Abstrak :
The emergence of digitalization shapes another marketing tool using social media as one of the most prominent marketing campaigns, especially in the fashion industry. This is also contributed by social media influencers who are acting like celebrities in their respective social media platforms. As social media is dominated by Generation Y & Z, this research aims to identify the factors of buying behavior on Generation Y & Z. To execute this, a research model combining theories of social media influencer, attitude towards the influencer, and buying behavior is used as descriptive study. This research applied the Theory of Planned Behavior with several appropriate adaptations. The research method is a form of quantitative research. Additionally, multigroup analysis is examined to see similarities and differences between the two generation cohorts. Further, this research is able to obtain 398 respondents consisting of both Generation Y & Z respondents residing in Indonesia collected through online questionnaires. The finding of this research aims to help fashion brand companies to maximize the utilization of social media marketing and for social media influencers to engage more with its audience with marketing practice. The findings of this research includes perceived credibility, trust, subjective norms, perceived expertise, and perceived congruence as having positive relationships and predictors of consumers’ buying behavior through consumers’ attitude towards influencers and brand attitude of both Generation Y & Z consumers in Indonesian context and is useful to help managers develop their marketing strategy through social media particularly to engage Generation Y & Z consumers. ......Munculnya digitalisasi menghasilkan strategi pemasaran lain yang menggunakan media sosial sebagai salah satu kampanye pemasaran yang paling menonjol, terutama di industri fashion. Hal ini juga dikontribusikan oleh influencer media sosial yang bertingkah seperti selebriti di platform media sosialnya masing-masing. Karena media sosial didominasi oleh Generasi Y & Z, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor perilaku pembelian konsumen pada Generasi Y & Z. Untuk melakukan ini, model penelitian yang menggabungkan teori influencer media sosial, sikap terhadap influencer, dan perilaku pembelian digunakan sebagai studi deskriptif. Penelitian ini menerapkan Theory of Planned Behavior dengan menambahkan beberapa adaptasi yang sesuai. Metode penelitian merupakan salah satu bentuk penelitian kuantitatif. Selain itu, analisis multigroup dilakukan untuk melihat persamaan dan perbedaan antara dua kelompok generasi. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini memperoleh 398 responden yang terdiri dari responden Generasi Y & Z di Indonesia yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online. Temuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu perusahaan merek fesyen untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan pemasaran media sosial dan agar influencer media sosial lebih terlibat dengan audiensnya dengan praktik pemasaran. Temuan penelitian ini meliputi persepsi kredibilitas, kepercayaan, norma subjektif, keahlian yang dirasakan, dan kesesuaian yang dirasakan memiliki hubungan positif dan prediktor perilaku pembelian konsumen melalui mediasi sikap konsumen terhadap influencer dan sikap merek konsumen Generasi Y & Z dalam konteks Indonesia dan berguna untuk membantu para manajer mengembangkan strategi pemasaran mereka melalui media sosial khususnya untuk konsumen Generasi Y & Z.

[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dari atribut produk fashion terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif konsumen, dengan mempertimbangkan perilaku utilitarian web browsing dan hedonic web browsing konsumen di situs online yang menjual produk fashion. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 166 pria dan wanita yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk fashion di situs online lokal dalam kurun waktu 6 (enam) bulan terakhir. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut produk yang mempengaruhi perilaku Utilitarian Web Browsing konsumen adalah Variety of Selection, sedangkan atribut produk yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku Hedonic Web Browsing konsumen adalah Price Attributes. Di samping itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku Utilitarian Web Browsing berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap E-Impulse Buying, sedangkan Hedonic Web Browsing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap E-Impulse Buying.;This research aims to analyze the effect of fashion product attributes on consumer?s e-impulse buying behavior by taking Utilitarian Web Browsing behavior and Hedonic Web Browsing behavior into account. The sample of this study were 166 people who made a purchase of fashion product in local fashion websites within a period of six months. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling method. The result shows that Variety of Selection affects consumer?s Utilitarian Browsing Behavior, whilst consumer?s Hedonic Web Browsing behavior is affected by the Price Attributes on fashion websites.
