ABSTRACT
This study considers the real situations of production between the products and the setup of production tools that are different. Therefore, this study considers the setup time of work stations and production batch in the production scheduling. This study proposed a random optimization algorithm with multi objective that can be selected to optimize the scheduling performance. VIP customers priorities, urgent orders, and asymmetrical setup times are considered. The objectives of this study include minimum makespan, minimum total delayed penalty, and minimum total number of delayed orders. After cases testing, we found that the proposed algorithm can improve the production performance efficiently.

Kegiatan praktik kerja profesi di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo dilakukan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di instalasi farmasi rumah sakit; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian; memiliki gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan serta mempelajari strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit dilakukan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang melingkupi aspek manajemen dan klinik. Selain itu, calon apoteker diharapkan untuk memahami dan melakukan proses pembuatan sediaan obat untuk penggunaan internal di bagian produksi farmasi rumah sakit. Salah satu komponen penting dalam proses produksi adalah dokumentasi. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas khusus dilaksanakan kegiatan penyusunan dokumen pembuatan obat DPO untuk 4 sediaan yang diproduksi di rumah sakit. ...... Pharmacist professional practice at National Center General Hospital of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo was conducted for prospective pharmacist to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in a hospital; obtain insights, knowledge, skills, and experiences to perform pharmacy practice; to have real conception of problems and study the strategies to overcome in overall pharmacy practice development. In providing services, there is a pharmaceutical care standard to effectuate both the management and clinical aspects. Prospective pharmacist also expected to understand and perform process of manufacturing practice for medicinal products for internal uses in the hospital. One of the important components of manufacturing is documentation. Thus, special assignment was carried to compose production batch records of 4 products manufactured in the pharmacy department of the hospital.
