The editors also break down the mental health field into discrete disciplines, each with its own trajectory for its future relevance and sustainability. By bringing this wide range of career information together, this book helps to set much-needed standards for professional development in a demanding, diversifying, and evolving field.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is an evaluation of professional development programs in branch offices of English language course X by using Continuing Professional Development (CPD) cycle of four stages of planning, action, evaluation, and reflection. This research is qualitative based with data collection by semistructured interview, observation, document analysis, and questionnaire spreading. The researcher suggests that the institution should do the following actions to improve the impact of professional development programs. First, institution X should conduct further socialization on the importance of teachers’ participation in the CPD programs for the sake of both personal and career development in the institution. Second, institution X should provide an opportunity for teachers to take part in institution’s CPD programs’ planning stage. Third, institution X should encourage teachers (through course principal) to have initiative in organizing their own personal CPD program by making Personal Development Record (PDR) and Development Action Plan (DAP). Lastly, institution X should develop a CPD program or application where each teacher can access their CPD account and run their own personal CPD program.

ABSTRACT
Elementary school is compulsory basic education in Indonesia, so that teachers are required to innovate in their teaching and work environment to realize new and useful developments. A correlational study was conducted to test whether learning goal orientation and professional development simultaneously predict teacher innovative behavior. The instrument used to measure the teachers innovative behavior is the innovative behavior that was first developed by Messmann and Mulder (2012) (α = 0.94), while the instrument used to measure the orientation of learning goals is a goal orientation instrument first developed by VandeWalle ( 1997). ). ) (α = 0.80). Participants totaled 243 elementary school teachers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok and Bekasi. The data analysis used multiple regression which showed that the two variables simultaneously predict the innovative behavior of teachers. In particular, the higher the desire of teachers to improve their competence and skills, the higher the tendency for teachers to behave innovatively. These findings will be discussed further.
