"[ABSTRAKPenelitian berfokus pada Strategi Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan Narkoba Di Apartemen melalui Kegiatan Olahraga (Studi Kasus Di Rusun Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi I). Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif-analitis. Rusun Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi I mempunyai kegiatan olahraga yang dilaksanakan oleh warganya. Tujuan dari kegiatan olahraga tersebut adalah agar warga rusun cinta kasih tzu chi I memiliki kegiatan yang bermanfaat sehingga terhindar dari melakukan kegiatan yang merugikan, salah satunya adalah terhindar dari penyalahgunaan Narkoba. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola, warga dan pelatih olahraga Rusun Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi IDari analisis terhadap hasil wawancara, disimpulkan bahwa : Strategi Pencegahan Penyalagunaan Narkoba Di Apartemen melalui Kegiatan Olahraga (Studi Kasus Di Rusun Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi I) yang menjadi fokus adalah pengimplementasiannya. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan olahraga ada beberapa hal yang menjadi komponen utama yaitu jumlah warga yang mengikuti olahraga, sarana dan prasarana, kuantitas dan kualitas pelatih olahraga serta frekuensi kegiatan olahraga. Pada kenyatannya kegiatan olahraga di Rusun Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi I belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Kurangnya minat warga serta jumlah pelatih kegiatan olahraga yang disediakan oleh pengelola Rusun Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi I mengakibatkan kurang maksimalnya tujuan yang ingin dicapai bagi seluruh warga. Belum lagi kurangnya sarana dan prasarana penunjang kegiatan olahraga di Rusun Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi I. Upaya warga serta pengelola rusun untuk meningkatkan jumlah warga yang aktif berolahraga dengan menambah pelatih serta meningkatkan keikutsertaan dalam berbagai kompetisi sehingga dapat memaksimalkan tujuan kegiatan olahraga. Karena adanya istilah yang diungkapkan oleh pujangga dari Romawi yang bernama Decimus Iunius Iuvenalis, yakni Mens sana incorpore sano yang berarti di dalam tubuh yang sehat terdapat jiwa yang kuat. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa olahraga merupakan kegiatan yang sangat positif, dengan menerapkan pola hidup sehat seperti ini, masyarakat tidak punya waktu untuk melakukan kegiatan negatif.

ABSTRACTThe research focuses on Drug Abuse Prevention Strategy In the apartments through Sport Activities (Case Study In Flat Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi I). This is a qualitative research using descriptive-analytical design. Flat Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi I have sports activities undertaken by its citizens. The purpose of these sports activities is that residents Cinta Kasih tzu chi I have useful activities so as to avoid harmful activities, one of it is protected from drug abuse. Data collection was done by in- depth interviews with the manager, the citizens and the sport coache of the flat Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi I.From the analysis of the interviews, concluded that: Drugs Prevention Strategy In the apartments through Sport Activities (Case Study In Flat Cnta Kasih Tzu Chi I) which became the focus is implementation. Doing sport activities there are several things that become the main component, which is the number of citizens who follow the sport, facilities and infrastructure, the quantity and quality of sports coaches as well as the frequency of sports activities. In reality sports activities in the flat Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi I has not been implemented to the fullest. Lack of interest of citizens as well as the number of coaches sports activities provided by the manager of the Flat Cinta Kasih tzu chi I resulted in not optimal objectives to be achieved for all citizens. Not to mention the lack of facilities and infrastructure supporting sports activities in the flat cinta kasih tzu chi I. Efforts to citizens as well as the manager of the towers to increase the number of citizens who actively exercise by adding a coach as well as increasing participation in various competitions to maximize the purpose of sporting activities. Because of the terms expressed by the Roman poet named Decimus Iunius Iuvenalis, ie there incorpore Mens sano meaning in a healthy body there is a strong spirit. "Melihat pola sasaran serangan teroris dari tahun 2000 sampai 2009, teroris cenderung menjadikan tempat-tempat dengan simbol barat sebagai sasarannya. Seiring berjalannya waktu, terjadi pergeseran sasaran di mana polisi menjadi pertimbangan sasaran serangan teror. Seeing the pattern of targets of terrorist attacks from 2000 to 2009, terrorists tend to target places with western symbols as their targets. Over time, there was a shift in the target where the police became the target of terrorist attacks. This writing uses the theory of routine activity, rational choice and crime pattern by considering the success rate of attacks with the existing security vulnerability conditions. This writing uses secondary data analysis. The results of the writings showed attacks on the Regional Police, Polres, Polsek to Police Posts due to lack of supervision and security. In addition, it was found that there were still Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that were not appropriate. Prevention efforts undertaken by the police station against

"Radikalisme merupakan sikap yang menginginkan perubahan menyeluruh dan revolusioner dengan membalikan nilai yang ada secara drastis lewat aksi dan kekerasan. Paham radikal telah tersebar di dunia pendidikan melalui proses Islamisasi, perekrutan, dan jaringan yang tertutup yang dilakukan secara terorganisir. Sejak terungkapnya para pelaku aksi bom Bali yang melibatkan alumni santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam di Lamongan, pesantren kerap dikaitkan dengan terorisme dan penyebaran radikalisme. Masuknya paham radikal salah satunya disebabkan oleh ketidakpahaman tentang ideologi bangsa yaitu Pancasila. Saat ini masyarakat hanya terbatas pada menghapal Pancasila namun tidak memahami dan mengamalkannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberi rekomendasi kepada instansi terkait dan masyarakat tentang pentingnya pendidikan Pancasila di pondok pesantren untuk mencegah radikalisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan data diperoleh dari studi dokumen dan wawancara, kemudian data dianalisa. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa penyebaran radikalisme di pondok pesantren terjadi karena kiai dan pengurus yang radikal serta dari media dan buku. Pentingnya pengajaran dan penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila di pondok pesantren berdasarkan teori asosisasi diferensial agar Pancasila dipelajari dan ditanamkan sehingga paham radikal tidak bisa masuk, kemudian teori kontrol sosial agar nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat terus tertanam dan terjaga, dan teori penghukuman sehingga diharapkan mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran.

Radicalism is an action that wants comprehensive and revolutionary change by drastically reversing existing values ​​through action and violence. Radical ideas have spread to the world of education through a process of Islamization, recruitment, and closed networks that are carried out in an organized manner. Since the revelations of the perpetrators of the Bali bombings involving alumni of Islamic boarding school students in Lamongan, Islamic boarding schools have often been associated with terrorism and the spread of radicalism. One of the reasons for the entry of radicalism is the lack of understanding of the nation's ideology, namely Pancasila. Currently people are only limited to memorizing Pancasila but do not understand and practice it. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations to relevant agencies and the public about the importance of Pancasila Education in Islamic boarding schools to prevent radicalism. The research method used is qualitative and the data is obtained from document studies and interviews, then the data is analyzed. The results of the study found that the spread of radicalism in Islamic boarding schools occurred because of radical kiai and administrators as well as from the media and books. The importance of teaching and inculcating Pancasila values ​​in Islamic boarding schools is based on the theory of differential association so that Pancasila is learned and inculcated so that radicalism cannot enter, then the theory of social control so that Pancasila values ​​can continue to be embedded and maintained, and the theory of punishment so that it is expected to prevent violations."

"Tugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai upaya pencegahan kejahatan berpendekatan situasional yang dilakukan oleh pengelola keamanan Stasiun KAI KRL Commuter Line Manggarai. Data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini diambil dari data sekunder yang ada di media massa dan hasil temuan kasus kejahatan yang terjadi di stasiun kereta ini selama periode 2016 – 2023. Upaya pencegahan ini dilihat menggunakan konsep strategi pencegahan kejahatan dan dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan teori pencegahan kejahatan situasional, teori pilihan rasional, teori aktivitas rutin, dan teori penjeraan. Hasil analisis melihat bahwa upaya pencegahan kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh pengelola keamanan KAI KRL Commuter Line Manggarai hingga saat ini belum maksimal, hal ini sejalan dengan kejahatan yang masih terjadi di stasiun kereta.

This thesis evaluates the situational approach to crime prevention efforts that have been conducted by KAI KRL commuter line Manggarai stations security manager. The data used in this study were obtained from secondary sources found in the mass media as well as the findings of criminal cases that occurred at the train station during the period 2016 – 2023. The prevention efforts are assessed through the application of crime prevention strategy concepts and examined using situational crime prevention analysis, rational choice theory, routine activity theory, and deterrence theory. The results of the analysis show that crime prevention efforts by KAI KRL Commuter Line Manggarai Security Manager are not yet maximizing their potential, which is in line with the ongoing criminal activities in train stations. "Tingginya angka pravelensi penyalahgunaan narkotika dari hasil survey Puslitkes UI dan BNN tahun 2017 menunjukkan bahwa masih adanya masyarakat Indonesia yang menggunakan narkoba. Kondisi geografis sebagai jalur perdagangan asia dan tingginya harga penjualan narkotika di Indonesia menyebabkan banyaknya mafia tertarik untuk menjualkan narkotika ke Indonesia. Kesempatan ini menjadi peluang besar untuk menyelundupkan narkotika dengan berbagai macam modus dan cara. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam mencegah terjadinya kejahatan penyelundupan narkotika adalah melalui Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Sistem pengawasan yang digunakan untuk pencegahan penyelundupan narkotika dilakukan menggunakan anjing pelacak (K-9). Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana fungsi anjing pelacak sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan tehadap penyelundupan narkotika. Tulisan ini dianalisis menggunakan teori Routine Activity dengan konsep pencegahan kejahatan situasional untuk menjelaskan bagaimana fungsi anjing pelacak ini dapat mereduksi peluang terjadinya penyelundupan narkotika. Sebab itu, hasil tulisan ini juga akan memberi rekomendasi kedepannya untuk akademis maupun instansi terkait.

This opportunity is a great opportunity to smuggle narcotics in various modes and ways. One of the government's efforts to prevent narcotics smuggling is one of which is the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. The surveillance system used to prevent narcotics smuggling is carried out using sniffer dogs (K-9). This paper aims to explain how the function of sniffer dogs as a strategy to prevent crime against narcotics smuggling. This paper is analyzed using routine activity theory with the concept of situational crime prevention to explain how the function of these sniffer dogs can reduce the chances of narcotics smuggling. Therefore, the results of this paper will also provide future recommendations for academics and related institutions.
