menurut ketentuan yang berlaku, peran dan tanggung jawab Notaris terkait pemeriksaan profil perusahaan dalam pembuatan akta perseroan terbatas berdasarkan Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1330 K/Pdt/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan yuridis normatif, dengan tipologi yang bersifat eksplanatoris analitis dan menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akibat hukum kelalaian Notaris yang tidak memeriksa profil perusahaan dalam pembuatan akta perseroan terbatas adalah dapat dinyatakan sebagai Perbuatan Melawan Hukum, apabila memenuhi unsur sebagaimana diatur pada Pasal 1365 dan diberikan sanksi lainnya sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Notaris, kemudian dalam hal lain Notaris LR dikenakan secara perdata karena menyatakan suatu perbuatan yang melawan hukum yaitu penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemengang Saham PT AN yang tidak sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas ke dalam akta, kemudian secara administratif, karena tidak memenuhi Pasal 16 ayat (1) huruf a Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris dan Pasal 3 angka 4 Kode Etik Notaris. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Notaris semaksimal mungkin menggunakan sarana-sarana yang sudah disediakan, dalam rangka mengambil keputusan apakah dapat dilanjutkan untuk dibuatkan akta atau tidak. Notaris sebaiknya tetap melakukan pemeriksaan profil perseroan walaupun belum ada peraturan yang normatif.

There is no legal regulation regarding the obligation of a Notary to inspect a company’s profile. The obligation to inspect a company’s profile is not regulated in the legislation, in this case if the appearer does not have a good intention, the Notary would not know the company’s actual latest data changes, and caused the Notary to be sued, declared to have committed acts against the law and the deed is null and void. The problem in this research is concerning the obligation to inspect a company’s profile before making a deed related to a limited liability company by a Notary under the applicable regulations, the roles and liabilities of a Notary regarding the inspection of a company’s profile in making a limited liability company deed based on the Supreme Court Decision Number 1330 K/Pdt/2020. This research uses normative juridical, with explanatory analysis typology and uses secondary data. The results showed that the legal consequences of a Notary's negligence in not checking the company profile in making a deed of limited liability company can be declared as an unlawful act, if it fulfills the elements as stipulated in Article 1365 and is given other sanctions in accordance with the Law of Notary Profession and the Notary Code of Ethics, and Notary LR can be imposed civilly because of stating an act against the law namely holding the General Meeting of Shareholders of AN LLC which is not corresponds with the Limited Liability Law into the deed. The next liability is administratively, because it does not comply Article number 16 clause (1) letter a of the Law of Notary Profession and for Article number 3 point 4 of the Notary Code of Ethics. Based on that, Notaries as much as possible make use of the facilities that have been provided, in order to make a decision on whether it can be continued to make a deed or not. It is best for Notaries to conduct an inspection of a company's profile although the normative regulation hasn’t been issued.

Tout le monde devrait préparer sa retraité parce que le revenu Va
dirrnuer. Mais, beaucoup de personne qui ne fait pas attention à sa retraitée
Ce dernier temps, le gouvernement a commencé de socializer du plan de
la pension depuis la loi du fond de pension No. 11/1992 était concrétisé. Il Y a
environ 80 millions employés qui ne sont ps encore participer au plan de la
pension et ils sont le client potentiel pour le marché du fond de pension.
C?est clair que ce marché est encore grand, et pour cette raison que PT.
Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk créé l?institution financière du fond de pension
(financiai institution pension fund) qui légalisé par le Ministre des Finances.
Le fond de pension Muamalat doit être géré en manière qui convient
avec le principe Islamique parce que la bank Muamalat Indonesia est une
banque Islamique. Pour conséquence, les fonds du client doivent être investi en
manière qui convient avec le principe Islamique. ça pourrait être sa force et
faiblesse.
À cause de ses forces et faiblesses, elle ne peut pas devenir le leader du
marché. Elle a plusieur concurrents, spécialement l?entreprise d?assurance
étrangère ou la banque privée qui a déjà son propre marché avec beaucoup
d?assets. D?aiUeurs, il y a les substitutions du produit comme le dépôt bancaire,
la police d?assurance ou investir d?argent sous forme des choses qui ont valeur
comme la maison ou les bijoux.

ABSTRACT
Everybody should prepare their old days because the earnings after
retirement will be decrease. But, a lot of people who do not care about their
old days.
Lately, the government start to socialize the pension plan since the
Law of Pension Fund No. 11.11992 was put into effect There are about 80
million employees who do not yet join the pension plan and they are
potential customer of pension fund market.
Because the market is still big, so PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk
established the Financial Institution Pension Fùnd that was legalized by
Minister of Finance.
The management of Muamalat?s pension fund is compatible with
Islamic syariah, because bank Muamaiat lndone?ia is an Islamic bank. uf
client?s funa must be Invested In Islamic way. Managing fund that ¡s
compatible to Islamic Syariah can be Its strength and also ts weakness,
eventhough there are another strengths or weaknesses of Muamalat?s
pension fund.
With all its strengths and weaknesses, until now, Muamalat?s pension
fund can not be the market leader. It has competitors, especially foreign
insurance company or other private bank that already has own market with
big asset. Beside that, there are subsitution products of pension fund, such
as bank deposit, insurance policy or investing money into valuable things
like house or jewelry. That?s why the management of pension fund of bank
Muamalat need to think its strategy to win the competition, for the short
term or long term.

"Les "n'truments des investissement en Indonésie n'est pas encore beaucoup passé d'évolution. Pour devélopper leur monnaie, les peuples est encore compté sur les inves sment traditionèltes comme la banque, le terrain, la maison, la Voiture, l'assurance etc. Malgré cela, dans ces quelques années les investisseurs ont déjà commençés d'investir sur le marché du capitaux locale mais en ce moment on n'a pas encore donné beaucoup de profit et même on est incliné d'avoir la perte.
PT. Wahana Bersama Globalindo est la première d'entreprise du service d'investissement qui a essayé de présenter les produits des investissements étrangers entrée un alternatif investissement en Indonésie. L'entreprise a proposé 2 types du produits. c'est à dire:

. Strategic Portfolio anagemeflt Scheme
Les deux produits des investissements peuvent donner beaucoup de profit parcequ'on a diversifié les fonds aux tous les instruments des investissements etrangères. Dans la promotion de nouveaux produits des investissements PT. WBG a appliqué ta stratégie de direct arketiflg, c'est à dire qu'on fait un bon rélation avec des ¡nvestisseurs par le rapprochemetit En fait cette stratée a donné i'opportuflité aux investisseurs d'ouvrir et developper leur opinion sur les investissements que ce pendant là est limité.
Dans ce mémoire, on parie sur la stratégie du marketing de PT. WBG pour attirer les clients ou les investisseurs locales qui n'ont pas beaucoup su sur ces produits. Alors c'est une opposition pour l'entreprise de promoter leurs produits des investissements sans utiliser le moyen de communication de masse.

The instruments of investments in Indonesia are still have not much an evolution. Developments of their funds, people's had depended on the traditionals investments such as a bank, a property, an asurance, a land etc. In the last few years, the investor had beginning to invest on the stock in local market but for a moment of time, stock wasn't give much of profit and it was inclined to losses.

Both of investments products can give much of profit because they have diversified of funds in every instruments of international investments. In promoting the various investments products, PT. Wahana Bersama Globalindo applied the strate) C of direct marketing, which means that make a good relationship between the investors and the marketings by personal approach. In fact, this strategic had given an opportunity to investor in term of developping and opening theirs opinions about the investments that were limited.
In this dissertation, it talks about the strategic of marketing of PT. Wahana Bersama Globalindo to attract the clients or the locals investors who dont know exactly what the product was. So, It was an opposition for the enterprise to promote theírs investments products

"Dalam pengembangan usahanya, setiap pelaku bisnis memiliki tantangan dan permasalahannya sendiri, termasuk dengan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Untuk dapat bersaing di dunia bisnis, para pelaku bisnis harus mempertahankan keberlanjutan usaha melalui pengembangan strategi bisnis, terutama strategi pemasarannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu UMKM yang bergerak pada industri kerajinan tangan, yaitu PT. Asta Kriya Handicraft, dalam melakukan pengembangan bisnis untuk mencapai peningkatan penjualan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, diskusi fokus kelompok, dan survei kepada masyarakat dan pelanggan PT Asta Kriya Handicraft. Dari hasil perolehan data dan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. Asta Kriya Handicraft perlu mengembangkan media pemasaran melalui buku profil perusahaan dan membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur untuk penampilan karyawan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengembangan profil perusahaan dari segi desain, struktur, dan konten, serta pembuatan Standar Operasional Prosedur untuk penampilan kepada staf PT. Asta Kriya Handicraft yang melakukan kunjungan rutin.

In developing its business, every entrepreneur has its own challenges and problems, including micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs). To be able to compete in the business world, business people must maintain business sustainability through business development, especially strategy. The purpose of this research is to help SMEs engaged in the handicraft industry, named PT. Asta Kriya Handicraft, in developing business to achieve increased sales. Data were collected through interviews, focus group discussions, and survey to communities and existing customers of PT Asta Kriya Handicraft. From the results of the data and analysis carried out, it can be concluded that PT. Asta Kriya Handicraft needs to develop the media through company profile book and create Standard Operating Procedures for employees appearance. Therefore, company profile development was carried out in terms of design, structure and content, as well as the creation of Operational Standards for employees of PT. Asta Kriya Handicraft who made regular visits to potential clients. "
